Indian Army — car fraud 5000

I was using olx and saw a car swift dzire and the represented owner told me that he belongs to indian army and posted in nasik maharashtra. He told me his name as pukhraj and provided some id proofs like aadhar card, pan card and liquor card and photo of pukhraj. He deals with me for rs.200000 for his car and asked me to pay 40000 before delivery and rest in instalments. And also for before delivery asked me to pay transport charges of rs 20000 in the given account no.:- ac no.[protected] and ifsc:- pytm0123456 which is registered on the name of army (Both snapshot attached in document) and he tried to convince me in the name of indian army and his job so i have paid 5000 in the prescribed account and he agrees that he will deliver the car and will take rest payment means 15000. But in the evening same day he call me back and asked for 15000 and said the car is near you kindly pay and i will deliver it you. I asked to my brother he is in army as well he refuses to pay more because all the details are fraud.
For example:- mobile no is registered on the name of vikram and location is rajasthan, not pukhraj.
And liquor card is totally fraud because some sticker has been pasted on it. And the acc detail showing registration in noida and the army man pukhraj is in nasik and car is also in nashik.
So i have not paid any further amount and searched for indian army transport service i got some fraud reports as well and proofs as i have.
So this is just a humble request to army department to take care of all this fraud because the person is using the name of respected indian army and the soldiers. Please do something as early as possible.
