I have received a call from IHO(earlier i was not aware that it was from IHO) saying that my credit limit would be enhanced if i take policy from IHO. Otherwise i would not accepted it.
I have taken policy from IHO, by which i was promised to get the limit enhancement of the credit card i'm using. Only when I call after receiving the cards from IHO. The biggest fraud company, this is not the way to market your dirty product. Dont ever play with the customers for your own use. Serious action need to be taken on these kind of misguidance from tele callers and marketing guys.I want my policy to be cancelled and refund my money as early as possible.
I have called many times but those people are continuously saying only 50% would be refunded.
Atleast i have no energy to fight with them, i have no other option except to compromise and take that money (2475/-) promised over the call by farhan from thae number([protected]).
My sincere request to IHO dont play these kind of cheap tricks with the customers, you people dont have knowledge under what circumstances people may be.
I want action to be taken on these kind of false commitments.
