Subject:- 1. Non receipt of special trainees nursing assistant certificate from AMC Records Lucknow.
2. STNA, EMT, TOT certificate if you do not do civil employment. If so please do please give me the Certificates.
3.When you cannot give STNA, EMT, TOT certificate then I request you to give us civil job inside army.

1. You are therefore, requested to fwd the STNA, EMT, TOT Certificate at the earliest for handing over to the indl concerned.
3. Sir I am Retirement on 31Dec 2023 then i need STNA, EMT, TOT certificate for new job. and application will be evaluated on the basis of STNA, EMT, TOT certificate.
4. Many times I informed my AMC record through my letter but instead of helping me they are giving me advice again and again just because of this I have asked for your help no one is ready to help me you are my help Can by letter number you can understand how much AMC Record letter I have given but no one is helping medical.

Myself Arun Mozhi, I have been with icici bank since 2015. This year 2022 740/- rs is deducted from my account without any alert message. I am not using any Demat account and the representative didn't inform any charges while opening the account. But still this charges are applied and debited from my account on 05 July 2022. [protected] / DP CHGS TILL MAY-22 is shown in the statement. So please make sure to credit the amount which has been debited so far.

The organization with the name indian health services, duped me into believing that they represent indian health organization (Iho). The representative from this fake entity claimed to have come across a new offer and constantly followed up with me until i made the payment. I have attached all relevant documents of communication with them, the credit card dispute form considering the transaction details. The only concern is the authenticity of the organization to which the payment was made, and not the process of the payment and authentication.

I request your kind intervention in this regard to make sure that this payment is recalled or stopped. It would be very grateful.

Dear sir,

I am in a middle class family. I got a call from the salesman at star healthcare india insurance company on 28/07/2019 and told me his new health insurance plan & badly i impress on this plan. But the plan presented is completely false. On same day i have purchased a health policy for rs. 13500/ - for my hole family members (2members for 5 years) and made a payment through online. The insurance company is making money by cheating the general public. Although i have mailed it to cancel this policy, it is not canceled and my payment is also not refunded.
Not refunded to me.
Request to take action...

I am in a middle class family. I got a call from the salesman at Star Healthcare India insurance company on 22/07/2019 and told me his new health insurance plan & badly i impress on this plan. But the plan presented is completely false. On same day i have Purchased a health policy for Rs. 20998 / - for my hole family members (11 members) and made a payment through online.The insurance company is making money by cheating the general public. Although I have mailed it to cancel this policy, it is not canceled and my payment is not refunded to me.

I have taken policy from health india. They inform me on call about the policy but when i have received the kit it policy is different. I have sent mail for refund my amount.
But i have not received my amount.
I am following to mrs. Janvi but every time she is replied that amount will receive within week but no amount received till now.
I have sent so many mail but no positive response.
On the web site of this company one mail id is also of mr. Rohit but that is not correct. And mobile number is also wrong.

I got call from indian healthcare claiming they provide plans for daily medical expense reimbursements.. Offered me a very attractive plan worth 10000.. Also mentioned they are located in delhi.. Took me accross thru their website.. I paid amount and till now awaiting welcome kit / membership plan number.. Called them several times.. No response on that as well.. Several emails sent.. Can someone help how to report this crime?

I have received a call from a lady owing a number which was not hers. By explaining all the details of the plan. She asked to make the payment worth 5999/-. The payment was asked to be made through paytm. I paid it. Later on after making the payment within an hour they disconnecting the call ignoring my calls by making excuses that they are busy in their lunch and leisure. They said that the amount will be transferred to emi's. Till date the emi's have not been made by them. Today i received a call saying that your bank has rejected the request for conversion and requested me to get it done by my own. I was sure that these people are fraud. I havent received any document any card my free massager which was promised by them. The website is indianhealthcare. Ind.in and the concerned person was naina and shweta and the numbers are [protected] and [protected]. They confirmed that they are located in 106, shiv shakti plaza, mahavir enclave, new delhi. On 2nd of june 2018 i made a requst to cancel the plan and refund my money now they saying that 50% will be dedeucted and given back to you.. Kindly do the needful. I have been sending trails of emails.

I have purchased health check plan with Blood pressure monitor and gluco meter machine and free doctor consultations for two years @ 8399/- paid through card on[protected] after that there is no response on phone or website. I am want cancel the policy and get back my money. I want complaint to consumer forum in this issue and go for justices for my issue

This company is totally a fraud company, they are cheating the people by offering health insurance with many offers. After so many mails they said they are going to refund the money till now they did not refund my money. I am giving this complaint again because no other person should be cheated like me. And this company should be in blacklist so that they can not cheat any body.

I have enrolled for mighty health check plan for rs.12000 for 3 years.. Till now i have not received blood pressure monitor, blood glucometer machine, body massager and they also promised as a special offer they are going to give around 2300 money back.

I asked they to return my money as i am not satisfied with their services.

I have not received any response form them and they are not answering my phone call and e-mail. I think this as a fraud company.

I am complaining this to consumer forum so that other people can not be cheated.

I was enrolled for the standard plan of 8399/- on 16th dec 2017, in which they promised to provide blood pressure monitor and blood glucometer machine.

Till date i have not received the above machines.
They have not reimbursed my claim of rs 1500 on 17th jan 2018

Tried many times with their help line number -[protected] they are not responding at all.

I want my money to be refunded.

Please mark this company as fraud., so that other people should not be trapped.

I am company policy holder. I am try to send mail for submission of some bills for reimbursement but mail is bouncing. On telephonic call no reply from company side. At start they picked call and said to send the bills & details through mail. But now no contact is available from company side. Customer care [protected], mr. 8. Cancellation of policy : not properly mentioned in web details. No links mentioned in web site for provided services.

Dear Sir

I paid Rs. 14000/- on 21.1.2018 . I was informed following

There is health insurance from National Health Insurance of INR 2 lacs. There will be reimbursement of INR 2000/- every quater for medical bills.

This is a fraud. When I called their company in which the payment was made

I paid 10, 499/- amount on 14th Sep 2017. Still I have not received any hard documents of my insurance & any glucometer unit, Blood presser meter.

Also your phone[protected] is not reachable to me. also not one giving me any alternate no

Now I realize that your company is fake. You should my refund my money.

The company by name - indian health care looks like a fraud company as they had promised that they would provide the following as per the standard health check plan
(Blood pressure monitor/blood glucometer machine)
(Full body checkup voucher, doctor consultation voucher)

It has been more than 16 days by now and i have not recieved any call/email or anyother kit and the customer care [protected] number is not working. They are cheating public on name on medical claim. Even if the number gets attended, the customer care will just attend the call and says that the concerned team is working and it would be answered, i am not really sure if they provide any cliams or not, hence request you to please help on this
