I have paid the fees for the jaiib course to IIBF( Indian Institute Of Banking And Finance) through my net banking.
my first transaction of net banking is successful but on their site the massage was displayed that the transaction was unsuccessful so i have done the second transaction of the same amount but when i inquired in my bank my bank has told me that both the transaction are successful, so i have try to contact the iibf on the given numbers on their but there is no response from their end, even i have shoot mail to their customer care but i have not received single reply from there end.
Due to problem on their site i have paid the amount twice and now there is no proper reply form their end.
