I am Mr. Santlal Shrinath Pasi living in, Room No. 4 9/50. Sagar Dharshan Co-OP. HSG Society, Adarsg Nagar Janta colony, Veer Nariman Road, Worili Village, Mumbai-400030.
Mr. Dayashankar Harinath Pasi retired from IAF as honorary flying officer who reside at Flat No. 1504, A Block, Om Sai Plaza Apartment, Owale, Ghodbunder Road, Thane West-400615.Who is my Cousin brother.Mobile NO.[protected]/[protected]
My father Mr. Shrinath Hubai Pasi and my uncle Mr. Harinath Hubai Pasi (Father of Mr. Dayashankar Harinath Pasi) are real brother. They both own one hut in Mumbai in Partnership around 1960 in slums 4 9/50, Adarsh Nagar, Janata Colony, Veer Nariman Road, worli village, Mumbai-400030. But due to some family issues Mr. Harinath Hubai Pasi mostly strated living at his native place Uttar Pradesh. My father Mr. Shrinath Hubai Pasi took care of Mr. Dayashankar Harinath Pasi and also paying his school fees and paying for his food and all. When his studies finished Mr. Dayashankar Harinath Pasi got the job in Indian Air Force and he was working in different state.
1) while doing job Mr. Dayashankar Pasi was not in Mumbai from 1979 to 2018. But he has made "Two electoral identity card" one in Uttar Pradesh with " Election card No: REV0657098" and other in Maharashtra with "Election card No: SHA0120139" by making false declaration. Both electoral card attached here for your reference.
2) When he was on job his father made Orange ration card ( Below poverty line) with number: 252061. Both he and his father were not living in Mumbai but by making illegal process and false declaration they keep alive there ration card. From 1979 to 2013 they both have cheated the government. Ration card attached for your reference.
3) When Mr. Dayashankar Pasi got retired he own Two flats in Thane and started living with his family. When his father Mr. Harinath Hubai Pasi was alive he was silent but when his father demise then he started threatening me and my family for slum house.
4) He threatened me and said that I am an IAF officer I can do any thing and slum house is only mine. You should leave this house or I will ruined your sons life and your jobs. For threatening purpose he send us a letter from his advocate and saying that you all should leave this house in 5 days .Due to many threats I got afraid and filed FIR against him at Dadar police station.
5) I would like to tell you that Mr. Harinath Hubai Pasi father of Mr. Dayashankar Pasi .When he was alive he and my father Mr. Shrinath Pasi have already made an agreement of 50% -50% share in house and agreement paper was registered in Bhoiwada court.
6) I would also like to tell you that Mr. Dayashankar Pasi have many illegal connection and wants to threat us using them. Due to his threats I have filled suit in City Civil Court with Suit No: 731/21 dated 12.03.2021.
7) After filing case honourable court has given order that he should stop giving threats and should stop to dispossessed us but he his still threatening us and trying to dispossessed me from the hut.
I am writing this letter to you because we respect IAF it's pride of our nation. But Mr. Dayashankar Pasi is threatening us by the name of IAF. And he wants to harm us. In threatening he and his son Mr. Santosh kumar Pasi also involved.
It is my humble request to you, Sir please protect us from this person and take strict action against both of them.
