Subject : irregualarsupply ofgas cylender,

Dear sir/madam,
I am a customer of indian gas. My customer no.3685 with distributer of Sam Gas Agency, Tuticorin, Tamil Nadu, India. I always get delead to get my cylender by 30-40 days. I received the cylinder after 35 days of booking and I am asked to book the next cylinger after 26 days of receiving the cylinder. So I booked 29.01.2009. Till date I am not geeting. To-day I am begging with neighbour for getting cylinder and cooked food. please consider my problem...can you help me?????

Indane Gas — No proper Response from Distributors

Hi,

This is regarding the rude behaviour from the Indane Gas distributors in Bangalore. Address of the Gas Agency is Anant Gas Agency, Indane Gas road, HAL.

A trouble starts from the booking period. Whenever we want to book a gas i need to travel to HAL which is 3-4 kms from my house as noone picks up the call in the agency. This has been happening from past 6 months. When i go & ask them, they say rudely that we get 1000's of calls in a day (this doesnt makes any sense). When booking is done, it wouldnt be delivered in time & to check the status even we need to go to the agency.

Once i had been there to book the gas, one customer asked why the gas has not been delivered (this customer was agitated one). The agency guy said, dont talk loudly this is not a private company, its government. We have nothing to do being polite. Just keep quiet & speak slowly. Even after that customer didnt stop. The agency guy started using nuisance wordings to the customer.

I would like to conclude saying "This is not a single government body which is like this" . All the Government firms are like this only. Everything in india must be privatized which will stop such kind of negligence & customer satisfaction should be given a priority. All the employees who dont work properly must be terminated.

An humble request is to take a note of my complaint regarding the agency & do the needful to tackle this issue. Also to add, its not only one guy who speaks rude out there, its the whole staff in the agency who are corrupt as well as rude.

Indane Gas (Lpg) — Refilling

M/s Golden Gas Gurgoan, supplying less filed gas cylinder, public saying that the staff of golden Gas transferring gas from domestic cylinder filling them into commercial cylender and oblige the hotel, restorant and industries.

REbooking they register after 20 days and always their telephone remain unattnded as well their computer resting hanged.

i had refilled cylinder which work for 15 days whereas in my house the cylinder consumed in 30-40 days, the refilling suplier having no weight machine, hence on account o[censored]nfair practice the customer cheated undemocratically.

Today i went to Parul Gas Company (Code No[protected] Sant Nagar Burari Delhi and request them why you are not sending Gas cyliner to my Mother. Her Gas Connection No is P-21707. Window person told me your mother was not taking gas cylinder regularly and now her gas connection disconneced. I told him what is the procedure to continue the gas connection. He gave me one Mob. No of Mr. Ashok Chatwani and i talked with him, During the conversation i talked to Mr. Chatwani i will do the complaint against Gas Agency to the Petrolium Minister. He replied me first you gave the complaint, when you will be failed then contact me. I want to know Mr. Chatwani is the Main Person of the Indian Gas Agency, He has right to give the Gas Cylinder to the consumer or not. Kindly take the necessary action against Parul Gas Agency and Mr. Chatwani also.

Indane Gas (Lpg) — No proper response

non supply of indane LPG
My consumer no.87559 and I am a resident of Bangalore. M/s Kalpana Gas Agency
(Code --) is the distributor for my connection. I have been trying to contact the said agency over phone deseperately continously (atleast 30-40 times)for booking the gas. But am very sorry to bring to your notice that there is no response from them either the phone is ringing and nobody is picking and again if you try calling once the ring is over the phone seems to be engaged. The tel. nos. provided by them[protected],[protected] and not acccessible some how i managed to book the gas but frompast one week i am getting the same answer another 4 days another 4 days and i had last booked the gas in MARCH 2009. On a previous ocassion also I had experienced similar kind of problem but could however manage to talk to them after a week and get the gas it is very difficult to manage with a single connection as they are telling we will receive a standby additional connection only after a year and that o not sure.
Kindly look into the matter and ask the distributor to set his system in order so that we are able to contact him for gas booking.
I dont know whether it is true or false that they keep on telling we have no stock for us to give you a cylinder
And the lady who books the gas is having a very harsh language which i felt very uncomfortable and the way they speak to the consumers

Already appreciate the precious time and effort already lost by me in this regard.

