Indian Air Force — using wrong selection procedure

Sir i am harlal dhaka i was applied form for gp c post in air force station bidar (Karnataka) 585401 as per employment news dated 25 feb to 03 mar 17 i was passed 4 exams but whenver finally those candidates are selected they having high setting with aoc due to high setting candidates are also selected without appearing in exam i having such type of proof why i am not selected after passed 4 exams plz.
