[Resolved] Indian Health Organisation — behaviour of the customer care person

Today 5 minitues back i got a call from one of the customer care manager.
Behaviour of that manager was not proper. I was asking him information regarding the medical card in detail. He got angry. He behaved very rudely to me.
Kindly take some action on such people.
