Indian Army — fraud in delivering transport vehicle

I saw an bike ktm duke 200 on facebook for 40000 person told me he is from indian army and is urgently selling his bike so he again and again every day he said I work at IGI airport delhi mobile no - [protected] wattsapp. And he said you just transfer me 2000 so I can send you parcel I transferred him later he said delivery person on call will inform delivery person said - [protected] - that you will have to pay 19 thousand so I will get mail and then order will move ahead ..I did not do that I am again again asking him to refund he is saying I will go to office then update and right now it is on hold will proceed if you pay instead of refunding he is saying indian army can file a case on you for this.