50-60 bar phon kiya hain.aur daily last 10 din se usne office me chakar lagakar arahe hain hamne gas khatam hone ke bad 500 rs ki chote cylinder me gas barwai hain aur 200 jad rs main ane jane me kar chuka hn uske . officme jake ro ke kidgiday phir bhi sne ja tak mera gas cylinder nahi diya hain. o hame bwakf bana raha hain aur hame daily ek bhahana bat rahe hain ki pki parchi redi wale ke ps de rakhi hin , apko kl 10 bje nder cylinder apke ghar pe hoga, .rat ke 10 baje dunga aisa .
sir mujhe aisa lagta hain ki o hamare chup baithane ka njayaj phayda utha raha hain.

Dear Sir/Madam,
My Name is NARAYAN DUTT and consumer no 36756 . I have booked refiling cylinder on 26.02.2011 and till date i did not receive the same. During my continuous communication to their staff they are not replying positively and still it takes 6 days more they said.We face this type of problum every time.

    And also they are not providing apt service on demand . and also the charge more charges for delevary

      Respected Sir/Mam,

      We have an Indane Gas connection (2 Cylinders) bearing no:6994 at Sivakumar Gas Distributors, Punganoor at Chittor district (A.P) in the name of my mother A.Lakshmi. Now I got job in secunderabad & we resides in a Rented house at New Bowenpally, Secunderabad (A.P). We would like to transfer our connection from Punganoor to New Bowenpally, secunderabad. But My mother dont have any proof Id regarding of newly shifted area in her name. She have Proof Id of Ration Card of Punganoor only.But we only having Electricity Bill of Rented house in the name of House owner and I have Bank statements in my name and Id Proof of company (Public company).

      Kindly give contact details of New bowenpally branch Indane Gas distributors and also the procedure how we transfer our connection.

        I am Santosh Sadasivan serving in a private company in Ahmedabad. My parents who are senior citizens live alone in Pathanamthitta district. I share their livelihood expense living afar though mentally always connected to them in their all matters. I have come to know that they are facing much trouble due to inadequate supply of Indane Gas, for which they are connected to Royal Gas Agency, Pathanamthitta. I am not sure that what is the problem they have in supplying gas, but the supply is very irregular. We have also opted for a second cylinder which is pending since 2006. I have tried to contact them over phone number of times, but they do not pick up the phone number[protected]

        I request you to intervene and do something possible.

        Dear Customer There Is Only One Solution For This TRANSFER YOUR CONNECTION TO Sree Mahaveer Indane Gas Agency In Thiruvalla.They Are Providing An Excellent Service For Us. There Is No Delay In Booking or Refill For Us Till Now .My Sincere Request To Other Gas Agencys In Patahanamtitta District Please Go And Study The Customer Care & Professional Service From Sree Mahaveer Indane Gas Agency In THIRUVALLA.(Kaviyoor).           Hello Sir,
          I am one of the customer (ID-14803) of Arjun Enterprises, P-17, Wing-C, DDA Shopping Complex, Phase II, Munirka, New Delhi-110067. My complain is very serious regarding the amount supplied by the agency is nearly about 10 kg instead of 14.2 kg. From last 3 delivery I was facing the problem. I was told to the vendor with the same but he deny to do any thing and told me to complain whatever. Vendor told me we are getting this much amount from the godown.

          This problem is in general but no body come forward to complain against the agency.

          Sir, please take the necessary action against the agency.

          Dear Sir,
          I am resident of Delhi. I have my Indane gas connection services with Raj Flame Gas Agency in Uttam Nagar, Mohan Garden area which is near Dwarka More Metro Rail Station and my Consumer No. RF 5665. The service of this Raj Flame Distributors is so bad that it irritates all the customers in an around that area. Every month it is very difficult to book a cylinder as they wont pick up the phone and keep all their phone aside in order that we get busy beep.

          They do not delivered cylinder proper time most of time they told me the cylinder will delivered with 4-5 days but no responce till 10-15 days, this procedure continued every month. It is so harrasing that they take their own time in delivery too. I am not only there are many customers to face this problem. I request you that please solve our problem.

            Our Gas Distributer is NorthEnd Gas Center Barasat,24 Parganas(N).I have booked for refilled gas cylinder on 8th August,2009...but till now i haven't received the refilled cylinder.This type of irregularities happen quiet often.

