[Resolved]  Indian Health Organisation — Preventive health care plan

The cheque I submitted for the preventive health care plan was en cashed in Dec '13. Initially, they were asking for card transactions but luckily the machine the agent claiming to be IHO representative had was not working so I gave the cheque limiting my loss. I haven't received any welcome call or original cards till date!!! I receive many calls from people claiming to be IHO representatives asking for references of prospective victims. Surprisingly, coinciding with their calls, (when I ask about my case) I will get some mail with soft copies of the membership cards with no reference numbers. I suspect that behind the cover of IHO, there is cheating o[censored]nsuspecting public going on as may be my case.
