Indian Army — online scam
Sir, i had seen an ad placed in olx, and the user name was mentioned as airforce.. I contacted the guy and he said me he is from airforce and is working in a department in mangalore airport and said that he was selling his ac as he was being transferred. We came to a deal to buy the ac for 10000. He asked me to pay the money in advance and that he will deliver it via indian army courier service. I dint agree at first and then i agreed to pay an advance as he convinced me in the name of army. I paid him an amount of 4000.20 minutes before the proposed time of delivery another guy called me in the name of being a delivery guy and told to complete the transaction so that the courier is delivered, i said its ridiculous as i doubted it was a scam. He now disagrees to pay back my money. Kindly do the needful Was this information helpful?