              New Indane LPG Connection
              I am sending this Mail from mandewali(unchaypar), delhi110092. I have booked one gas connection from the local Indane Gas agency on03/12/2008, in my name. But till date i didnt get connection, . On approaching the gas agency they said it takes one month more, i had waited from past two months for new connection and i have approched another gas agency to know the new connection status on their area they told we are giving new connection whithin next of booking but our area verma gas agency(agency code 9207326) why they are taking three months to issue the new connection in metropoltin city, pl take necessary action to issue new gas connection immediately, my new connection registration code -3656

              Please help me to resolve this problem. A line of confirmation is requested.

                I applied a conection to fredom gas agency loni ghaziabad.Agency manager Mr. Sharma give me code 1378 . when open the conection, my name not found in the list of the conection. then mr. sharma give me another no. 2567, i am rounded the ur agency . and agency staff have not good behave to me, agency gun-man also bad behave . please take the action immedeately

                I had booked a cyllinder on 6th Jan 2010 with M/Sf Freedom gas service Loni gzb up. My consumer number is 4445965. Till date, the same is not delivered to me. When I went to the agency to enquire about it, the staff had used filthy language against me. I request you to please look into the issue.

                  I am living in Nenmeli Village, nearby Chengalpattu, Kancheepuram District, Tamil Nadu. I am one of the customer of "NAGA GAS AGENCY" situated in Chengalpattu. My name is M.Sundaramoorthy costomer number is 7476. The gas agency is not supplying the Cylinder Gas rugularly.
                  They are not supplying cylinders even after the lapse of 60 days. It is said that they are selling the cylinders for commercial Tea Shops, Hotels and
                  Marraiage Houses illeagally. There is no supervision or inspecting in this comapany. Hence they are making lot of Malpractice. Kindly inspect, enquire, take action to ensure proper supply of Gas cylinders to the customers. Thanks.

                  I am living at Tiruvnnamalai, Tamilnadu we are shifted from Greater noida, UP. I am one of the customer of the RAJU'S GAS AGENCY tiruvannamalai, our consumer no; 48381 now we having lot of problem due to delivery frequency is 45 to 50 days . we having two cylinders that not enough for our family so taht we asking to the gas agency that issue a one more . they told that they not having any order to issue one more additional cylinder. then what we have todo . we want one more cylinder or our delivery frequency must be in 30 days whatever it is possible . we hope you to understood that our problem.I am awaitting your attention & reply.

                    Dear Sir,

                    I have booked my cylinder on 09-01-09 with Aravind Indane gas agency, Poojappura, Trivandrum. But it is not delivered till this date[protected] . Today it is 27th day from the date of booking. Yesterday I was told that my cylinder had sent to my address, just before I telephoned. But it didn’t come to my address. Today again I telephoned to tell them that it was not delivered yesterday. Now they are telling it will be delivered with in two days. I got Angry and asked them where were the cylinder that they had sent, they told yesterday. And there was no proper answer from them.
                    I doubt, they are bypassing the priority for monitory benefit or selling it in black market by holding me in the cue. Because I am a new customer of them, since my connection has recently been transferred from other agency.

                    Dear Sir,
                    I would like to inform you that I am one of the consumer of Indane gas through their dealer appointed at Firozabad M/s Kamla Gas Service, 21, Seth Bimal Kumar Jain Market, Agra Gate, Firozabad having connectionnumber KK 1574. The said Kamla Gas Service, Firozabad has delivered a refill to me through Hawker Mr. Shiv Narain on 24-02-09 in which they have charged Rs. 332-15 instead of Rs. 308-00 some thing. They are providing the benefit of the reduced rates to the consumer as announed by the Central Government. Please do the needful immediately treating the matter.

                    On 25/01/2010, I personally went to the office of Indane Gas and booked the gas with Bihar State Food & Civil Supplies Corp. Ltd, Indane Distributors, Anand Market, Hinoo Chowk, Ranchi, against which I received a booking receipt (receipt no. 3983). I was told that the delivery would be made within 7 working days. I waited for 10 days and when I contacted the office, the office staff asked me my address and assured me that within a day or two the delivery would be made. Again after two days when no one turned up, I again rang the office and again went through the same procedure. This happened two more times. At last, I decided to get to the office in person. I personally went to the office taking time off from my busy schedule and lodged the complaint with them and somehow again they managed to convince me. I waited again but in vain. I rang up again and they did what they have been doing for so long. Now I am fed up and I want justice. Till date (15/03/2010), I haven't received the gas cylinder which I booked on 25/01/2010. Is the authority listening. If things don't workout then i will have to move consumer forum.

