Indian Army — online fraud by an indian army soldier

I watched a Honda Activa seller’s ad on OLX which no.is-UK07BL8832.then i chat with that person on OLX and then he give me his phone no which is [protected] then i called him.he told me his name is Anil kumar and he is a army soldier and recently he is posted in Dehradun Airport in cargo department he send me his PAN ID on whatsapp which no is GIOPK4082C . then we set a deal for 25, 000.then he told me that recently his duty is in Airport compound and for security reasons he can't able to come outside from airport and activa scooter is alse inside the airport. so u just pay Rs.3020 for gate pass through online which is totally refundable by him. i was not agreed but some conversation and his id proof he convinced me .i pay 1500 online which is deducted by my account an then he said it is received in official account again 1500 send to that same account but now that second transection of 1500 amount are not cleared but 3000 was deducted by my accound but he told me that the amount is showing pending and it is not successfully transferred so you please pay it again now you pay 3020rs lumsum when you came here I'll pay your total Rs.6040 back in cash. I thought that he is a soldier of my country so he's a man of his words.so i blindly faith on him.then transfer him Rs.3020 again.then he said me your transection is clear so please come to Airport entry gate I'll see you there with my Activa. between that telephonic conversations so many times he gave his phone to his officer( sab se bat kariye ye samjhayenge aapko kya karna hai).he provide me 1)paytm account no, (2)phonepay no, (3)google pay no. which is given blow..

When i transfer that 6000rs then he told me that you come to airport gate we'll meet there.When i reached his place then i called him and then he told me that you just wait outside my officer is preparing your gate pass send me your ID and wait there. after 1hr.he called me and said gate incharge(which is a Lady)is not allowing me to go outside with vehicle because of Rs.10, 000 pending which is show in documents. first you clear that pending amount and then I'll permitted you to go outside with vehicle. And you have to pay only by online transection because "Modi (Prime Minister Of India)ne airports pe sab online kar diya hai ab yaha cash nahi chalta, aap ko online payment hi karwani padegi or wo bhi PayTM se otherwise aapka jo chalan bana hai wo radd ho jayega or aapka paisa refund nahi hoga or ye pending paisa chalan banne k 24hrs tak hi jama karana hoga". then he (Anil Kumar)said me you please pay 10, 000 online I'll pay your full money back in cash i am not using paytm or any kind of online sevices. because of lack of time i told him (Anil Kumar) I'll arrange paytm from someone's else because my online sofware is not working properly. so can i come back next day.he agreed for that. next day he called me and said please pay that remaining amount and take that activa with you.then i was arrange from one of my friend's paytm and transfer 100 rs to that google pay no.for testing. 100 deducted from the account of my friend.then i called him and say i send 100 rs for testing you recieved it or not he said i received it its confirm now you send remaining 9, 900 rs at same no.i send it to him but after sometime he call me and said it is showing pending so do one thing send 10, 000rs again. then i told him i am not buy your activa that deal is desolve here now bring my money back to my account. then he said i dont have paytm or upi id i have my salary account debit card but i m not permitted to going outside the runway compound so you share your paytm account username and password i am login here through your account and add money to your paytm wallet through his debit card. I was not gave him my account details. now he is not answaring my ph calls.now i realised that i was cheated on the name of INDIAN ARMY.its very shameful to myself and indian army who is not control this kind of activity in there own country.where is Army Intelligence. My humble request to My Country’s Army please take some strict action against that type of criminals who using defence name in there criminal activity. Such kind of people are spoiled Indian Army’s reputation in the society. N now after that incident I'll never believe & support to indian army soldiers.shame on you.
