[Resolved] Indian Health Organisation — Refund of Money and Unresponsive Towards Customers

I had taken a health check up plan from IHO on 18th April 2014 by paying Rs.8, 000 for 5 members. I cancelled the plan immediately on 25th April 2014 following the welcome call on 24th April 2014 from IHO's welcome department, as the information provided to me by their marketing representative and on welcome call were different in short a false commitment was given to me. At the time of cancelling plan the customer care representative assured me to receive a cancellation call within 10 to 14 working days. Then after I chased them several times but neither I received a cancellation call nor my money is refunded. Every time when I call them, I get the same answer from each customer care representative that they will arrange a call for me within 2 hrs or 24 hrs.
Seems IHO is cheating on their customer and do not want to refund their money back. Please help...
