Indian Health Organisation — Cheating , Irresponsibility and Non cooperation from IHO Sales people

This is is to bring to your notice that I paid 2500 and 11000 rfor IHO VOCHURES AND INSURANCE. IHO managers (Bhupendra, Ronix and Vardhan) made false promises to me that the vochures and health insurance documents would be dispached within 7 days and 15 days respectively. Though I made a call innnumarable times, the above mentioned empoloyess have not been responding to my complaint's The custome care representative's always providing arrogant answers.
