Well i lodge a complain srn no:2482837 on 02/01/2016 regarding non receipt of subsidy amount against the booking ref no: 422143 booked on 22/12/2015. I got the cancellation message on 24/12/2015 though i got the delivery of the cylinder but did'nt got the subsidy amount in my bank account. For this i lodge a complain and even called at helpline number. Everytime got the response that the server is down.
Kindly do the needful my details...

I had applied for a new connection in jan, 2016 (N160128245510266436634) which i never got as the distributor said he has not received the money in his account despite of giving him the transaction receipt sent by indane. Finally after waiting for 2 months i have cancelled the request online, but i have not received the money yet. I don't understand what's wrong with indane. I had visited indane gas center in hinjewadi pune for fresh gas connection. The lady at the counter said its mandatory to take a gas stow with connection. I said i already have stow so she said you have to take other 2 things from rack which has pan, cooker, etc. I said i want only gas connection and she refused completely.
Kindly make a note and please take some action....

I have a complaint about transfer LPG subsidy without booking the cylinder. The LPG subsidy was transfer to my a/c on 07/05/2016. I had complaint to my gas agency but I am not satisfied. Service of your distributor is very bad, i booked my refill one time in the month of 7/5/2016 booking no. 900917 / cash memo [protected] dt.12/5/2016 but they did not delivered the refill, they did not pickup the phone, but till now i have still not received yet. I have transferred my Indane LPG gas Distributor from Sadanand to Sri GuruKrupa & now online it is showing give it up subsidy option Yes .I want to know without my confirmation how come it is showing Yes. I have not clicked anywhere also & not submitted any form for Giving up the subsidy. Kindly correct it from your side. I want an L.P.G. cylinder at subsidised rates only.
