I, M.J. Thomas, Maruthoor(H), Ponthenpuzha, Kottayam(Dist), Kerala State, am a LPG customer with M/S Sastha Flames, Erumely, Kottayam(Dist), Kerala State. I am having a customer No. 6671 and booked for a refill cylinder on 12/11/2008 through telephone. Even then my request is repeated several times the agency could not deliver the same until this day-15/2/2009. It is a fact that the cylinder delivery of the agency is not according to booking priority and they are partial towards the customers.
So please take necessary steps to solve the problem at the earliest.

The said Agency has not delivered the refill till date. On enquiry, it is marked
as "door locked" on[protected]. It is a FALSE recording. The manager of the Agency simply advised me to complain anywhere, as he cannot question the delivery boy. It is a pity. I booked this refill more than a month after last supply. Kindly look into this agency's disinterest in service and non-supply of refill as per your directives. Soliciting your earliest reponse.

    Gas Connection No.27596. booked with Associated traders T.Nagar Chennai.Gas delivered on 09.02.09.While delivering the gas cylinder the delivery boy opened the seal.After some time there was a smell of gas.We informed the dealer about the leakage.More than 2 days now we have not recd the replacement ever after informing about the leakage smell.I am unable to understand why the matter is not been viewed seriously even after informing the authorities concerned.

    i am staying in panchkula ... last month i got a gas delievered from your agency in sector 17 panchkula ... S.C.F 144, 1st Floor, Sector - 17 panchkula (134109) ... the cylender was delievered to me on 11/12/2009 .. as i have electric burner in my home my gas gets finished say within 15-20 days . but the cylinder which i am talking about fineshed within 5 days ... when i changed the cylinder i found that it was leaking badly ... to stop the leakage i tried to pour water on it but still it did not work i immediately complained to the agency from where i got the cylinder but till today there is no action taken from the agency ... today on 10/01/2010 my husband complained again to the agency in stead of solving our problem they dissconnected the phone ... i request you to take immediate action against my problem because if some miss happenig happens in my house loss will be of our lives not of any one else... my gas numbers are 20469 on the name of shareen gargi (my daughter) and 3663 (on my name )mrs madhu gargi

      I had booked a cyllinder with M/S PL Gas Svc, Kolkata, Boral on 02/02/2009. Till date, (13/02/2009) the same is not delivered to me. When I went to the agency to enquire about it, the staff is saying that Gas Lorry not comming regularly and advice to put the same to Indane Head Office.

      Each and every time tey are taking 10 to 15 days to delivery the gas, after booked and same story I have to heard every time that shortage to Gas Lorry.

      KASNA Gas Agnecy Greater Noida charged Rs6500 for 2 Cylinders connection and they forcefully gave Gas Stove, if you say no to Gas Stove they will not give you connection. Cylinders recieved after booking are opened and they have less gas.

      This is the service KASNA gas agency giving to people, they are just looting, this has not happened to me but to all. i was standing in line and many of them were refused for connection because they were not ready to buy the stove.

      So if you pay for stove they will give you connection otherwise never, so you have to pay 3 times more than what my other friends have paid for gas connection in NOIDA.
      Gas Supply Problem

      We had booked a cyllinder with M/S PL Gas Svc, Kolkata, Boral on 19/10/2009. The gas is not yet delivered (09/11/2009) and unfortunately this has been happening regularly. We have also noticed that the gas to be delivered are sold in higher rates. We stay in Northern Park, Brahmapur and the whole area is facing the same problem.

      It will be really kind of you, if you look after the matter and take the necessary steps if required.

