Sir,
Pl refer my complaint no 1245467 submitted in march, 2016. As of date no reply is received, even though more than 60 days are elapsed.In this connection, i draw your attention to the directive of prime minister, mr. Narendra modi to all concerned to settle the complaint within 60 days.
I request you to settle my grievance immediately as otherwise i will be compelled to take up the matter with pm and chairman, ioc will be solely responsible for the cosequences.
