Need urgent help!

Really sad to inform, I have been cheated by some ARMY people(Don't know whether they are really from ARMY/CISF or not but i have been cheated on the name of ARMY/CISF)

My wife came to know about a cheap deal through Facebook & later discussed with concern person (Amit Kumar ) through phone call.

Deal Details : Sofa & Dinning Table at a price of 10, 000.

After lots of discussion & details( VOTER ID, ARMY CANTEEN CARD(Liquor, grocery cards..etc.) shared by him through Whatsapp Chat she trusted him & after sending Rs. 2000. Amit shared a Receipt ( Indian Army product receipt) & again asked to send money of Rs 4200 & after sending they said transaction is wrong & again told to send 4000 & 200 separately.

Then i thought something is wrong & asked him to return 4200 so that i can resend it but then they said it can't be refunded because money gone directly to CISF merchant A/C so it cannot be refunded before 51days.

in total 2000+4200 = 6200 i have paid & not getting back.

An Army Officer based in Lucknow Zonal recruitment center cheated a women of 86 lac rupees. He initially threatened her, when a complaint was lodged in Army hQ email address. Afterwards, he asked her to say its a fake complaint. When she did not agree, he blocked her once again. Many proofs have been sent to Army Email address webmaster.[protected]@nic.in and also to AWWA, because he duped her by emotionally blackmailing her saying he loves her and he will take care of the kid and all nonsense. In less then 12 hours of his work getting done, he blocked her. We did not get any update from Army HQ or AWWA after giving many many proofs. Being a doctor and a major he emotionally, financially, mentally, socially cheated.

I saw an Maruti Suzuki WAGONR VXI Reg. No. UP14DM4440 model 2018 with very good condition as mentioned by the fraud (named as sakar Aggarwal cisf mobile no. [protected])I was interested to it and deal was finalized and later he mentioned he is a CISF Jawan employed in Indira Gandhi National airport New Delhi. He was using his phone number for all the communication with me.From the airport service Army transport he asked me to pay rupees 5100 as a security charges to be paid in advance and I paid it. Again he called and told GPS short is to be paid RS 20500. I was little bit suspicious.I am sending details like fraud Id proof . So please immediately investigate this issue and please try to refund my money back.

I just showed interest on buying Wagoner car VXI Reg No. UP14 DM 4440 MODEL 18 he asked me to send transaction of rs5100 and I send him, he said the car is being parceled to your address . In the timing the driver just email to transact more money . I was little bit suspicious and I didn't send the money. Please try to investigate this issue and if possible try to get my money back .

He was told me only pay 5000 for token then after home delivery you will pay remaining amount. Then he was send me Indian army courier receipt and send me delivery man contact no. So I was contacted delivery man than started fraud. Delivery man said for pay gst and pl around 16000 + 999 rupees. So please check all attachments

I have been contacted by someone claiming he is from Indian Army and is shifting to Faridabad Railway. He sent me whatsapp pics of his ID and family. I initially wanted to rent the flat to him considering he is working for indian army. Later He he asked that he is working in Delhi airport rite now and his 3 star sir who informed me that payment will be done through Army card. I follow blindly with the name of Indian army and as soon I see all the messages was cleared in the whatsapp. Crime cell needs to take strict actions against those misusing the name of indian army and spamming the citizens. He spam me and cheated 56000 from my account via Paytm and convince me to pay so that he will refund me from der department the same amount. I have deducted my amount from my account and he den said to repay me next day which is fraud. Please help me. I have his docs also like adhar card and pan also.

It happend on 26th Jan. Initially bablu kumar(from pune) approached me for rent in hyderabad. I asked 2 months rent advance. they said some regiment process happens in military where i have to debit my money to get advance amount back. when i asked refund they said minimum 50000 amount has to be processed to get refund. all cock and bull stories they told. I believed them as they are indian army they wont cheat like that. but they also like normal people. they screwed my money 193000. when i ask my money they are saing that they processed but money holded for security reasons, next day im calling them from morning they switched off their mobiles. their contact no: Harpal singh= [protected]. -Then the next day I got a call from Transporter demanding 2500/- INR for parcel packing. & I sent it.

- Again he was demanding 14000/- INR to deliver the parcel. Then i got confused and ask him to give money face to face.
- he was not agreeing to physical meet then i got shocked.
- Now he is saying that he will complain against me in Crime Branch.

My request to Indian Army Please take legal action against this fraud.

Sir, I have been cheated by the name Arindom Roy who said that he is serving an Indian army (CISF) who stay in Gwalior. He wants to sell his car Apache RTR 160 West Bengal register number with a sum of rs 22000 so he told me to deposit rs 3150 for parcel charges.
And after I deposited the said amount he send me the photo of the army parcel slip. Thus I believe it was true. Later he asked me to deposit rs 7650 for GPS. And again he asked to deposit rs 6580 for GST. Now he asked to pay the 7000 full amount 22000 And even 3000 extra (As a deal) and the Bike will be submitted to me

A person using the name of an Army officer cheated me.I saw an advertisement in OLX and when I when I contacted him he said that he was from the Indian Army and he said that he would send his car through Indian army transport service finally he started demanding for money before I could recieve it, We also paid 30, 000 rupees later we came to know that he didn't belong to the army and he sent a fake army bill for the car delivery.He says himself as the cisf commando in Bangalore Airport.I am really sad that scammers use the name of our Honorable Indian Army to cheat.Finally he didn't send the car and started to ignore my calls and messages.

5. At the time of delivery of the car we were not handed over the documents required for the registration of the car on the pretext that the signatory was not present and had left a bit early due to some commitment at home and were promised that documents shall be delivered to us the following day i.e. on 02 Oct 21 whereas the same was delivered to us, after much coaxing and cajoling, on 17 Nov 21.
Text message of the staff on 16 Nov 21 for sending the location of my residence can be shown if required.
(Same has been forwarded to Ms Poonam Rathi, Customer Care Manager(Sales), Hyundai Charisma, Chandigarh).
6. All this transpired in the presence of the branch head (who did the usual rituals/ceremonies of giving sweets and handing over of the car keys as there was only one car to be delivered on that particular day while dealing person’s Mr Ajay and Mr Tarun were also present besides sales head.
7. Now from here, the problem started for which we had to pay the following amount’s for the lack of technical knowledge, lackadaisical and unprofessional attitude of the Hyundai staff namely Mr Tarun and Mr Ajay, as they did not hand over the required documents till 17 Nov 2021 (Screenshot of the message of your staff already forwarded to Ms Poonam Rathi, Customer Care Manager (Sales), Hyundai Charisma, Chandigarh.
Since Mr Ajay kept reiterating that that the penalty starts from after expiry of three months, and there-fore delayed the handing over the documents, this resulted in following penalty to us by Haryana Transport Dept.
a. Rs 7770/- as fine/ penalty
b. Rs. 580/- towards penal interest
Total Amounting to Rs 8350/-
8. In view of the position explained above you are kindly requested to refund/adjust the amount of Rs. 8350 /- to us as soon as possible. It may be mentioned here that our efforts to resolve the issue at the branch level (Dealing with Ms Poonam Rathi, Hyundai charisma, Chandigarh) has fallen on deaf ears and no solution has been achieved.
9. Kindly do the needful at the earliest so that our family remains your permanent customers as we have already purchased I-10 from you about 5 years back in the name of Maj Abhishek Soni from your Panchkula Branch & the same is still with us.