      I have taken two cylendrs while I was at CHITOOR (AP) and tranfered in2001 to Karnataka. I have asked my friend handover the cylinder and requested him send the transfer copy. But due to urgency he could not do and kept the cylinders with him and left USA. In the mean while i took connection at Karnataka and stayed fiver years and again transfered to Ap Vijayawada .Suddenly one of my friends relative brought the two cylinders and handover it to me.
      I wrote a letter to the Indance Gas head office Mumbai but no response from them.
      Kindly suggest me how to handover the cylinders ?
      Can I give the cylinders at VIJAYAWADA ?
      or shall I book the cylindrs to CHITOOR agency or to Head Office

          VERY URGENT

          Almost every time residents of phase 7, Mohlai try to book LPG on telephone or vide SMS service on number 52626 provided by CHAHAL GAS AGENCY PHASE -7, Mohali (PB), but the gas agency is neither picking up the phone Nos[protected],[protected],[protected] nor SMS get through. Already taken up the matter with gas agency but no us . Residents particularly ladies are really in trouble as they have to go personally for booking of gas cylinder every time. Even this time also I am trying to book my gas cylinder on LPG consumer No is B 24110 over telephone and SMS for the last 3 days but no response as usual.

          AN ENQUIRY CAN BE MADE TO ASERTAIN AS HOW MANY GAS CYLINDERS THEY ARE BOOKING EVERY DAY ON TELEPHONE AND SMS SERVICE. TRUTH WILL COME OUT WITH REGARD TO THEIR HARSSMENT TO GENERAL PUBLIC BY INTENTIONALLY NOT PICKING UP THE PHONE .
          KINDLY LOOK INTO THE MATTER AT THE EARLIEST POSSIBLE AND ALSO TO TAKE ACTION AGAINST THE GAS AGENCY.

          I am residing in A-252/19, Noida My consumer No is RM 11051. My supplier is Mithla gas agency, sector 19 Noida. They do the registration of next booking after 21 days of supply of gas. They used to supply the gas after registration 5-7 days, which takes 28days. My complaint is that it must be registred after 21 days of registtration or gas must be supply with in one or two days. on repeately reminders they used to supply after 5-7 days of registration. Only last time when I pressed hard they supply with in two days. In Delhi generally registion is done after 15 days. On repeately request they are not booking the gas before 21 days from the date of supply. Kindly look into the matter and send the rules copy to me at earliest.

My booking number is 810309.I got the message on 07/09/2016. that my cash memo has been generated vide cash memo No. [protected]. for delivery of gas.             I Prakash K Bhimani having L.P.G.connection my consumer no is 006 and the local agency name is Dhanera Indane which is Delar of Indian Oil Corporation. and i am regrate to say that from last few months approx from 4/5months i am not reciving lpg cylinder regularlly by doing sevral complins to department and Area Sales Officer i got only one time regular delavery but now time i am not getting again cylinder regular. and the delar is not also orignal to whom we should complain and dear sir pls also give us information that now who is looking after agency. and i have got last cylinder on 30/12/08 from last so many days i have not recived cylinder. And also the delar is not reciving phone & also not having complain register so we can complain local. waiting for your favourable soon reply.

              Asking for money to deliver gas celinder . Lalji Gas Service Kandivali, s one delivery man asking money for delivering gas on my recidence. It is now one month of booking gas but still i am waiting to deliver it.
              When i call delivery man, he is asking for money 20 rs extra.

              Indane Gas — They are asking for money

              I amusing indan gas from 4th April 2007 my customer ID is 22563
              While taking this connection they have taken 4000 Rs. For single cylinder
              And they said with in six month I will get one more cylinder but still i yet to get
              Every month delivery boy asking for 50 Rs more I am not giving to him
              But he is not deliver cylinder on time after booking it take more than 15th day
              Can you please look in to this

              As we have given all docments to (Indane gas agencies Anand gas agencies at nagercoil) but inspite of this they are pressurising us for Rs4500/ for single gas connection kindly look into this & do the needful.

                sir, betul main badora main trisha indane gas egency mrs. rekha ke naam se hai.jo ki single gas connction 3800 rs main dete hain or rec.1400 rs ki dete hain.or 29 jan. ko gas 385 rs ke rate main hi sale ki jabki 29 jan. ko rate 353 rs tha.

                ration may rate 10rs per kg lata hai or bill mangna per nahi datha hai or k.oil wale na to jab mane keya diya or nahi deya blna per damki data hai ke oil naahe dunga or 900 ka waaga 800 data hai.
                here in supaul, bihar working caretaking agency bhawani indane also sell the new gas connection at the rate of 3500/- to 4000/- per single cylinder gas connection without the cooking gas stove. they just give the receipt of 1400/- rs. as mentioned in the sv. can any tell me the correct rate for a new gas conection in bihar? in delhi we have just to pay 2200/- for a new gas connection.

