Indian Army — Fraud in the name of Indian Army- Need help.

I saw add on Facebook for household item by person name Sandeep Rawat contact number [protected]. He said he is working in Indian navy and he is getting duty transfer.

On whatsapp he said he share product photos and Indian navy canteen bill. He said you have to pay 2500 Rs booking amount then when product will reach you have to pay remaining amount. He shared receipt of Indian Army Courier Parcel Department and delivery boy number [protected] Mr Pathak. Courier guy asked us to pay 8000GST+500PL we paid it and after sometime he said you made wrong payment you have to send amount separately 500 and 8000 he will pay back that wrong transaction amount. After sometime he said pay 11000 because they made full amount bill of 22000 Rs otherwise they will not allow us to deliver. We argued and asked them to send their id proofs they sent we transfer 11000 time was around 6.10 PM he said you have pay 9117 Rs fine because we are 10mins late. I had long argument and we denied to pay we call that man in morning he blocked my number.

I am feeling so helpless, my dad suffering from high blood pressure we paid 30500 Rs. in the name of Indian army. we need our money back, we have all call recording bank details id cards.

Please help us, who can help us on this.
