Thanks for your return mail. We would like to cancel this plan what we had paid to IHO Rs 4950 via by online transaction.. Please remit the total amount which we had paid to you.. Also we understood from your IHO terms and conditions of membership that customer has right to cancel this plan if its not suitable to membership person and as per requirement is not fulfilled to membership.. Please consider this return mail as notice to you that we want to cancellation this plan without any further negotiation. Hope you understand and do the needful without any further complication.. Quoted by IHO " In the event that you wish to cancel the Healthcare Package Membership and your membership with IHO, you shall be required to intimate the same to IHO by calling IHO inbound or by sending an email to within 14 (fourteen) days of receipt of the Healthcare Package Membership by you. You shall further be required to return the Healthcare Package Membership and all documents and other items provided to you along with the Healthcare Package Membership (“Healthcare Package Membership Welcome Pack”) by mailing the aforesaid to IHO C/O Cancellation Department at 64, Okhla Industrial Estate, Phase – III, New Delhi – 110020. On receipt of such intimation and the Healthcare Package Membership's Welcome Pack, IHO shall verify the details of your membership and the request for cancellation placed by you. On IHO's satisfaction that your request is in accordance with this agreement, IHO shall carry out the following (collectively, “Cancellation”): Unquote'' Awaiting for your prompt action. Which he is not understanding that whereas he was not gone thru our message properly, also self is not willing to accept this policy. Please do the needful that we want entire full payment which is paid to IHO.. Self will be patient to looks for your valuable support until will receive our full payment, if you fail to pay us self has no other way to suit consumer compliance against IHO.. also self will loops this common mail for future communication that all our friends circle which are corporate friends works in different level of vertical industry which will bring notice to them that aware about IHO Cheating and malpractice of selling the product to unknown people gives us wrong commitment..

first of all please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience faced by you. Our records indicate that we did make our cancellation policy clear & there was a (recorded) statuatory verification call made to you, in which you explicitly have accepted IHO's terms & conditions.

The call was re verified and it was ascertained that all the terms & conditions were okayed by you & should you wish to listen to the same, we shall be happy to call you and do the same.

Our records also show that your refund was processed on 21/05/2015, closing the matter at our end.
