    I submitted completed application for new gas connection two times since last four years, I am sorry to say that at one side Gvt. wants to make kitchens smoke-free and on other side it's Gas Cos. don't provide new connections, and the Distributors, Agents are making black moneys by selling connections in blackmarket. If Gvt. cares people then please take action against M/s. Pragya Gas Service, Patti, Pratapgarh (UP). But question is that if Gvt. have so much willpower?
    i am also suffering in same problem.
    pragya indane didn't care.

      i have booked gas on 15/05/12 to m/s bhumika gas agency , khanna nagar loni. bot till date they have not dilivered the gas then they will book gas again after 21 day of dilivery date. they sell cylinder in black in my neighbourhood. in black they get cylinder same day. kindly helpo

      i have booked gas refill with Chandra Gas Agencies,12,Mounaswamy Madam Road,Ambattur,Chennai-600053,on 10/1/08.But as on date the supply is made.Kindly look into this since we have aged people at home to take care.

      Last month, I had booked a cyllinder with M/S HANDIHELP GAS SERVICES, NEAR KIRAN BANGALOW, KOLHAPUR. My consumer number is 4653. Till date, the same is not delivered to me. When I went to the agency to enquire about it, the staff had used filthy language against me. I request you to please look into the issue.

      I am a customer of indane with customer no 11810 and have been registed with Rathwa gas agency, Ellora park, baroda . I booked my gas cylinder on 11 Nov. 08, till 28th Nov, 08 no delivery has been made by the agency. Now a days it's there routine that they deliver the gas after 18-20 days. They book gas cylinder after 15-20 days of the delivery not the booking date. It makes very huge time between two gas cylinder booking
      we are getting cylinder only after 50 days from booking date
      we are suffering much difficulty due to this delay .our area is chittur.but in palakkad there is only delay of 25 days.why this is.pls do the needful

      Our Agency named as Pooja Gas and has situated at Kakkanad, Ernakulam District, Kerala
      Supply of gas is delayed for more than 3month usually it is noticed that they had sold the cylinder in outside for higher price. In our area many construction employes stayed in temporary sheds especially from outside state they will buy the cylinder with higher price.For Eg. I had booked gas on 8.10.08 and till now I didnit get the cylinder . While enquire on 1.12 08 a lady of that office says you had booked on 8th and will get on next 8th. Telephone (Tel No.[protected]will always busy or not reachable. Pls look into this matter and conduct an enquiry. many customers of this gas agency had experiencing this problem. Now I send this complaint representing a residence Association of my area.

      I am a customer of indane with customer no 49944 and have been registed with Sir Shivashankar Agencies - Kundrathur Road, Porur - Chennai - 600 116, . I booked my gas cylinder on 28 Nov. 08, till 09th Dec, 08 no delivery has been made by the agency. Now a days it's there routine that they deliver the gas after 18-20 days.       I totally agree to this complaint.Seeing this complaint and fed up of trying to book overphone, i have also posted one similar complaint against the same agency.

      i hope that this complaint will definitely find solution for our problem.

      We are not received our cylinder in time as per they shedule
      I booked my cylinder on 28/1/09 in the morning and my Booking No. is 25 and my consumer no. is 23111 and the distributor's tel. Nos. are 25363157 & 25363464, but till date I have not received the delivery. This is not first time but every time I received the delivery after ten or fifteen days later when there is news for shortage of lpg.Alongwith this every time I send the deliveryman back because everytime the cylinder has less gas about two to three kg. So, it is my humble request to you that please take some stringent action against such distributors. I am very fed-up with the said distributor.
      I have had Indane Gas connection. My consumer number is 9059 and address is Flat 55/3D, Ballygunge Circular Road, Kolkata - 700019.

      This agency first of all does not take booking before 15 days of delivery and then after the booking they delay the supply for another 15 days and the situation becomes very tight. When person was sent today, he was informed that they delivered it to another flat.

      How do I take this distributor to task and lodge complaint with the right authority of Indane
      We the people o[censored]merkote always harrased by the Maa Pendrani Indane Gas o[censored]merkote in Nabarangpur district of Orissa. It become daily problem of getting gas in time for we have to face many difficulties as it is an essential commodity. So please kindly be look into this matter.
      I have indane gas connection with sri rama agencies,no.1 , 6th cross, dayanand layout,tambuchettypalayam main road,ramamurthy nagar, bangalore-560016.
      I have booked for refill on 10th aug.2009.waiting list no.given was 8483.I Called them about 10 days ago.I was told that it will be delivered the next day.while reminding them we are not given any waiting list no.Also kindly provide them with the domestic gas customer card.I understand they have no stock.

