Indian Cream Parlour — Rusted Sharp Nail like object found in Ice Cream

I visited "Indian Cream Parlour" situated in the address "KHB Complex, Chickmaglur, Karnataka, India" along with 3 other friends of mine and ordered 2 no's GudBud Icecream and 2 no's Pista Milk Shake. Myself after having a bite at Gudbud icecream, felt something sharp in my mouth and saw that it was a rusted sharp nail like object(pic attached). The sharp nail like object could have made serious scratches/injuries in my mouth or could have got stuck in the throat causing bleeding and severe pain. As the sharp nail like object was rusted, the swallowed icecream could cause Tetanus under ignorant situation if not vaccinated. After complaining, The Owner, staff and the cashier of "Indian Cream Parlour" acknowledged that the rusted sharp nail like object was part of the icecream making/dispensing equipment but the owner refused to take any responsibility whatsoever. He simply mentioned that they cannot do anything about it. The whole day I felt nauseous and had to take tetanus shot in the nearest government hospital. This was a very callous behaviour by the owner who is in the icecream business where consumers are mostly kids, exposing them to toxins/physical injuries by callous behaviour might prove fatal to adults/kids under ignorant situation.
