I am SAURAV KUMAR from bihar.i saw a second had car on Facebook. I call owner of car.He said I am selling car 1, 30000 because I am in army and my transfer has done in jamu.I agree.then he says me to pay 4000 rupees courier charge to deliver car in your address I 24 hour. I pay 4000 rupees.then he says after 15 hour 21000 then after one hour he says to pay 25000, 8000 .i have paid all rupees by phone pay to receive a car but I didn't receive car.
