Dear Sir/Madam,
I went to Modern gas agency at 6,Tansen road Gwalior(Madhya pradesh) for seeking new Indane gas connection without gas stove as i have got the same in gift in my marriage.The agency person told me that no new connection will be provided at least for a month and when I told him that I have a gas stove and my only need is gas cylinder he firmly denied me the new connection by saying that gas stove purchasing is compulsory.
Sir is it mandatory to take gas stove along with new gas connection?.

Indane Gas — accessory for new connection

Gas distributors are charging extra money for new connection (One Cylinder with Stove. Rs. 4900) Hence i want to know the real price of new connection and standard accessory in Hooghly District, Westbengal State.       Indane Gas — booking & delivery late

      I am Brij mohan sharma 23 kishan nagar walkeshwar .I have conection in heera market indane gas agency & my conection no. is 8746. I was booked the gas on the date of 30 november & still the gas is not come. This problem is repeat every time.Not only I am suffering this problem but mostly people have this problem
      ( please sir do something for poor people.)

        Sir,
        I have lost my connection paper in 2006 when my house met a big theft. In this regard we lodged complain in local police station.
        2 we submited respective paper to Kaveri Gas Agency Muzaffarpur and fresh KYC updated by the agency on 19/12/2012 but duplicate connection paper not issue to me. Now this agency blocked my connection and not refill the gas. Kindly look into the matter and please unblock my connection & try at your level for issue of duplicate connection paper to me having consumer no k-00383.

          1. I am serving in the army and moved on transfer from Wellington, Tamil Nadu to NOIDA. I got my gas connection also transferred and my TV number is [protected], my consumer number is 13901.

          2. However, when I went to apply for a connection in NOIDA I was told that my TV had already been released to another person in Meerut whose consumer number was 14190.

          3. You are requested to advice further action.

            Respected Sir/Madam:
            I am a regular customer of IOCL Petrol Pump in MKB Nagar - Vyasarapadi - Chennai - TN - INDIA.
            I usually fill normal petrol for Rs 1000. I was observing the fuel meter when one of the staff deviated my attention when the meter was showing around Rs. 550. By the time I could realise what was happening the staff filling the fuel said that it had automatically tripped on Reaching Rs. 1000. This has happened to me for the third time and I as I was suspisious, this time,. My Car's Fuel meter was also not showing the usual fuel level. I complaint to the supervisor. Looks like the supervisor is also part of this malpractice. But he did not take my complaint seriously and said it is not possible for such things to happen.

              I am a consumer of Indane Gas since12.02.2006...consumer no.S-2920,Distributor's name SAINIK INDANE SERVICE,Garkamalpur,Mahishadal,code no 143450...

              Pursuant to my gas booking date 27.03.2012 one Indane Gas cylinder delivered on 05.05.12 with proper sealing.After few days it was found that the delivered cylinder is completly empty.The matter is brought to the knowledge of the distributor but he threatened me saying that 'do what ever you can and nothing can be done from our side'...The said cylinder as it were has been kept under my custody.Kindly help me for receiving the gas lawfully and take necessary steps regarding this type of malepractice..

              A cylinder with gas has been delivered to me and the seale of the gas is till not borken but all the gas has leaked. I have complained on 17.03.2012 and my complain no is 191 dated 17.03.2012 to the gas shop named " Gas and Novelties" situated at Ballavpur, 176/G G.T.Road,Serampore Hooghly West Bengal. Now give me the valued opinion of yours so that the cylinder is replaced as soon as possible.

                This is to inform you that we have installed a H.S.D. tank of 20 KL capacity in APCO Infratech Limited, Rangra Naugachhia (Bhagalpur), when we take dip in the tank before or after unloading the diesel supplied by IOCL Barauni, it shows 300 to 500 litra shortage in every unloads. I need to be satisfied for the actual quantity of HSD.Let some representative of IOCL may visit to our site and let us get rid from the shortage problem. There might be some calibration faults and needs rectification. We are running a road construction company and have to be accountable for a single drop of HSD, For repair / replacement of dispenser unit which is under break down we lodged complaint on 05,05.2012 in your Barauni office on the phone numbers available with us and making follow-ups regularly on the same numbers, but still no responses, the contact numbers details are as under

                02) Mr.Akhilesh - [protected], and with some one on [protected], [protected]
                All are quite unable to respond properly. The "Indian Oil Corporation Limited" is a reputed govt. business group and we expect that it must have a customer complaint cell where the business class customers get satisfaction and their problems be solved.

                    Sub: Complaint for delay in supply of Indane Gas – Reg.

                    Ref: Consumer no: 02008/Alagar Gas Agency, Tirunagar.

                    May I submit the following grievance in delay of supply of Indane Gas. In this regard I would like to put forth the following facts for your consideration and to take immediate action.

