Sir,
I am 946304-k serving in indian air force, sir i had taken p. L. I. Is deducted from my salary from aug. 11. It is started by me when i was doing trainig at 405 air force station belgaum, karnatka and my trainee service no was 8923611-g ac/ut rb jagtap now i am posted at 10 air force hospital, hasimara. Sir till now i didnt have receieved any policy papers nor any correspondece regarding my p. L. I policy although a monthly deduction of rs 1975 per month which is shown in pay slip for the p. L. I policy. Therefore it is requested that to forward the policy papers and all the correspondence on my new address.