                  My consumer No is 10165 in the Name o[censored]sha Rao. I had booked the cylinder on 16th Dec 2008 and due to no response till the 20th Jan 2009, I rebooked it on the 23rd Jan 09. I personally visited the gas agency on the 30th Jan 09 and requested them to supply the cylinder, for which they promised to do an immediate delivery.

                  It is pretty disghusting to note that I have not yet received the cylinder. Will someone be able to look into this and do the needful?

                  The person who deliver the cylinder is really a mad person. Asking 15 above the bill amount. When we question them they say all are giving and asking us to give the same amount. I already gave them 410 my bill amount was 404. My house is ground floor and no pain for him carrying the cylinder from the van. The deliver person is threatening that we cant get cylinder delivered and challenges we will spend more than 20 to call the customer care. This service show they wont have any respect for the customer. They are beggars don't have sense at all . I dont know what the hell they run the gas agencies . They can go and beg in all the customer's house instead.
                  The person who deliver the cylinder is really a mad person. Asking Rs.26 above the bill amount. When we question them they say all are giving and asking us to give the same amount.

                  This is the most ridiculous Gas agency that i have come across. Its been a month now since i have placed a booking (22nd January, 2015) for LPG cylinder, till date i havent recieved it. Their phone lines are kept out of the hook, so that no one can call them. They automatically Cancel the Order and then Re-book, so that the delivery gets delayed . This is not the first time, it has happens everytime i try to do a refill.

                  INDANE can you please take action on this ASAP

                  This is one of the worst gas agencies with absolutely no customer service. The gas delivery person demands for rs.40 and is very very rude to people. There is no change even after talking to these people many times on this issue. similary they came now to check the tube and gas and demanded rs.150 as fees stating that IOCL has asked us to collect and we will be paying it IOCL. when i asked them for the communication proof from IOCL they have no answer. The phone lines are always kept out of the hook or faulty. no way to reach them except for going there personally. They have attempted a delivery yesterday and they say the door is locked when i have made all arrangements in the next house for delivery which is the usual procedure. the delivery is always late. As per norms the cylinder should be delivered within two days of raising the bill. But not once has this condition been met. I wish someone will take this in hand and give them instructions and impart training on how to handle customers.

                    my costomer no. 9796 .i am govrt. emp. my agency has town transferred my paper to misrit(sitapur)in bharat gas service.they have not accept my paper. i am roaming here and there in problem.

                      My name is SUNIL GOYAL & MY Customer No with Indane Gas (Indian Oil Corporation) is 17454.

                      My gas connection is registered through the distributor at Coonoor (Tamil Nadu) viz M/s Nilgiri Gas Service, Coonoor.

                      The said distributor books the gas only 21 days after the delivery of a cylinder is made & quotes the norms of IOC regarding this.

                      But the cylinder is not delivered for another 10-15 days from the date of booking.

                      The latest booking had been made by us on the 30th Jan 2009 but still we have not received our cylinder till date.

                      On enquiring with the distributor, as always, he says that there is no supply from the company.

                      We would like to know where does the fault lie, whether with the distributor or with the company.

                      How are we supposed to manage our household with only a single cylinder available for a period of 35 days.

                        The above vendor is not supllying the LPG Cynder in time, minimus it will take 21 days to deliver the same. We request you to interven the above matter other wise we will be going to consumer court againt him towards non providing of lpg cylinder.

                        Many a times, the Cash Memo also gets
                        cancelled and we wait for a few days and are compelled to go to the agency
                        office for inquiry and after a few days of that inquiry, the gas gets delivered.

                          There is no proper gas supply. They said like we have book gas after 21 days only, after 21 days they said gas will come after 15 days. And they did not giving the proper answer also. Every month we facing the same problem only so much of struggled with them, so please take an immediate action on these gas agency people...

                          I have already booked the gas, and called after 15days they simple says gas is not booked.even they have provieded the waiting list number as1182.. but still says the gas is not booked, and says they are booking now.. it was very irritating.. when ever call no proper responce.. need to take action..

