I have been got caught with a fraud transaction using the name of Indian Army and asked me for money to sell me product like TV/Sofa/Fridge/AC and took the money of 34400 RS by giving in as 5000 Advance then 8400 as next payment then 8000 then 400 then 12600to this guys. He is asking me again for a payment of 3800RS. He claims that he is staying in the airport army quarter.

CVC sent the complaint to VO HQ Army but VO took no action and after 2 years when enquired through RTI, they replied the officer is superannuated on complaint date.
So no action is taken.
Actually officer was re employed again and worked till August 2021. and retired now.
What the rule on above situation?...
