Dear sir, i have received a massage from distributor regarding gas booking with consumer no 7267 a, whereas i have not been booked for gas slender. It seems that the gas slender has been blacked with my account number, this may caused lake of slender to the needful costumers. A strict action may please be taken against the laval distributor of my area...

Hi,
I am a consumer of indane lpg with holding consumer no cx472083, mrs. Sonali sen under green indane, vip residency, shop no 6, rajarhat gopalpur main road, kolkata - 700052.
I have noticed since last three times that i am getting sms "your cylinder is delivered" but in real it is not. I discovered that delivery boy sell these cylinder to others with more profit.
If this is the honesty of a delivery boy who is more responsible for the valuable cylinder then how common people like me will believe on them.
My humble request you to take necessary action to this person who is not reliable to customer.

Pl refer my complaint no 1245467 submitted in march, 2016. As of date no reply is received, even though more than 60 days are elapsed.In this connection, i draw your attention to the directive of prime minister, mr. Narendra modi to all concerned to settle the complaint within 60 days.
I request you to settle my grievance immediately as otherwise i will be compelled to take up the matter with pm and chairman, ioc will be solely responsible for the cosequences.

I had a Bharatgas LPG dual gas connection at Vasai Maharashtra which I transferred to Visruthi Gas agency on my retirement.This agency is at Feroke Chungam Kozhikode Dist Kerala.On allotment I was asked to filled LPG cylinder from their Godown at one mile away from my residence for which I had to spend Rs 80.Eventhough I had submitted Adhar form copy my subsidy was not given for cylinders 2 nos.I had linked my bank A/c with Adhar in bank at union bank Chungam.
On my booking for refill on 13 March 2016 I was allotted cylinder but did not deliver on fraudulent claim of house lock whereas we were in house ever since our allotment came and allotment was cancelled. On our complaint, we were asked to collect refill from their godown at one mile away.We again spent to bring cylinder by paying Rs 80/-.Our bill was not returned to us at godown as is their practice.Earlier also at first time for 2 cylinders the godownkeeper did not return the bill.But subsidy of Rs 80 was given through Union bank.The agency has a practice of cancelling all LPG booking when periodically the LPG prices are increased. so that increased prices can be collected.
Now I have booked for LPG on 25/4/16 but my allotment came but the delivery has not taken place even though all those booked on 25th was delivered.The promise is that it will take place within 3 days.We kept our relative to keep a watch but of no use.The delivery van which used to roam daily has taken another route.Frustrated, we gave our full address including electric poll no still waiting.
Probably we may again be asked to collect from their godown by paying hefty transportation charges with no bill.
I wonder why we 2 senior citizens are made to suffer like this?My younger cancer patient was earlier made to suffer and he simply surrendered after heated arguments.
Pray when will the LPG distribution will be streamlined?

We are from Kolkata and we had a gas leak at 9 am in the morning.
we Lodged a complaint at the emergency helpline 1906 dedicated to the handling of emergency situations.
It has been 4 hours hence and no one has showed up to fix it!
If this is how a gas emergency helpline is responded to, what would be a normal helpline function as??
Moreover no one is picking up any of the given IOC numbers and probably all the...

I am very regret to write my complaint in your consumer cpmlaint.In becoz, your this forum is not effective rather it is problem giver. After writing my complaint to this forum. I got 1mob call by a fake director of indian oil corporation from delhi. On this number [protected]. After introducing himself. He told me there is some problem in subsidy of gas problem. So i have to take my atm nearest branch & transfer in number, which is mentioned by him. He was also asking about another bank account no.
After that i lost my 4, 000rs. But, inspite of that he made me fool & asked about my pin & other number too. Now, he is not receiving my phone calls. I know that he is making other people fool.
Your complaining site is so dangerous. Becoz, all the people are writing their complaint with all their addresses & phone no. I would like to also inform other general public to not to expose their secrete & phone no. Too. Becoz, this site is not problem solver rather it is problem creator only.
I would like to also request you kindly stop it as early as possible.

