I am a victim of a scammer Manjeet Singh pretending to be an Indian Army he order two paintings from me for 3000 rs instead of paying me he has taken away 67999 from. For confirmation he transferred me 1 rupee. After that he says within 24hour I will get refund but didn't received any after requesting more he returned me 10k remaining 57999 he asked me to wait for 4 days but after 6 days also he is saying wait you will get.