                    I have registered for the supply of gas cylinder on 8th February, 2012, with Alagar Gas agency, Tirunagar. At the time of registration the agency told me that I have to wait for 60 days minimum. I waited for more than 60 days and on 4th May , 2012, to enquire about the non-delivery of gas cylinder. I understood that the bill for the supply has been drawn on April 19th, 2012. But till date, they have not supplied the cylinder.

                    Further, I understood, when I approached after two days on 7th May, 2012, It was told that the bill has been handed over to Mr. Ramar, a delivery boy on 19th April, 2012. When I enquired about the non-delivery till date, the staff in the Alagar gas agency, disrespected me and they attempted to assault me. Luckily, by the Grace of God I escaped, from the situation. They directed me to compulsorily register afresh which I denied.

                    When I told them that I would complain to the higher authorities, a person in that agency told me that they have purchased the IOC officers by greasing the palm, and hence, they could not be touched by anyone from IOC.

                    This raised me a great suspicion that whether IOC personnel are in connivance with the gas agency and part-taking in such unethical practice. Eight months back, a consumers’ grievance redressal meeting was conducted in University quarters, attended by Sales Manager and another officer. In that meeting itself, I saw that the Indane officials were daringly supporting the Alagar gas agency proprietor, giving undue importance, which irked the consumers present very much. So, this intensified my suspicion. In that meeting the consumers have suggested to segregate the consumers belonging to Nagamali pudukkottai, Palkalai nagar and nearby villages to allot a new gas agency in the vicinity of Palkalai nagar. It is understood that this agency is saturated with more consumers and could not meet the demand and supply and they are unfriendly to the consumers.

                    To avoid such instances from the gas agency, I would request to take necessary steps by giving instructions to the Alagar agency, not to use IOC name for furthering their unethical activities. Further, I would like to mention that, being a retired person, I never move anywhere, I was very well in my home all the 24 hours in a day. Therefore, the delivery boy could not say the home was locked. It is strongly pursued that he might have sold it to somebody with higher premium.

                    However, I would like to request that, kindly verify the fact with the agency and see to that the gas cylinder is delivered in a shortest possible time. Failing which, I may be pushed to go for legal action in the court of law, by claiming the damage from IOC.

                    lindane — Inordinate delay in delivering Indane Gas

                    In Jamshedpur, there is inordinate delay in delivering Gas to the consumers. Near about 15 days are taken to deliver the gas. Nearly 35 days are taken from the booking of previous delivery (20+15 days). Here a very bad service is given. Kindly intervene. Consumer No.4890.

I won't get the refill cylinder till this time.Please help me......

                        Abnormal delay in LPG supplies!
                        Dear Sir

                        My father is a consumer having C.No-27322- of 'Ashoka Gas Service' ,near S.B.I. bank ,mohaddipur, gorakhpur,u.p. -. It is their rule/practise that a new cylinder booking is registered after 21 days from the date of delivery of last cylinder. So, following their practise ,we booked for new refill on 17/4/2012 . and the refill was delivered after a month on 15/5/2012. That is lead time will stood as -21 days + 30 = 51 days. It is very unfortunate to note that a fresh cylinder can be recieved after after 51 days. I do not know how a family can manage its cookings by a cylinder for 51 days. I want to bring this to the notice of appropriate indane authorities for looking into the matter.

                        . I have book for riffil one month ago. Cylender is not delivered till now. Every time I am facing this type of problem from ambesh gas service at alwar in Rajasthan. Gas agency will very careless and irresponssible.
                        Last time they demanding money for the cylender.
                        Please take necessary action to save the reputation of company.

                          I have applied for a new connection and been alloted the New connection on 20-Mar-2012 from M/s. SHREE CHELLA AGENCIES, Selaiyur, Chennai. As I had an existing Gas stove, they above mentioned agency said that they have to inspect the gas stove and the inspection was completed on 21-Apr-2012.

                          But, still I am not provided with the new Gas connection for the reason that the agency does not have the BILL / RECEIPT Book and refusing to accept my payment and provide me with the new connection.

                          As I have to travel Abroad on 25-May-2012, I request to provide the new gas connection immediately.

                                As the person in-charge of the gas distribution center in 11 battalion is not assisting and not even trying to understand our problem and not issuing that connection from his center ....even after producing
                                valid termination voucher -[protected] given by the previous indane gas distribution center at Rampur tanda ....and not even talking politely
                                it is highly regretful that we have to face such a problem from your distribution center ...so i want you to understand this problem that we are going through and kindly take some appropriate measures in this regard otherwise i'd not have any other option other than going to a consumer court .........thank you

                                IOCL Ltd./inadane gas — Not checking gas connection.

                                Dear Sir/Madam,

                                I am redsidant of Greater Noida, Here i have book my original paper for new gas connetion at Alpha-ii agency 2 months ago. But till now i have not received any gas connetion, even when i used to visit there they say that connetion are not being provided at this time by company end. They are blaming on company but i got internal information that hey are provided gas connetion in their knownig personnel peaple.

                                Kindly dully check all this!