                    Indane Gas — Improper answers to customer & bad delivery.

                    Hi,

                    In the month of june 2010 i have taken a new gas connection for Rs. 4000/- from B R Gas agency chandanagar, Hderabad. As per initial comitment they had told us that they can book the gas after 20days of the receipt of the gas and it will be delivered within 4 to 5days.
                    Now we have calling them for booking they respond back stating for delivery it takes 10-15 days for delivery that to very pethatic manner also not providing the reason for the same. Then i personally went there that time they denying the fact that we have not made this commitment for delivery of the gas initially and its depend on the load. And now after seven days of booking they are stating us that it will take more 15days. Is this the correct way of answering the customer.
                    Also in anywhere in india the delivery time is minimum 5days that to not responding well.

                      The dealer of Indane LPG for Sivaganga is not able to supply cylinders on time. This is because of the increase of customers and of the population in Sivagangai. Sivagangai is the District Headquarter. It is a devloping town in Tamilnadu. The people of Sivaganga can be supplied with the cylinders periodically only when one more dealer is alloted. Please take necessary steps to allot one more dealer. Being monopoly in the town, the people working at the Vinayaga Gas Agency-the current dealer, are very adament in rendering their service and manytimes they are not responding to the customers' request.

                        Sir,
                        I am holding gas connection of Indane form the last 10 years and presently with Phagwara Gas Service, Industrial Area, Phagwara Distt. Kapurthala Punjab. As I have been availing the connection with said agency, On enquiry regarding delivery of my cylinder as it has been booked several times at your Indane dealer M/S. Phagwara Gas Service, Industrial Area, Phagwara the concerned Phagwara Gas Service dealing official said that your connection has been transferred to Sondhi Gas Agency, Phagwara.

                        Sir, as the supply of LPG cylinders are being done by said Phagwara Gas Service and its delivery van used to deliver the cylinders in our area.

                        As we have not shifted to another place or there is no request from the consumer's side to get the connection transferred to another agency, What are the reasons to transfer the connection. Why Phagwara Gas Sercvice stopped supply to me.

                        I have approached to General Manager PSO-Cum_PIO, Punjab State Office, Chandigarh and had sought informations regarding Phagwara Gas Service, Phagwara and had filed the appeal to Hon'ble Gautam Dutta, the First Appellate Authority, Mumbai on 25th Dec 2008. In this connection I had got the reply from Hon'ble Mr. Gautam Dutta vide His letter No. RTI/PSO/FA/486/2008 dated 01/01/2009 and he had directed that the informations in this regard is being sought from The Public Information Officer (Punjab State Office), Indian Oil Corporation, Chandigarh.

                        And now the new formula has been created to harass the consumer to get his connection transferred and the dealer stopped home delivery to the consumer.

                        This is not clear why suddenly home delivery is stopped by Phagwara Gas Service, the Indane dealer, instead of giving service to the consumer the officials and the dealer has created new formula to harass me.
                        Under Sec. 383 Extortion, whoever intentionally puts any person in fear of any injury to that prson, or to any other & thereby dishonestly induces the person to put in fear to deliver to any person any property or valuable security. Kindly check the criteria adopted to transfer the connection to other dealer.
                        Under Sec 166 IPC, Public servent disobeying law, with intent to cause injury to any person is a criminal offence.
                        Under Sec 188 of IPC, Disobedience to order duly promulgated by Public Servant: Whoever, knowing that by an order promulgated by a public servant lawfully empowered to promulgate such order. As it is sufficient that he knows or the order which he disobeys and that his disobedience produces, or is likely to produce harm is a criminal offence.

                        May I request you to look into the matter and advise us accordingly.