                            I am a Indane Gas customer with Taas Gas agency, Chromepet, chennai and my consumer number is 60820. I have booked for a refile on 23th January 2009. They committed to distribute cyliner with in 15 days. But even after 15 days, they did not distribute cyliner when I asked them they replied it will deliver with in 2 days. I called them after 2 days, they again replied that I will get cyliner next two days. After two days I called them through phone but they simply told that cylinder will be supplied next two days then immediately disconnected my call.

                            I asked my booking number to make complaint but they are not respond me properly.

                            Please take necessary action.
                            I have applied for DBC connection in the month of Nov 2008 and they give me issue date of Jan 2009, but still i did not get connection. They are not giving me satisfy answer. They interested to take bribe from me. And the service is so poor in the whole city.

                              1.they dont book when we request for gas.

                              2.the bill date and delivery date different, after the bill made they deliver atleast 10 days later.and they make entry on blue book is the bill date not the delivery date.
                              3. the employees in office behave very rude and they arras if we complaint .
                              4, the delivery man suply the cylinder without booking if we pay some money.
                              at my home only my family are staying hence it is not possible to go to thew company evetry time to collect the cylinder and it is not possible to pay the auto .hence it is my humble request that this complaint may be looked into very serious and take necessary action to get the cylinder without problem.

                                re.-gas connection no.TS24141 with M/Ssindhu enterprises.

                                when i wanted to book gas cylinder on08/02/2009 over phone with 1260, i was told
                                that gas was booked on 30/01/2009 hence gas can be booked after 12/02/09.i never
                                booked gas on 30/01/2009.last gas booked by me was in dec.08.if someoneelse
                                could book gas on my no.in collusion with person having record of gas connection no.
                                I would like know that to whom gas cylinder was delivered against booking of 30/01/09..
                                I have not received any gas cylinder delivery till date.It appears that someone having
                                record of connection no. is misusing .pl.look into the matter to arrest the malfunctioning
                                depriving the actual user.

                                When iwanted to book my gas cylinder on 30/003/2010 iwas told that my gas was booked on 27032010, idont know how it was possible .Iasked in my home every body denied.Priviousely i find my gas was delivered to some other person when i want to book the gas they told me that u have taken the gas only it will be booked after 10 days. now the gas dealer givig uncerten days for delivery of gas .I dont know how many days u are taking to delivery a gas after booking .Really iam verydis satis fied for the service of the dealer .my consumer no-CG 3893.

                                  Dear Sir/Madam,

                                  I’m a customer of Indane Gas distributor. I am demanding Double Gas Connection since January 2008. Initially months (Jan 2008 to Oct 2008) the distributor told me there was no permission for Double connection by the Company. I have booked for double connection on 17/12/2008 (SR No SL-69A (Single to Double) [protected]). The distributor told me that you’ll be informed by phone/letter within one month. After 1.5 months when I inquired about the double gas connection they told me that now it’s not available and you’ll be informed when it’s available. After that I’ve visited to there shop several times and now they are behaving very badly.
                                  As a customer of Indane Gas now I’m expecting some actions from you directly so that I’ll get double gas connection as early as possible to avoid the problem during refill period.

                                    Dear sir/madam,
                                    I am a customer of indian gas. My customer no.3685 with distributer of Sam Gas Agency, Tuticorin, Tamil Nadu, India. I always get delead to get my cylender by 30-40 days. I received the cylinder after 35 days of booking and I am asked to book the next cylinger after 26 days of receiving the cylinder. So I booked 29.01.2009. Till date I am not geeting. To-day I am begging with neighbour for getting cylinder and cooked food. please consider my problem...can you help me?????

                                    Indane Gas — No proper Response from Distributors

                                    Hi,

                                    This is regarding the rude behaviour from the Indane Gas distributors in Bangalore. Address of the Gas Agency is Anant Gas Agency, Indane Gas road, HAL.

                                    A trouble starts from the booking period. Whenever we want to book a gas i need to travel to HAL which is 3-4 kms from my house as noone picks up the call in the agency. This has been happening from past 6 months. When i go & ask them, they say rudely that we get 1000's of calls in a day (this doesnt makes any sense). When booking is done, it wouldnt be delivered in time & to check the status even we need to go to the agency.

