Hi team,

This is with reference to above subject,

I saw this ad id on olx for scooty and we were agree for 13000 inr for this deal.
And this guy (Sanjay singh) told me that he is in indian army at nashik and he will transfer scooty (Wego) through army post parcel truck.

And initially he told me to transfer 2600 for the registration process for the parcel so that he can parcel the scooty through indian army parcel facilities.

And firstly i transferred 2600 inr (First 100 inr and then 2500 inr) to his paytm account number and he confirmed as well and he told that i'll be receiving at evening around 5:30 pm.

In evening around 6 pm i received call from army postman (Alokat) and he told me that i'm near by your area and transfer the due amount (10400) and i transferred that and again he told me, please transfer 11250 inr for noc registration then he will come to my place and deliver the scooty and will return my noc registration fee and i transferred 11250 in the same paytm account.

And then i told him to come my place to deliver scooty to me then he told me that you were supposed to pay the 11250 in two share, i mean first share
Should be 11200 and other should be 50 inr.

So, again i transferred 11200 inr and 50 inr but still he couldn't deliver scooty to me as he was telling you will have to pay again 22500 inr for the statement but i didn't.

It means, i transferred total 35500 inr to his paytm account and below is the summary.

1: 100 inr
2: 2500 inr
3: 11250 inr
4: 11200 inr
5: 50 inr

Total: 35500 inr

And they didn't deliver scooty to me and not my money to me.

I'm demanding my money but they are not ready to return me.

I am attaching here olx ad details, money transfer details, paytm account details and his id proof and there mobile number on which we were/are communicating.

It seems that they are not from indian army and they are misusing of indian army's id and they can misuse my ids as well.

And as per google and as per my experience, fraud-er is using the olx site to do the fraud and none taking any action.

And i hope, you will take appropriate action and i'll get my money back as i have provided all the information's.

It's my humble request you to please help me to get my money back.

I saw an ad on olx and thought of buying a phone. A person who told his name as vikas patel (Phone - [[protected]]) told him as an army officer and asked me to pay the money via paytm account

So that he can get the phone released from office. To prove his identity - he sent me his csd canteen identity card, and his other pics (Attached). Considering the authenticity, i transferred him initial 26000/- via paytm.

Just now i check online, he is fraud.

I would request you guys not to transfer money unless you see the product, no matter how trusted the other party is. Just sharing my plight so others dont suffer : (

I would request this matter to be urgently looked as i am seeing multiple complaints for fraud done under the name of indian army and this guy is fooling people.

A person named Tamire Tej Kumar, stated that he is from Indian army and has posing in Bellary, Karnataka. This person had updated an add in olx for selling his car and said would transport the car through army courier service and took money from us, now ge is telling that he has cancelled the courier and resufing to give back our money.. I fell that this person does not belong to army and is misusing the other persons army id. I have some proof which he has sent to me. Kindly verify

I saw a mobile ad in olx...so i texted him..then he told me that he is in u.p...and i m in kolkata..so he sent me his id card and adharcard...then he told me send money..which is 1500..i send him 1500 then he asked me for more 7500...i send him more 7500...then the courior boy called me and told me that parcel was hold...i[censored] unhold the parcel then i need to pay the penalty which is 4150...then i send the courior boy 4150..again they asked me for 4150...so again i paid that...again they asked me for 8300..i laid them...then again they asked for 20000..i paid them...again they asked me for 4200..i paid that...

I saw an add on fb of Apache 160 @ 45000 for i was intrested in buying and i have done the deal @40000
He told that he is working
In indian army
He gave me his idhaar proof and indian army is proof and said parcel will delivered with few hours
Initially he demonised rs 5000 as courier charges
Then i send that money to his paytm no. Then demanded full which i refused until delivery of product
But never he delivered product neither he gave me my money back
I request u to solve my problem as fast as possible as i m medical student belongs to average family and it not possible for to buy other until i receive my money back his proof below

I saw an ad on facebook in a guy name murthy, then i called him and he mentioned that he is a army person selling his bike (Activa) for rs. 23000. Then asked my aadhar card and asked rs.5000 for initial deposit. Also shared army canteen card & bike rc as proof and said that the bike is on his uncle name. As proof was looks original i sent the rs. 5000 on given account (Attaching screen shot, google pay). Then next day another person called me he said he is from army transport parcel department and the bike is at kukatpally location. And he asked me rs. 11250 & balance amount (18000) to get the bike, this charge is army security charge, again i sent the amount on the basis of proof submitted. Now the guy said the amount sent was in 1 transaction which should be in 2 transaction because system does not allows that. Then i feel some problem there. But i already have paid the above amount and thought of given proof i had sent the rs. 11250 again in 2 transactions along with security & insurance cost (22508 + 16250) and now total amount i lost is rs. 84, 258 inr.

Now the person is not picking my call.

He told me that he is posted at jaisalmer border and working in indian army and due to some financial problem he want to sell his bike asap.

Today morning he sent me a courier slip of indian army post office, i thought he is genuine and transferred inr 7, 000/- through paytm to courier the bike to me (Delhi).

According to this site he is going to call me tomorrow to make me payment or the package will be delivered back to jaisalmer.

Kindly trace the number and arrest him, as the number is active with internet.

I also saw an olx ad where a man on the name of army was selling a vaspa scooty as price was attractive, i texted him and he gave me his number ([protected]) and olx ad id was [protected].

Then i texted him on whatsapp and he sent me few photos of his scooty and also advised me that he can send the scooty through army courier (As he was 85kms away) for which i will not have to pay any charges. So as i was convinced i told him...

He told that he is working in indian army. And he forced me to send 1000 ruppes in advance. Then i paid him the advance.

Am holding pli policy no aps-45-l. The maturity date of policy was on 05 oct 2018. I had deposited my original policy with application in head post office, krishnagiri-01 (Tamil nadu). On 03 oct 2018. However till date i did not receive my maturity amount. I have made plenty of calls on mobile but no action is taken till date. The name of this man.. Vikas patel meet in olx to ad her phone redmi note 6 pro.. He sell this phone on rs-7500. I see this post. And told him i brought this phone on 4000rs. And he sell me 4000 rs. And he said you paid 4000 rs at [protected] this no before delivered. And i paid. He said your product delivery next day between 9 to 10 clock. So next day at 9:[protected] this no call me and said your product is come and collect it. Bt a condition you paid 5100 rs at the paytem no that you paid yesterday.. The. I say why? Baad mai corior wala bolta kya hai sir apne galti kar di 1500 + 50 bhejna that yaar chutiya hai kya hm. Mughe laga kuch ckkar hai. Bt usne apni wardi aur maa bhumi ki kasam kha raha tha. To mene bhej diya bharosa kar ke. Sir mai ap see a ye khna cahata hu ki ap is vikas patel ko jaldi see jaldi pakde. Mughe apne paise nhi cahiye. Ap bs action lijiye sir mai ek student hu btech last year ka.

Then i texted him on whatsapp and he sent me few photos of his scooty and also advised me that he can send tht scooty through army courier(as he was 85kms away)for which i will not have to pay any charges.so as i was convinced i told him to process the courier and as told by him I sent my adhar card and photo to him through whatsapp.but as he reached courier centre(as told by him) smthng strange happened...he asked me to pay Rs.6000 through net banking as security...i simply denied him and said tht i would rather visit him personally.after ending the call i googled about"army courier service dhanbad" and hence came to know abt this big fraud going over long time. fortunately, my money is safe.so please beware of this kind of fraud...i am sending details of that con man.(note:-adhar card and photo is mine.fake army id belongs to him.fortunately, i am not cheated but filing complain to aware others)