When ever I have been trying to contact the said agency the phone remains busy and many time they have a endless hold. I have been trying for more than 10 days) over phone continously for booking the gas cylinder. But am very sorry to bring to your notice that there is no response from them. The tel. nos. provided by them[protected] remains busy and not answaring, the gas has not been booked. Every time I have to face this problem for booking of gas cylinder. Some time i measured the cylinder at my own measurement and found the gas short in 3kg in each cylinder

      I am the consumer of coocking gas if Indane gas service whose dealer is Modern gas service in Shyam Nagar Kanpur.All the time their telephone lines are busy or not picking up any phone calls.Talking behavior is not gentle.

      Indane gas. — delay in supply

      My domestic Indane gas connection number :498 at madurai under Alagar gas. I booked on 18.1.2010 still not yet.
      My Consumer Number is 15469 and dealer is at Padmaraonagar, Hyderabad. This is the second time that there is delay in receipt of cylinder. Firstly there phone is always engaged, and then they note down the request for cylinder very rudely and fast and hang the phone without giving any request number. After 10 days when we enquire again for non-receipt of cylinder, we get standard reply that there is no booking. Anyway we again make a booking that time, and again the same situation. No cylinder for almost 10-15 days. I am still to receive the cylinder. Also recommended to start online booking to avoid such things.

      Please take it seriously. This kind of service in this e-era is not at all tenable.

      I am LPG gas consumer, I deal with L.B.Gas service Distt(phone no. [protected]/[protected]. 93/1/1, Kanta danga village road, who are the distibutor of my area, My consumber No. 02799. My problem is that after booking they have never supplied the gas on time. Presentely i booked the gas 15 February 2010, today is 11th March, no cylinder has reached my home. They harass us everytime we book our gas. I request you to please TAKE PERSONAL INTEREST AND SOLVE MY PROBLEM

      I am a customer of your esteemed concern residing at Pondicherry. WE have our membership at “SHRI RAJIV GANDHI GAS AGENCIES (Indane distributor) Phone[protected]”, Pondicherry. WE have registered for gas delivery Order No: 3758, dated: 24/01/2011. But still I have not able to get your esteemed service till date. In many course if we try to contact the distributor over phone, it is usually not picked up and even found to be switched off. The important note is that they are just delivering the cylinder through sub dealers, so it is doubtful that they are selling the cylinder in black instead of delivering the cylinder to the costumer at registered date. We are also been sent back to home many times even we go to the distributor’s office directly for the purchase of cylinder. So I would take this opportunity to take this serious matter to your concern

      2 telephone numbers. One number is always engaged, I have been trying to contact them from the past 5 days but unable to get them on line and the other number is not being attended.         1)distributor behaviour is very rude
        1)distributor gives 25 cylinder to other consumer within 10 month whereas we are not allowed to book before 21 days & then recieve the same after 30 days which creates the gap of 51 days between 2 cylinders delivery ,making it hard for me to run the household smoothly

        Indane Gas — rude behavior and non supply of refill gas cylinder

        i live in l.d.a colony , kanpur road scheme lucknow. the indane gas agency of the area is N.D. GAS AGENCIES .Its been a long struggle in keepiny this agency to supply gas on time even after early bookings.never has been that the cylinder is supplied within 20 days of booking.last time i had booked a cylinder on 22nd of feb 2008 n after a long delay when i went to enquire the staff posted behave rudely n reasoned that the bookings for home delivery even if they are booked a month ago are only acknowledged after they deliver the daily coupons . i therfore request the authorities to take action and appoint honest and polite staff as the consumer is paying for your services .

        I, Bijendra Kumar r/o H.No: 531, Street No. 13, Vill Mondoli Near Water Tank Delhi- 110093. Actually I applied for second cylinder (DBC) on dated 20th Nov 08, Regn. No. [protected]. I got the letter for Issuing-second cylinder. And when I went there to take it from your local distributor, M/S PRITHVI GAS SERVICE, C-116, (L.I.G. Flats), East of Loni Road, Delhi - 93. Code[protected]. They demanded me "Excess amout" with postal charges ( Rs. 1775+25 ) and misbehavioured to me. So I hope you will Kindly Consider my problem as early as possible and issuing DBC to me on the reasonable charges.

        sir,i want to draw ur kind attention towards a problem that is: after 21 days customer gets a new refill cylinder,but agency is not providing the cylinder after 21 days,first they book the cylinder after 21 days and after 10 days give cylinder,in this system there is a chane of malfunctioning.........plz do needful.bcoz next booking count frm the date of delivery,in this way customer is getting new refill after more than 21 days.........

