[Resolved] Indian Health Organisation [IHO] — Suddenly discontinuing my policy | |||||
I have opted a NIC mediclam policy[protected] for my parents via Indian Health Organization 2 years ago, which is due to be renewed on 15th of Apr'17 (as attached). But, recently I have received an sms stating "NIC has discontinued the group policy and need to be migrated to an individual Mediclam policy. But NIC is now denying to renew the same policy with same terms and condition and asking for new policy, email from NIC attached. And IHO is not taking the responsibility. I want to continue the same policy as it is now 2 years old and is now eligible to cover the existing diseases of my parents. Please help. Was this information helpful? | |||||
