He dispatch phone he show me proofs but when delivery boy whos name is rinku kumar. He took rs 30000 from me for delivery but my order is not delivered and my money is not refunded please help me ir i will request
I took money from other people. Hello sir i was cheated 3 days back by an army person (Mr. Sanjay singh) for rs 58000 also he not only cheated me but he cheated many peoples which i saw when i tried to lodge complaint against him online.

The phone numbers they used to cheat e and others are as follows ([protected], [protected], [protected])

My only request you is to take immediate action on them as they are spoiling armies image and losing...

Yesterday i made a deal using olx to buy a scooty at rs. 20, 000. The person (Manjeet havaldaar) claimed to be from indian army and that he'll send it through army courier services. He asked me for an advance of 3150 which i made. Today was supposed to be the delivery, and then he (The deliver person) asked for 50% payment as their "army mail needed to be clear". Manjeet was like "sir i am taking guarantee, i wasn't aware of this courier...

He agreed and the deal was done for 3800/-
He told his name as manjeet. He said that he works in army in rajasthan.
I believe on him.
I was interested in this deal so i continue talking with him.
He said that i will get that phone within 24 hrs and ask for 1050 rupees. Then when parcel is in rampur a person suddenly called me and said he was sahil kumar delivery boy from indian navy and he had that parcel and asking me for pay the remaining amount for deliver the parcel as i believe on him i paid that amount after about an hour sahil again call me and said that if i paid the security charge of 5050 rupees then i able to take that parcel and he said the security charge is refund to me in cash with the parcel, i paid that amount again but only 2550. Then he had banned the parcel, when i call manjeet to unhold that parcel he demanded me to give 5000rupees then i paid 1400rupees only.
Then he promised me to deliver the parcel on next-day but according to his promise the parcel didn't arrive, when i call him he again asked for 2000 rupees, i paid that amount, he again promised me for next-day delivery but as usual the parcel didn't arrive. He again asked for 3000 but at that time i rejected to paid that amount...

Again he was demanding for money but i said that "first to parcel the phone and then i will send you rest of the amount."
I tell him that i don't have sufficient amount to paid that security charge, unbanned charge, etc but he forced me to borrow that amount and he said if i m not send that amount then i will not receive any parcel or amount form his side he means that my amount is to be ruined...

Total amountwhich he received from my side is 9750/-
Now he is neither sending my parcel nor returning my money back to me.

I just have his paytm transition number.
I just hope that you'll help me to come out of this problem. And return my money back to me because it's really a big matter for a normal student.

Today i recieved a call from person claiming to vikram vaghmare from indian army and he wants to purchase paint (I own a paint manufacturing company) and his men will come pickup the naterials. I said ok and told him the total amount of it.
He said army men have special amount transfer service of card to card amount transfer and sent me his id card photo, hdfc card details and card to card transfer window. I said okay and then he asked...

Got an inconvenience fee of 2000 as new. No intimation and no where in your policies could i find the rationale behind.

Had a tyre puncture which caused delay for an hour and half and zoom car is executive) had extended till 1700 hrs (2hrs extension without charge). I returned at1845hrs. However i have been charged for entire 3 hrs and not 2 hours.

The tyre puncture caused delays as a chain reaction leading me into office hours.

My concern is that 2000 inr inconvenience fee is a hidden charge which definitely is unacceptable and need to check on the late fee charges in line with your executives words.

I saw an ad on olx and thought of buying a two wheeler. A person who told his name as vikas patel (Phone - no[protected]) told him as an army officer and asked me to pay the money via google pay to number [protected] so that he can get the two wheeler released from office. To prove his identity - he sent me his csd canteen identity card, and his other pics (Attached). Considering the authenticity, i transferred him initial 5000/- via google pay. Post this - he asked me to transfer another remaining 15000/- so that he can get the google pay and papers released. Unfortunately - i dont transferred him the remaining amount. On questioning about the phone - he asked me to transfer further 15000/- more so that he can deliver me the two wheeler by transport. By this time, i realized that i am being fooled by this guy and i told him that i am going to file a complaint against him. Instead of switching off his phone, he said to me that you dont know power of army and me and i (Vikas) will file a case on me for fraud, he started threatning me and started talking in a rash way.