                                Well, I am also thinking to submit this letter copy to Consumer Court against that agency.

I REQUEST YOU TO PLEASE TAKE SOME STRICT STEPS FOR THERE IRRESPONSIBILITY BECAUSE WE PHASE MANY PROBLEMS WITHOUT LPG CYLINDER. Om prakash Who said that kaya Xtra premium nahi bikeka and refused to give complaint book. Please do the needful.The reciept No 29164 and book no 98 on 13/05/2012 at 1010hrs.

                                      I was booked my gas connection no. 605078 and new one is 501720 before 23 days but I have not recive till now.
                                      I got booked gas with said agency for delivery on 19.1.08 but till date no delivery has been effected on the plea that there is shortage from the company as well as there should be gap of 21 days in the supply of next cylinder. Despite repeated telephones, delivery has not been made so far. As also cylinders are less weight. Kindly confirm if any instruction of 21 days gap in the supply and if there is any shortage from the company.

                                      This complaint is in regards to the Bharat Gas Clyinder Provider..
                                      SapCode No: 110890. Yash Heera Enterprises, Bhoiwada, Mumbai. The Service they provide is phetetic, one of the worse service of its kind.. Its not the first time. We had booked the clyinder on 11-Feb-2011 and today its been 25-Feb-2011 evening. After repeated calls and frequent visits done at their office, the provider every time had false promise that it will be delivered today or by evening and so many other excuses..and no body turns-up.. We are now left without Gas Clyinder for last 4 Days. How can one cook his food without gas. Inspite of so many polite request and showing the urgency they are not bothered to turn-up.
                                      They are so punctule about their timing that between 1.00p.m upto 2.00p.m nobody pick-up the calls as its their lunch time and by evening 5.00p.m they close.

                                      dear sir, i want to complain about the gas cilinder booking & delivery. my client id is 13741. agency name-AASHTA AGENCY. (AMROLI) SURAT. I HAVE ONE CILINDER AND your delear says to me you are book your cilinder in 24 days and the date is count when your privious month clinder delivery date. he give me delivery on book date after 10 day. so i was in very problem.

                                      1. I am costumer of you esteemed organization through agency named Parul Gas Service, Vadnagar (Gujarat). My Customer No. is 7784
                                      2. Agency is not giving delivery in time. I have booked gas refill on dt. 19/03/2012 and delivery is given on dt. 02/04/2012 i.e. after 17 days. In January -12 I have booked on dt 24/1/2012 and delivery of refill was given on dt. 23/02/2012 i.e. after 31 days. I have also booked gas refiil on dt. 18/6/2012 but till today delivery is not given. I try to know about refil on land line No. [protected] on dt 24/7/2012 at 3.30 pm to 5.30 pm but no response from agency. Some time phone is busy and some time no reply.
                                      3. Agency is not giving computerized retail invoice.
                                      4. Agency charged Rs. 415/- + Rs. 10/- carting charges. Up to 5 km free delivery is given by the company. But my village is within 5 km. So carting charge is not admissible, but agency is charging carting charge.
                                      5. Therefore it is requested kindly look into the matter & solve there grievances on priority.

I have booked for supply of gas cylinder on 25.3.2012 on telephone no.[protected] and booking no. has been given as 14 of 25.3.2012. I have been contacting my local gas supplier and I was advised that gas will be supplied after 50 to 55 days .Today when I have contacted my above mentioned gas supplier told me that there is no booking of my gas and they have booked it today afresh. please take necessary action and action taken may please be intimated.

                                        Indane Cooking Gas — Booking

                                        Dear sir,
                                        Iam acustomer of our companey. I take connection of gas from barabati gas but when come to booking he refused for booking and not give gas.
                                        [protected] is the telephone number of IOC Computer System at Ernakulam for Indane Gas. When a Distributor switch - on his Computer System in the morning of every working day, he receives in his Computer the Bookings registered by his customers at IOC[protected] the previous day. Distributor allots a new booking number to each of the customer in the booking list he received from IOC. After booking at[protected], always remember to call the Gas Agency the next working day to confirm your booking reached Distributor from IOC, and collect the booking number allotted by Distributor.Distributor will book your cylinder from his office, if it is found after confirmation call that no booking was received from IOC.ALWAYS REMEMBER TO RECORD ALL TELEPHONE CALLS RELATED WITH GAS BOOKING.In this case, it could be the failure of IOC to deliver booking information to Distributor.Or, it could be the result of manipulation by Distributor, to divert your booking to somebody else of his personal priority.In both cases, if you have record of telephone converstions with you, you can approach the Consumer Court to protect your booking and claim losses and also Judicial Magistrate with a criminal complaint against cheating.
                                        I am currently facing the same problem with my last booking.But I have record of all telephone calls with me.I am preparing to take legal action against IOC and Distributor, if they do not deliver Gas Refill against my booking.My Distributor is SAROJ GAS AGENCIES, PATHANAMTHITTA.
