Indian Air Force Station — Heavy traffic jam occurring due to railway crossing at palam

Respected sir,

I want to get your kind attention on a very serious issue which needs to be addressed urgently. I am on of the road user who uses the road on daily basis.The frequency of train in that route is very high and the jam caused after cant be explained in words. As we know we are in india and people in india very rarely follow the rules and it takes around half an hour to an hour to cross a distance of jus 20mtrs and the incidents and accidents taking place which never finds a day are many.
Please in the view of the above i request you to find an alternative and make the lives of citizens of india a little simple.
