Sir maine olx par ek phone dekha to maine message kiya to unhone apna mobile number diya aur mujhse baat ki hamari deal ho gyi pehle bole delivery charge 525Rs dijiye maine jama kra diye phir dusre din courier wale ka phone aya to boh address confirm kar rha tha phir kuch time baad call ayi aur kaha 50% amount pay kar do maine 50% amount pay kar diya aur maine phir courier boy ke pass phone kiya to boh bola apka 50% amount agya hai phir baad mein maine phone bechne wale ko call ki to woh bol rha hai ki apka 50% aamount nhi jama huaa hai bahut time tak meri usse baat hui phir maine courier boy ke pass phone kiya to boh bola ki apka50% amount nhi aya hai maine kahaa pehle too app keh rhe the amount agya ab keh rhee hain nhi aya phir baad mein bola aap clear karo amount. I m a student i was search for a bike below 50000
I saw an add on fb of Apache 160 @ 45000 for i was intrested in buying and i have done the deal @40000
He told that he is working
In indian army
He gave me his idhaar proof and indian army is proof and said parcel will delivered with few hours
Initially he demonised rs 5000 as courier charges
Then i send that money to his paytm no. Then demanded full which i refused until delivery of product
But never he delivered product neither he gave me my money back
I request u to solve my problem as fast as possible as i m medical student belongs to average family and it not possible for to buy other until i receive my money back his proof below

I saw an ad on facebook in a guy name murthy, then i called him and he mentioned that he is a army person selling his bike (Activa) for rs. 23000. Then asked my aadhar card and asked rs.5000 for initial deposit. Also shared army canteen card & bike rc as proof and said that the bike is on his uncle name. As proof was looks original i sent the rs. 5000 on given account (Attaching screen shot, google pay). Then next day another person called me he said he is from army transport parcel department and the bike is at kukatpally location. And he asked me rs. 11250 & balance amount (18000) to get the bike, this charge is army security charge, again i sent the amount on the basis of proof submitted. Now the guy said the amount sent was in 1 transaction which should be in 2 transaction because system does not allows that. Then i feel some problem there. But i already have paid the above amount and thought of given proof i had sent the rs. 11250 again in 2 transactions along with security & insurance cost (22508 + 16250) and now total amount i lost is rs. 84, 258 inr.

Now the person is not picking my call.

He told me that he is posted at jaisalmer border and working in indian army and due to some financial problem he want to sell his bike asap.

Today morning he sent me a courier slip of indian army post office, i thought he is genuine and transferred inr 7, 000/- through paytm to courier the bike to me (Delhi).

According to this site he is going to call me tomorrow to make me payment or the package will be delivered back to jaisalmer.

Kindly trace the number and arrest him, as the number is active with internet.

I also saw an olx ad where a man on the name of army was selling a vaspa scooty as price was attractive, i texted him and he gave me his number ([protected]) and olx ad id was [protected].

Then i texted him on whatsapp and he sent me few photos of his scooty and also advised me that he can send the scooty through army courier (As he was 85kms away) for which i will not have to pay any charges. So as i was convinced i told him...

Hello sir i am neeraj and my deal with with mr manjeet indian army hawaldar, he confirmed me this start from olx and he taken till now 68000 by paytm of onther person mr laxman das but till required more money for delivering parsel, and i know no one can help me against this because many companies has been submitted at this site, this is worst problem happened,

He told that he is working in indian army. And he forced me to send 1000 ruppes in advance. Then i paid him the advance.

I have got a order of a dslr canon d200 and he demanded a amt of rs8000 which i had pain in his phonepe account and they cheated me and now i want help as they have totally collected a amt of rs 27500

Fiirs he said me to paytm 3150 for advance..
After that he said me to paytm 10120 after that 16000 after that 18000 finally courer boy said that ur currer are late so deposit 21000 more but then i cant deposit the mony...
Now his mobile no is off and courrer boy mobile is also off...

Am holding pli policy no aps-45-l. The maturity date of policy was on 05 oct 2018. I had deposited my original policy with application in head post office, krishnagiri-01 (Tamil nadu). On 03 oct 2018. However till date i did not receive my maturity amount. I have made plenty of calls on mobile but no action is taken till date. Then next day another person called me he said he is from army transport parcel department and the car is at maruti kunj cantt. Location. And he asked me rs. 11250 to get the car, this charge is army security charge, again i sent the amount on the basis of proof submitted. Now the guy said the amount sent was in 2 transaction which should be in 3 transaction because system does not allows that. Then i feel some problem there. But i already have paid the above amount and thought of given proof i had sent the rs. 11250 again in 3 transactions. Now total amount i lost is rs. 27500.

The name of this man.. Vikas patel meet in olx to ad her phone redmi note 6 pro.. He sell this phone on rs-7500. I see this post. And told him i brought this phone on 4000rs. And he sell me 4000 rs. And he said you paid 4000 rs at [protected] this no before delivered. And i paid. He said your product delivery next day between 9 to 10 clock. So next day at 9:[protected] this no call me and said your product is come and collect it. Bt a condition you paid 5100 rs at the paytem no that you paid yesterday.. The. I say why? He told me its for army security. When you paid this amount your security is unlock and your product a d your cash will refund.. I can't paid this and he said ilhe can't give this produced. Tab ja kar mai paise diya mughe laga ki army ke koi bhi ho bt wardi ki saan rakhta hai bt ye vikas patel ne pure bharosa bekaar kr diya. Sir pahle isne 1000 rupees ka demand kiya parcel ka bhejne ka bill. Phir 2 hours baad corior wale ka phone aya to usne kaha ki sir apko security deposit karna hoga 1550 maine wo bhi diya. Baad mai corior wala bolta kya hai sir apne galti kar di 1500 + 50 bhejna that yaar chutiya hai kya hm. Mughe laga kuch ckkar hai. Bt usne apni wardi aur maa bhumi ki kasam kha raha tha. To mene bhej diya bharosa kar ke. Sir mai ap see a ye khna cahata hu ki ap is vikas patel ko jaldi see jaldi pakde. Mughe apne paise nhi cahiye. Ap bs action lijiye sir mai ek student hu btech last year ka.

Then i texted him on whatsapp and he sent me few photos of his scooty and also advised me that he can send tht scooty through army courier(as he was 85kms away)for which i will not have to pay any charges.so as i was convinced i told him to process the courier and as told by him I sent my adhar card and photo to him through whatsapp.but as he reached courier centre(as told by him) smthng strange happened...he asked me to pay Rs.6000 through net banking as security...i simply denied him and said tht i would rather visit him personally.after ending the call i googled about"army courier service dhanbad" and hence came to know abt this big fraud going over long time. fortunately, my money is safe.so please beware of this kind of fraud...i am sending details of that con man.(note:-adhar card and photo is mine.fake army id belongs to him.fortunately, i am not cheated but filing complain to aware others)

This guy, sanjay singh made a deal with us to sell his phone. We had transferred a token amount to him through upi and was promised phone delivery and then to pay the rest amount.in between he asked for some more money which we did not transfer initially but some amount was transferred. He did not deliver on his promise and along with his friend as a conspiracy did not deliver the phone. He used slogans like "wardi ki kasam" and also shared his id no.
