Army officer havilder manjeet[protected]x) whose liquor card number is (La[protected]v00) and date of birth according to adhaar card and other documents is 25th december 1991 has posted his activa on olx and i agreed the deal with 5000 advance by paytm now he is not sending scooter and asking for more money. When i said i will pay after i receive as agreed by both o[censored]s he is refusing for returning money and giving scooter. Please lodge my complaint and try to solve it.