                        hello sir,
                        as we all are aware each gas agency values thier customers emmensely and tries to serve them best and works towards making a bigger web of customers isn't it suprising that a gas agency is transfering a connection to another one without request from the customer could it be possible the cause be that this customer is going to them time and again stating he is a member of press demanding extra cylinders, misbehaving with staff including female staff and which makes the gas agency so fed up that they decide to shift the connection yet thier nightmare is not over as mr madhok is still thinking of ways to defame them and harss them with all possible ways . it is high time pepole of pahgwara are are becoming aware and are not scared to fight injustice

                          Iam an Indane gas customer bearing No.5890 and staying in Akkayyapalem at Vizag.                           I would like to bring a public litigation against M.V Enterprises Avadi., The Gas Agency involved in many scam. I have booked my gas on[protected]. It almost 20 days, still now they have not supplied me cylinder. This the complaint of many customer, the reason behind delay in supply is due to illegally supply cylinder gas to hotel and other small scale company in return the get commission of Rs. 600 for each gas supply of cylinder, this has been known fact to each of the resident of Avadi.

                          The Agency was involved in many scams of LPG Indane- Issuing of New connection, Maintenance, Indane Storage, Indane Pricing, Delivery Etc. for longtime.

                          Many Complaints were already launched in this area from time to time from different reputed customers, but still no action has been taken. All people’s belong to Avadi are troubled by this retailer, They have done complaint to local police station. Still no action action has been taken.


                          I sincerely request you taken necessary action if not people will loose confident on Indian Oil corporation admistration.

                          i was get the same problem every-month i got the SMS as well as but cylinder delay they said still i did't get the bill but we get the SMS delivery boy is always following the slogen still not yet when i get the bill i will be deliver this so funny, but i get the temper, how ever we plan to tack the signature about delivery boy wants to tack the action MV enterprise,

                          first of all they deliver is not particular day might be it will one month ofter they deliver then they not give a bill but MV doing this things already deliver, because i call the area office we got the information about delivery conformation,

                          but here is one month ofter they deliver??? please kindly understand what we struggled everyday?? we are seller, hotel, commission like that we run the family we need correct service,

                          please keep watch they delivery boy, what they are activity, because they earn everyday at least 2000 rupees please this is things effected about many families,

                            normally in chennai for indane gas agency we can book after 20 days...but in madhavaram rajesh gas agency they r asking us to book after 25 days... and the delivery time is 15 days from that...so it will take atleast 40 days to reach us...we r 6 members in a family and the time a gas runs is 18 days...so it is really difficult for us to manage..., and kerosene is also very expensive to buy..., a litre cost is 45 rupees... it is expensive than petrol...moreover if we book the gas on 24jan automatically they r changing the date to 27 jan saying it is booked on that day...i request govt to take action... he cant not play with us like this...we r not that rich to opt for private gas...so plz i request u to take some action plz... my cust number 28084...

                            I would like to say that this agency is owned by the Late.Gongi Reddy Mohan Reddy, Freedom fighter, domal guda Hyderabad.
                            He has only the son named G.Satish Reddy and three daughters(1) Mrs.Indira Devi, (2) Mrs. Neeraja Devi (3)Mrs. Aravinda Reddy were the daughters .The agency got under the quota of Freedom Fighters quota by Late.Mr.G.Mohan Reddy.
                            But Mrs.Aravinda Reddy, Mrs. Indira Devi, Mrs.Neeraja Devi were the daughters of the late. G.Mohan Reddy fradulently and cheating the Mr.Satish Reddy taken over this gas agency and running under the name of Mrs.Chandrika Reddy. Mrs. Chandrika Reddy is a daughter of Mrs. Indira Devi daughter of Late.G.Mohan Reddy.
                            The property is acquired by cheating and booking a criminal case on Mr.Satish Reddy. By all the above daughter and sisters. The details are Mrs.Aravinda Reddy, W/o.K.Prabhakar Reddy Addl.S.P.police department at habsiguda, Street no.7.[protected]. Mrs. Neeraja Devi daughter of late. My full residential address is Datta K.K. 45, Hulimangla Main Road, Pathy Housing Layout, Electronic City, Bangalore-560100.(Mob.No.[protected] I am a sr. citizen, a retired Principal of a PUC College. I am heart-patient. I am a consumer of Sheela Agency 33, Industrial site, 3rd Phase, J.P.Nagar, Bangalore-78
                              Ph.No.26585088/41209955. This Agency is catering to the consumers of Electronic City and Doddathogur but they do not supply the cylinders to our home. They have made an arrangement with one of their employees Mr.Prakash who is keeping the Cylinders in a residential and commercial area in a small room. The customer has to request him on phone and then as per time given by his phancy, visit his shop in Doddathogur. He doesn't give any receipt but charges Rs.30-50 extra than the printed price ion the receipt. We have to go to his shop to pick up the cylinder. His supply is irregular. In fact he is the king who will decide when to give, to whom to give. Any one who is known to him or can pay extra, may get two cylinders in a month but person like me is told 45 days a cylinder rule. Has he been authorised to run this parallel agency by Indian Oil Co. Is it legal and safe? Where should we go in case there is a leaking cylinder or any other problem because during day time he is working as employee in the Sheela Agency and in the evening he brings cylinders in his private tempo and we have to wait there for hours together to get one cylinder and heart-patients like me find it very difficult to fight in the crowd to make way to reach up to him to get the spl.slip on a piece of paper he gives on the basis of which his assistant delivers you a cylinder. Its really a torture for old people. After paying him Rs30-50, again pay another 50rupees to autowala to carry your cylinder home. Is it authorised by you? Kindly confirm.

