Hi sir, i am kumar swamy from bangalore. Actually i saw a post on 18th jan 2020 in olx to buy an digital camera of price rs 18, 999 and i contact mr. Mantosh yadav (Contact no -[protected]). He told me that, he is working in indian army in gujarat, and he is from pune. I convinced him to reduce the price to 15, 000 and he agreed. First he told me that you have to pay security money of 3000 and the remaining amount will have to pay once the product has received. As per that i deposited 1000 & 2000 rs to his same contact number through phone pe and screenshot has been shared to his same whatsapp number.
Next day he send the docket details. After few hours one courier person ([protected]) called me and he said, "your product has been reached to bangalore, in order to deliver the product your address, you have to pay remaining 12, 000". Then i called to mantosh yadav and inform the same to him. He told me that, "yes sir, you have to pay balance amount now then only your product will be delivered to you". I agreed for that and i have deposited 3000, 4000 and 5000 respectively to his account and informed to him to deliver the camera.
After few minutes the courier officer ([protected]) called me and said that, "your transaction id is not matching, so again you have to pay 15, 000 in one transaction the same amount will be deposited to your account within 2 minutes". I told him why should i pay after paying the 15000..? Same has been informed to mantosh yadav, he told me, "no need to worry about that, i have send my all the necessary documents to you and i am the responsible for your money, remember i am an indian army, trust me am like your brother, you deposit the 7500 and 7500 amount twice, will transfer the amount to courier office in one transaction then he will deliver the camera and the amount also deposited to your account as well".
I trusted him because of he is an indian army, and next day i deposited the amount of 7500 and 7500 twice to his phone pe number on 21st jan 2020 and informed the mantosh yadav to send the camera as well as the deposited amount to my account. He said, "ok sir, i will transfer the amount to indian army courier, and they will deliver your product". After few minutes the courier officer called to me and told me that, "sir, your payment has been done in one transaction, transaction id is matched. But, you are delayed to make the payment, so you have to again pay the 15000 along with the penalty of rs 21199. So, make it fast otherwise your product and the deposited amount will be hold for 90 days". After hearing this i got shocked. I call mantosh yadav - explained my current situation, money problem everything. "i am not ready to pay single rupee, please refund my amount, i don't want your camera, i need my money, i am very very poor, please understand my situation, please refund it" i requested him, i begged him.
Then he convinced me, "sir, you not need to worry, we have indian army, we are not cheat you, you are like brother, even i have also came from poor family, i have a family with 2 children, trust me. I will arrange the 10000, you adjust the balance amount. Tomorrow make the payment, your amount and camera definitely you will get. Please ensure i am the responsible for your money. If they are not refund the amount, i will pay you". Again i am trust him.
On whole night i am asleep. I called and asked my friends colleagues and my relatives to arrange the money. Next day 22nd jan 2020, i arrange the money and mantosh yadav called me and said that, "i have an cash in my hand, i am on duty. Bank is too far from here. So, please arrange the 10000 also and deposit as early as possible, because already it's too late. If today is not possible to make the payment, it will be hold for 90 days, after that also you have to pay rs 21199 in order to refund your money". I got fed up. Again i paid rs 26000 to his phone pe number and same as inform to him with screenshot.
Again he called me and told me that, my account transaction is exceeded, so you have to make 10000 to [protected]. For that number ([protected]) doesn't found phone pe account. So, i have inform the same to him. Then he has given the another number and he has sahil kumar ([protected]) called me and told to deposit the amount of 10000 and i did it. Totally rs 66000 i deposited to his account.
Again mantosh yadav called me and told me that, "sir, please sorry for the inconvenience, for last you have to deposit again rs 21199 otherwise my camera and your 66000 amount both will hold for 90 days, so you please arrange and deposit tomorrow by first half". I didn't respond for that, i disconnect the call. Repeatedly he called me and asking for the money. I told him, i don't have the money. Please give it my money back. But they are not even understanding my situation, just telling that, "you deposit the money of 21199 then you will refund your whole amount as well as camera".
Still now they are one after another repeatedly calling me and asking to deposit the money.

By using indian army name they spoils my life.

So please sir, hope you are understand my feeling. Please take the necessary action on those peoples, please please i requesting you to help me to refund my amount sir.