Situation: We booked our Indane gas cylinder on-line on 26 May, 2016 with Shre Ram Gas, Vadodara. On 27 May, the message came at 05:06 pm that invoice is generated. On 28 May, the message came that booking is canceled. Reason: Door Closed.

Complaint / Suggestion: 1. When they send the message of invoice generation, they should also give some time range (may be of 3 to 4 hours) when the cylinder is likely to be delivered. They should not expect that the customer cannot move out of home for next 24 hours.

2. I tried to give a suggestion on indane website. It asked for my details, but the box where I can write my suggestions / complaint did not appear.

3. When I attempted to book the cylinder again, it gave message: booking already done in IVRS.

Please convey to Indane and Shree Ram Gas Service to think from the point of view of the customer to provide service.

This is to your kind information that I am the regular customer of Indane Gas Service, Vrindaban U.P. - 281121 since long time.Sir, when ever, I booked my gas cylinder. They send me message of delivering of gas cylinder. But, in spite of that I could not get my cylinder. This is not the first time, since every month, I book my cylinder, I get sms but never get my cylinder. Though, I complained to agency manager. But, they are not taking this matter seriously.
This is the reason, I am complaining to you to pay more attention regarding concerned matter seriously, to avoid black marketing & any other accidents.
Sir, being a medical person, it is not possible to me to go every month to agency & complain them. Becoz, after this, the result is same. I am not getting their proper attention & response from them.I hope you will try to solve my repeated problem to avoid any unexpected incident/Mis -happening too.

I booked gas on 10th May 2015.

Its been 11 days already and the gas has not been delivered. Please find below the Consumer number:

The distribution agency name: Vikash Distributors, New Town, Kolkata

I called the Gas agency today and they told me that it will be delivered today, but still there is no deliverables. I am frustrated as there is no gas at my home and calling the distributors is not resolving issue.

This is not he first time I am facing such issue. The agency takes more than 10 - 12 days to deliver the gas. Please look into the matter and suggest.

It has been a regular feature that gas cylinder is delivered in inordinate delays that too on persuasion with distributors office which is less than a km away from my home. It has of-late has become regular feature. I booked gas cylinder booking Cash voucher generated no.734051 dated[protected]. And I have received the message on[protected] same booking has been cancelled and book again without mentioning the reason for cancellation.

Most respectfully i beg to state that i am a senior citizen of 70 plus old and not having a good heath condition. It has been a regular feature that gas cylinder is delivered in inordinate delays that too on persuasion with distributors office which is more than a km away from my home. But more that days have since elapsed but no delivery has yet been made. Please look into the matter and do what is neceesary.

Ioc adv dtd 26.10.14 in hindustan, individual proprietor, shakshi mohan singh, sh 22, sultanganj deoghar road between km stone 6 to 10, munger, bihar, retail outlet dealership, open category, application submitted to divisional manager iocl begusarai more than a year ago. Rs 5 lacs. Was paid by draft as security. Till today decision not taken. Pl. Decide it at the earliest.

It's about your service in Manali, Distt Kullu, HP. Your employees has given the time between 10 am to 1030 am for supply vehicle... But it's about 1311 hrs till now..i am.still waiting... What type of services are you giving to customer. Its scroaching heat outside and I have to ho for urgent work too... So horrible and embarrassing... Kya hamari majboori ka fayda uthaya ja rha hai... No value of time... Wasted my two and half hour and still to wait...

Sir with due respect I would like to know that why the post of JEA-IV (P&U) BGR has been cancelled, as we had attempted the exam on 17/05/16 for which we had spent money and time.Now we are mentally distress by hearing the decision of IOCL BGR .
So kindly look into the matter and inform us .

Gilbergo make hsd pump sl no.[protected]Hsd nozzle-small problem), pump gun sl. No.[protected] problem and electrical problem. Pump is not working. Several time we have complained to sales officer, shimoga and mangalore. But no action has been initiated till now. Due to the above we have been incurring rs. 5000 to 10000 loss every day. Due to this we are unable to feed our customers uninterruptedly. Please look in to the matter and set right the issue immediately.
