Indian Fitness Care — selling fraud preventive healthcare plans

Indianfitnesscare selling fraudulent preventive healthcare plans to customers. On call i was told for below services but after repetitive calls and email follow ups i didn't get any written communications from the seller 1. Unlimited healthcare checkups
2.10000 pre person medications 3.2 lac per person insurance coverage 4.2000 cash back for the payment 10999/-

In first place i didn't get any payment confirmation copy and i've asked for the same for couple of times but no reply. When i spoke to the manager regarding the same he was rude and told me to complaint if you want. I've recorded the phone conversations, if you want i can send those. Please help me to get the amount 10999/- and make sure this company cant cheat other people.
