Indian Army — activa 4g scam

Today, i've been victim of cyber crime via olx. I did a big mistake by making a deal for activa 4g vehicle with a person named gulab chand brispati who claimed himself an indian army of rs. 19000. He asked me to make a token money payment worth rs. 5000. As i refused to make any payment and asked him to make payment only after meeting him and seeing the vehicle, he told me there are already some people are willing to submit the token money and afterwords he won't be able to give me the vehicle at any cost. Mistakenly i paid 5000, after which he asked me to make payment of rs 14000 more in order to make me available vehicle documents, i did that as well. Then he said that he didn't received the money and asked me to transfer him 10000 more, then i told him i'll only be able to transfer 4000. After that he switched off his mobile number. There was one more person who was in contact with me during this time who was a courier person and his mobile was also switched off after this. I believe only olx is responsible here for all of my miseries as i trusted the app and now is the result of my trust.

Olx should return me rs. 23000 which i lost because of you and i'm going to file a complaint against the app, please reply with yes/no. This is a breach of trust on part o[censored]sers and in this way no one would ever use this disgusting app.