          Dear Sir/Madam,
          I went to Modern gas agency at 6,Tansen road Gwalior(Madhya pradesh) for seeking new Indane gas connection without gas stove as i have got the same in gift in my marriage.The agency person told me that no new connection will be provided at least for a month and when I told him that I have a gas stove and my only need is gas cylinder he firmly denied me the new connection by saying that gas stove purchasing is compulsory.
          Sir is it mandatory to take gas stove along with new gas connection?.

Rs. 4900) Hence i want to know the real price of new connection and standard accessory in Hooghly District, Westbengal State.               I HAVE BOOKED MY CYLINDER AFTER 25 DAYS FROM DELIVERY ON DATED 15.5.12 COPY NO 5808 BOOKING NO.71. BUT TILL 26.5.12 CYLINDER NOT DELIVERED. I HAVE ASKED FROM PHONE , THEY SAID CYLINDER WILL DELIVERED TODAY AT 2.00 PM. BUT TILL 26.5.12 CYLINDER NOT DELIVERED.

              Indane Gas — booking & delivery late

              I am Brij mohan sharma 23 kishan nagar walkeshwar .I have conection in heera market indane gas agency & my conection no. is 8746. I was booked the gas on the date of 30 november & still the gas is not come. This problem is repeat every time.Not only I am suffering this problem but mostly people have this problem
              ( please sir do something for poor people.)

                I have lost my connection paper in 2006 when my house met a big theft. In this regard we lodged complain in local police station.
                2 we submited respective paper to Kaveri Gas Agency Muzaffarpur and fresh KYC updated by the agency on 19/12/2012 but duplicate connection paper not issue to me. Now this agency blocked my connection and not refill the gas. Kindly look into the matter and please unblock my connection & try at your level for issue of duplicate connection paper to me having consumer no k-00383.

                  1. I am serving in the army and moved on transfer from Wellington, Tamil Nadu to NOIDA. I got my gas connection also transferred and my TV number is [protected], my consumer number is 13901.

                  2. However, when I went to apply for a connection in NOIDA I was told that my TV had already been released to another person in Meerut whose consumer number was 14190.

                  3. You are requested to advice further action.

                    I am a regular customer of IOCL Petrol Pump in MKB Nagar - Vyasarapadi - Chennai - TN - INDIA.
                    I usually fill normal petrol for Rs 1000. I was observing the fuel meter when one of the staff deviated my attention when the meter was showing around Rs. 550. By the time I could realise what was happening the staff filling the fuel said that it had automatically tripped on Reaching Rs. 1000. This has happened to me for the third time and I as I was suspisious, this time,. My Car's Fuel meter was also not showing the usual fuel level. I complaint to the supervisor. Looks like the supervisor is also part of this malpractice. But he did not take my complaint seriously and said it is not possible for such things to happen.

                      Pursuant to my gas booking date 27.03.2012 one Indane Gas cylinder delivered on 05.05.12 with proper sealing.After few days it was found that the delivered cylinder is completly empty.The matter is brought to the knowledge of the distributor but he threatened me saying that 'do what ever you can and nothing can be done from our side'...The said cylinder as it were has been kept under my custody.Kindly help me for receiving the gas lawfully and take necessary steps regarding this type of malepractice..

Now give me the valued opinion of yours so that the cylinder is replaced as soon as possible.

                        This is to inform you that we have installed a H.S.D. tank of 20 KL capacity in APCO Infratech Limited, Rangra Naugachhia (Bhagalpur), when we take dip in the tank before or after unloading the diesel supplied by IOCL Barauni, it shows 300 to 500 litra shortage in every unloads. I need to be satisfied for the actual quantity of HSD.Let some representative of IOCL may visit to our site and let us get rid from the shortage problem. There might be some calibration faults and needs rectification. We are running a road construction company and have to be accountable for a single drop of HSD, For repair / replacement of dispenser unit which is under break down we lodged complaint on 05,05.2012 in your Barauni office on the phone numbers available with us and making follow-ups regularly on the same numbers, but still no responses, the contact numbers details are as under

                            May I submit the following grievance in delay of supply of Indane Gas. In this regard I would like to put forth the following facts for your consideration and to take immediate action.