                                We have booked gas since 2 weeks now, everyday thet say we will send it but not delivering.
                                Yesterday, we took teh empty cylinder to them and asked for the new one but they assured us that they will send it by evening. I dont understand where the problem is?? they seldom pick up the phone for booking or the line will be engaged for hours.

                                It is an unnecessary harassment !

                                  I am your old customer; recently I am facing problem in booking my Gas; As I had went to the Agencies they told me that they had provided me new number without any information that why they are providing me new number. As with this new number they dont' book the gas as there is some problem in there software. The employee told us that you need to visit to agency every time to book the gas. As I have no time to visit the agency regularly and it is pain that these employees even do not pick the phone.

                                  Kindly look into the issue urgently by today.

I booked my cylinder on 2nd of december, 2008 after the lapse of stipulated timeframe fixed by the agency.Tilldate, the cylinder was not delivered. I contacted the agency several times in person and overphone, the response given the staff is very positive, but in vain.                                       Dear sir,
                                      I am a consumer of Indane gas vide consumer no. 4477. My gas agency is Sukhdev Vihar Gas Agency Masihgarh New Delhi . Sir Since last four months i am repetidly complainting to our gas agency for the less quantity in the supplied cylinder but there is no responce til now from other side. My family is a four member family and due to the theft of the LPG gas ( whether by the agency or by the gas vendor) my one cylinder finish in 10 to 15days.
                                      Therefore it is requsted to kindly take necessary action regarding proper supply of the gas to us.

                                      Indane LPG — Less Gas

                                      I am Indane customer of Yadu Indane Gas Sewa, Ghaziabad-UP,
                                      I have complain that cylender which they are delivering at home are not proper.all most all cylender have 2-3 kg less in weight.
                                      I had complain to the dealer bou no responce

                                      I am a LPG gas consumer no., I deal with M/s Panchkula Gas service, Sector-17, PANCHKULA, who are the distributor of my area. Continuos dialing is required, if someone is fortunate then booking will be done. But there is no surity of Cylinder deleivery even after 10 days. Again dialed, then it was told to be deleivered within next two days. But unfortunately...
                                      When I faced Leekage problem, I again called up but phone was hanged up. After continuous dialing one person attended my call but he did not listen to me and cut the line. Very much frustrated, how to solve this problem?????
                                      Yes we fully agree & we are also facing same problems for the last 5 years.

                                      Poor Gas Service. For me too they havent delivered the cylinder since last 23 days of booking. Someone please take action

                                      I'm a LPG consumer with M/S 1009 subhash camp dakshin puri New delhi, the person who delivering the cyllinder, less amount of LPG in the cyllinder, he did want to listen to us thisis the every time problem, he start fighting with my mother, now days every thing is so costly, if we are paying full cost for the full LPG cyllinder, than why the give us the few KG less, Kindly take some action about the matter

                                      Dear sir / Madam
                                      Can you provide me information to make a complain against the LPG gas cylinder provider in Patna,Kankarbagh colony. As Cylinders being delivered to houses are not fully filled with exact amount of gas. Due to this sometime gas are getting over even in 15 days in normal day by day use.
