Indian Army — fraud calls for amount transfer

Today i recieved a call from person claiming to vikram vaghmare from indian army and he wants to purchase paint (I own a paint manufacturing company) and his men will come pickup the naterials. I said ok and told him the total amount of it.
He said army men have special amount transfer service of card to card amount transfer and sent me his id card photo, hdfc card details and card to card transfer window. I said okay and then he asked for my card details and i sent him my card details too.
Later he started asking for otp for the completion of the transfer of the amount and still i said ok gave him the otp
But i had given him the card details of the account in which only minimum balance amount was present. Luckily hehad tried for the amount which was not present in the account and the transaction failed.
Then i enquired bank authorities and they said there is no such facility like card to card transfer
I have attached the details he had provided kindly take the matter seriously as this incident defames indian army and there is a possibility of innocent people being robbed