I would request you guys not to transfer money unless you see the product, no matter how trusted the other party is. Just sharing my plight so others dont suffer : (

I would request this matter to be urgently looked as i am seeing multiple complaints for fraud done under the name of indian army and this guy is fooling people

So i gave him 4000 within 1 instalments through my paytm account. & 520 in 2 Installment.
Then again he called me n demanded for more money.

He was demanding for complete payment but i rejected.

Again he was demanding for money but i said that "first to parcel the phone and then i will send you rest of the amount."

Now he is neither sending my parcel nor returning my money back to me.

When the parcel was about to receive they asked me for insurance and i have 10300 for insurance and also waiting charges of 1500. Person send me his adhar card and military card. I watched a Honda Activa seller’s ad on OLX which no.is-UK07BL8832.then i chat with that person on OLX and then he give me his phone no which is [protected] then i called him.he told me his name is Anil kumar and he is a army soldier and recently he is posted in Dehradun Airport in cargo department he send me his PAN ID on whatsapp which no is GIOPK4082C . then we set a deal for 25, 000.then he told me that recently his duty is in Airport...

He put a advertisement in facebook for bike and i saw that after that i contact to him by phone and he asked me for provide my identity card and an amount of 5100 on behalf of gatepass and bike’s noc an all that than i transfer money by phonepe then he ask me more money. He said that he an army officer and he is posted in indore airport and he had transferred to kashmir due to this he is selling out his bike urgently.

I done it on 20/7/2019 and after that in 21/7/2019 someone from overnite Express identified himself as PRAVEEN KUMAR told me to deposit 12999 and 16499 for verification and told me it's will be refund. So I agree and deposit the said amount to Mr. PATEL DHRUV account number[protected] after that the Courier boy said to me that he will deliver tomorrow and it was almost 8.30 PM so I agree his words. And next day he told me to deposit the same amount in the same account ie 12999 + 16499 He told me that these amount will be refund at the time of delivery of the vehicle. So I deposit again then after some minutes later in my mobile 1 message is coming and said that your vehicle is in loan which was taken by your Soldier MR.SUHIL KUMAR so we can't deliver until you paid the loan amount ie. 50000 at that time I contacted to MR.SUHIL KUMAR which is your INDIAN Soldier I told everything about that then he said he want to talk to the Courier boy PRAVEEN KUMAR then I gave conference and they started talking like dog and cat. After some minutes Courier boy end call and I discuss about the amount your Soldier MR.SUHIL KUMAR told me to pay the amount please deduct it from the final payment amount so I agree and deposit to the same account after that Courier boy told me to deposit another 28999 must deposit for joining charges and told me that this amount will refund. So I agree and deposit the Rs 28999. After that in mobile again another message was coming it says that you are verify and we will deliver your vehicle by tomorrow at 11.00 am sharp. I was wondered and call the Courier boy and ask him why don't you deliver the vehicle he said sir your deposit amount is to high and in my account there is no enough money to refund so please wait for the next day so that company will deposit the amount of your and I will deliver vehicle and money for you so I wait and today ie. 23/72019 morning around 10.40AM the Courier boy told me that sir you have to pay 41999 for holding charges now I refuse to pay such amount again. And I call your Soldier MR.SUHIL KUMAR and discuss the said matter now he told me he will manage and discuss with company after some minutes Your Soldier MR.SUHIL KUMAR told me that he wanted me to deposit 36999 and he will manage the remaining amount ie 15000Rs. I refuse and told him that I can't deposit any money because I already lost all my money in depositing. Now your Soldier MR.SUHIL KUMAR said to me never ask for your refund I am not responsible for this. So this is it.

Now when we are telling him to refund the money he is not talking properly and not responding.

But it is sad to let you know that someone by name Anand B claiming himself being associated with Indian Army approached us to sell his car - Swift ZDI 2014 model.

Since we were planning to buy used car and our numbers were on various platforms of dealers he made use of this opportunity and shared all the pics, his fake documents which includes Aadhaar, RC & DC as well...

We did verify the RC number with the RTO website found it to be under someone's name cross verified with him. He then told he is getting many calls and asked us to finalize more.

We were almost convinced to buy and pay the advance money via google pay. But then just cross checked with the car number in Google and there we go...found this scammer details and then we were saved.

Writing this complaint or post only for a reason to save someone's hard earned money. Educated tech skilled people are getting scammed I am afraid about people who are not skilled enough.
