Indian Army — to please refund my money from olx fraud officer

I m a student i was in search of a phone below 10000
It saw an add on olx of realmepro @ 5000 for i was intrested in buying and i have done the deal @5000
He told that he is working in indian army. And he forced me to send 1000 ruppes in advance. Then i paid him the advance.
He gave me his adhaar proof and indian army proof and said parcel will delivered with few hours
Initially he demonised rs300 as courier charges
Then full 4000 i send that money to his paytm no. Then demanded extra penalty which i refused until delivery of product but he forced me to send 6100 and the i give him the money at paytm. Then again he forced me to send 3150 to send on his paytm for the second penalty, on which he promised me to give the cashback my money on delivery.
But never he delivered product neither he gave me my money back. And he blocked my number and the courier boy also blocked mmy number.
I request u to solve my problem as fast as possible as i am a school student belongs to average family and it not possible for to buy other until i receive my money back his proof below (2 more persons are involved beside that one) there mobile numbers are:- aadhar cardand army proof of the army officer is given below:-

Last night this was also happened with me. I saw an ad on olx regarding bullet 350 classic. He asked for 5000 /- to make a gate pass chalan from APS to show me the bike through paytm. I paid him 1500/- through net banking. After that I got to know that he is a fraud.

I took his few details which I sharing with you.
