[Resolved]  Indian Army — Fraud of Rs.2000 - Indian Army Parcel Car & Bike Transport service -Through olx

This started with when i saw a advertisement on OLX - AD ID -[protected] posted on OLX on 02.Jul.21 for Activa 5g posted by Gopal Sharma Fauzi. His contact no. [protected] was mentioned in advertisement.
On 02.Jul.21, when i called him on his no. he told me that he is from Indian Army CISF and was transferred to other place and was on duty till 7pm at Indira Gandhi International Airport, Delhi. He provided RC photo of Activa 5g with registration no. DL4SCX1006 and first he said that he will send said Activa 5g by Army Parcel Service free of cost to my residence and i will just have to check and if i don't like quality i can return back to the courier person.
The total deal value was decided Rs.25000/. Then he again called up for my address when i shared the address he again called up and said that Army Parcel service require Rs.2000/. for sale process and asked me to deposit money through PhonePe.
First i refused to transfer any money but he continuously insisted in name of Army Parcel Service procedure to transfer Rs.2000 and assured me that if i don't like the scooty then the Army Parcel person will return the money in cash to me at the time of visit to my house.
He continuously convinced me in the name of Army Person working as head constable in CISF IGI Airport, Delhi.
He gave one number [protected] and told me that this is Army Parcel Service PhonePe number. I tried to transfer Rs.2000 to this no. but transection failed. Then he gave other no. of army parcel Service in name of Chatroo Ahirwal(PhonePe)/Bittu Sarkar(TrueCaller) [protected]. I transferred Rs.1000 first then again Rs.1000/ total Rs.2000/. It was showing Army Parcel Service after Rs.2000/ was transferred scooty will be delivered by 4pm(within 1:30 hour).
After 1 hour, i received a call from Army Parcel Service courier person Babu Ram Gupta Ph.no. [protected](Orissa Location), saying that i have to deposit Rs.6500/. for urgent Army Parcel Service and scooty will reach my address in 25 mins.
After that both Gopal Sharma and Babu Ram Gupta started convincing me to make payment of Rs.6500/ immediately. When i refused they told me that if i don't pay parcel will hold for 30 days in Army Parcel Service Office and Rs.2000 paid by me will not be returned back.
Again on next day Gopal Sharma called up and told me to deposit to Rs.2000/ again to initiate the Army Parcel Service again to which i refused.
Kindly suggest me how to get my Rs.2000/ back.
