Indian Health Organisation — Against wrong information and cancellation for plan

I have purchase freedom plan health card. Before purchasing your executive give me wrong information. And after purchasing they send me temporary card on my mail id, but name on card are wrong, then I was call on IHO customer care and respective executive who give plan. But no one give me response against this. So after that I give request for cancellation that plan. But again there is no proper response from IHO. And not return back my amount which is paid by me to purchase that plan.