                            I have registered for the supply of gas cylinder on 8th February, 2012, with Alagar Gas agency, Tirunagar. At the time of registration the agency told me that I have to wait for 60 days minimum. I waited for more than 60 days and on 4th May , 2012, to enquire about the non-delivery of gas cylinder. I understood that the bill for the supply has been drawn on April 19th, 2012. But till date, they have not supplied the cylinder.

                            Further, I understood, when I approached after two days on 7th May, 2012, It was told that the bill has been handed over to Mr. Ramar, a delivery boy on 19th April, 2012. When I enquired about the non-delivery till date, the staff in the Alagar gas agency, disrespected me and they attempted to assault me. Luckily, by the Grace of God I escaped, from the situation. They directed me to compulsorily register afresh which I denied.

                            When I told them that I would complain to the higher authorities, a person in that agency told me that they have purchased the IOC officers by greasing the palm, and hence, they could not be touched by anyone from IOC.

                            This raised me a great suspicion that whether IOC personnel are in connivance with the gas agency and part-taking in such unethical practice. Eight months back, a consumers’ grievance redressal meeting was conducted in University quarters, attended by Sales Manager and another officer. In that meeting itself, I saw that the Indane officials were daringly supporting the Alagar gas agency proprietor, giving undue importance, which irked the consumers present very much. So, this intensified my suspicion. In that meeting the consumers have suggested to segregate the consumers belonging to Nagamali pudukkottai, Palkalai nagar and nearby villages to allot a new gas agency in the vicinity of Palkalai nagar. It is understood that this agency is saturated with more consumers and could not meet the demand and supply and they are unfriendly to the consumers.

                            To avoid such instances from the gas agency, I would request to take necessary steps by giving instructions to the Alagar agency, not to use IOC name for furthering their unethical activities. Further, I would like to mention that, being a retired person, I never move anywhere, I was very well in my home all the 24 hours in a day. Therefore, the delivery boy could not say the home was locked. It is strongly pursued that he might have sold it to somebody with higher premium.

                            However, I would like to request that, kindly verify the fact with the agency and see to that the gas cylinder is delivered in a shortest possible time. Failing which, I may be pushed to go for legal action in the court of law, by claiming the damage from IOC.

                            lindane — Inordinate delay in delivering Indane Gas

                            In Jamshedpur, there is inordinate delay in delivering Gas to the consumers. Near about 15 days are taken to deliver the gas. Nearly 35 days are taken from the booking of previous delivery (20+15 days). Here a very bad service is given. Kindly intervene. Consumer No.4890.

                                Dear Sir

                                My father is a consumer having C.No-27322- of 'Ashoka Gas Service' ,near S.B.I. bank ,mohaddipur, gorakhpur,u.p. -. It is their rule/practise that a new cylinder booking is registered after 21 days from the date of delivery of last cylinder. So, following their practise ,we booked for new refill on 17/4/2012 . and the refill was delivered after a month on 15/5/2012. That is lead time will stood as -21 days + 30 = 51 days. It is very unfortunate to note that a fresh cylinder can be recieved after after 51 days. I do not know how a family can manage its cookings by a cylinder for 51 days. I want to bring this to the notice of appropriate indane authorities for looking into the matter.

                                  I have applied for a new connection and been alloted the New connection on 20-Mar-2012 from M/s. SHREE CHELLA AGENCIES, Selaiyur, Chennai. As I had an existing Gas stove, they above mentioned agency said that they have to inspect the gas stove and the inspection was completed on 21-Apr-2012.

                                  But, still I am not provided with the new Gas connection for the reason that the agency does not have the BILL / RECEIPT Book and refusing to accept my payment and provide me with the new connection.

                                  As I have to travel Abroad on 25-May-2012, I request to provide the new gas connection immediately.

                                        IOCL Ltd./inadane gas — Not checking gas connection.

                                        Dear Sir/Madam,

                                        I am redsidant of Greater Noida, Here i have book my original paper for new gas connetion at Alpha-ii agency 2 months ago. But till now i have not received any gas connetion, even when i used to visit there they say that connetion are not being provided at this time by company end. They are blaming on company but i got internal information that hey are provided gas connetion in their knownig personnel peaple.

                                        Kindly dully check all this!

                                        Well, I am also thinking to submit this letter copy to Consumer Court against that agency.