                                    Once i had been there to book the gas, one customer asked why the gas has not been delivered (this customer was agitated one). The agency guy said, dont talk loudly this is not a private company, its government. We have nothing to do being polite. Just keep quiet & speak slowly. Even after that customer didnt stop. The agency guy started using nuisance wordings to the customer.

                                    I would like to conclude saying "This is not a single government body which is like this" . All the Government firms are like this only. Everything in india must be privatized which will stop such kind of negligence & customer satisfaction should be given a priority. All the employees who dont work properly must be terminated.

                                    An humble request is to take a note of my complaint regarding the agency & do the needful to tackle this issue. Also to add, its not only one guy who speaks rude out there, its the whole staff in the agency who are corrupt as well as rude.

                                    Indane Gas (Lpg) — Refilling

                                    M/s Golden Gas Gurgoan, supplying less filed gas cylinder, public saying that the staff of golden Gas transferring gas from domestic cylinder filling them into commercial cylender and oblige the hotel, restorant and industries.

                                    REbooking they register after 20 days and always their telephone remain unattnded as well their computer resting hanged.

                                    i had refilled cylinder which work for 15 days whereas in my house the cylinder consumed in 30-40 days, the refilling suplier having no weight machine, hence on account o[censored]nfair practice the customer cheated undemocratically.
                                    Dear Sir/Madam

                                    Today i went to Parul Gas Company (Code No[protected] Sant Nagar Burari Delhi and request them why you are not sending Gas cyliner to my Mother. Her Gas Connection No is P-21707. Window person told me your mother was not taking gas cylinder regularly and now her gas connection disconneced. I told him what is the procedure to continue the gas connection. He gave me one Mob. No of Mr. Ashok Chatwani and i talked with him, During the conversation i talked to Mr. Chatwani i will do the complaint against Gas Agency to the Petrolium Minister. He replied me first you gave the complaint, when you will be failed then contact me. I want to know Mr. Chatwani is the Main Person of the Indian Gas Agency, He has right to give the Gas Cylinder to the consumer or not. Kindly take the necessary action against Parul Gas Agency and Mr. Chatwani also.

                                    My consumer no.87559 and I am a resident of Bangalore. M/s Kalpana Gas Agency
                                    (Code --) is the distributor for my connection. I have been trying to contact the said agency over phone deseperately continously (atleast 30-40 times)for booking the gas. But am very sorry to bring to your notice that there is no response from them either the phone is ringing and nobody is picking and again if you try calling once the ring is over the phone seems to be engaged. The tel. nos. provided by them[protected],[protected] and not acccessible some how i managed to book the gas but frompast one week i am getting the same answer another 4 days another 4 days and i had last booked the gas in MARCH 2009. On a previous ocassion also I had experienced similar kind of problem but could however manage to talk to them after a week and get the gas it is very difficult to manage with a single connection as they are telling we will receive a standby additional connection only after a year and that o not sure.
                                    Kindly look into the matter and ask the distributor to set his system in order so that we are able to contact him for gas booking.
                                    I dont know whether it is true or false that they keep on telling we have no stock for us to give you a cylinder
                                    And the lady who books the gas is having a very harsh language which i felt very uncomfortable and the way they speak to the consumers

                                    Already appreciate the precious time and effort already lost by me in this regard.

                                        We have an Indane Gas connection (2 Cylinders) bearing no:6994 at Sivakumar Gas Distributors, Punganoor at Chittor district (A.P) in the name of my mother A.Lakshmi. Now I got job in secunderabad & we resides in a Rented house at New Bowenpally, Secunderabad (A.P). We would like to transfer our connection from Punganoor to New Bowenpally, secunderabad. But My mother dont have any proof Id regarding of newly shifted area in her name. She have Proof Id of Ration Card of Punganoor only.But we only having Electricity Bill of Rented house in the name of House owner and I have Bank statements in my name and Id Proof of company (Public company).

                                        Kindly give contact details of New bowenpally branch Indane Gas distributors and also the procedure how we transfer our connection.
