I am a client with consumer number 54366 with M/s Kalpana Gas Agency, Vijaya Nagar, bangalore. I had booked an LPG on 7th January, 2008 and for the last four days I have been following up for delivery of cylinder. I have been assured every day by one of the so many at the office counter that 'today it will be definitely delivered'. We have been still waiting, keeping other works pending and under day-time house arrest, since someone has to be at home. Pl tell us, what next to do. Kindly come back fast.

my indane supplier is m/s anand, [protected]

they have fixed up one call centre [protected].

anand gas has made a rule that the gas will be booked after 15 days of the delivery. they supply after 25 days. their cc is always busy. our gas does not last for 40 days. puja days are ahead.

kindly speed up your supply.

i suppose booking after 15 days is a local rule.

kindly see. road side market is very strong. kindly install a tatkal/auction system.

lindane — Non - Delivery

New GAS connection was booked on dated 6/7/09 vide receipt no [protected] at Dwarka Indane Gas Services .
Inspite of repeated followups nither delivery has been made nor inspection of cooking range ( Hot Plate ) has been done by the gas agency for inspection Rs 150/- has been paid saparately vide receipt no 1149 dated 11/9/09 . .I was told many a time that gas agency person will come to inspect the cooking range( Hot Plate ) but no one turned up till date inspite my several personal visits to the agency .
Kindly look into the matter and get the connection asap

Honourable sir/madam phillaur me jo aapki indane ki agency hai usne hame tang-tang kar rakha hai. sir ji date dalwaye huye ko 25 din ho gaye lekin ab tak cylinder nahi mila aur agar hum cylinder lene jate hai toh woh kehte hai ki ajj gaddi nahi aai kal aana roj ka yahi bahana hota hai.inhone toh hamara khana bhi dushwar kar diya hai.jab hum office mee jata hai toh phir kehte hai aaj aapkeghar bhej denge. toh sir ji please please kuch kare sir hum to tang ho gaye inhe bolte bolte. sir ji yeh black me bhi cylinder bechte hai 550 rupaye me.sir ji jaise ki agar hame aaj gas mil jaye to phir date woh 22 din ke baad dalte hai aur sir bataiye ki jab gas milne me time lagega toh phir kya isme hamari galti hai.sir ji kirpya karke kuch kijiye sir inhe toh bolne ki bhi akal nhi bahuthi buri tarah bolte hai.jo iss agency ka maalik woh galat bolta hai .

Indane Gas — Exploitation by Distributor and Delivery boy

I am the customer of the Indane Gas (Welcome colony Anna naga west Ext.), My consumer No: 20838. I've used for the past 10 years, our distributor given a good service. because of summer my family members are out station, and also iam a running staff. at the time of delivery iam not able to receive gas. I informed the distributor and he told go and adjust the delivery boy and collect the gas. i came and spoke to the delivery boy and he said you please go i will deliver. At that time iam engaged in my work. So i hand over my cylinder to my neighborer's shop SRINIVASASTORES and i informed the owner the delivery boy will deliver (19.5.2011) still the cylinder was not delivered. kindly deliver or otherwise you please cancel my connection because of poor service rendered by you or your distributor i will go for my poor distributor, i purchased the connection in TATKAL scheme.

Dear Consumer Complaint Forum,

I am Ashish Saxena has a Indane Gas connection no. 17911 through B.S. Gas Agency, Govindpuram, Ghaziabad.
I am facing severe problem of delivery of Gas cylinder, normally booking is done after 21 days on previous booking but after booking the agency is taking 3 weeks time in delivery. In total the Gas availability is in 42 days after the previous delivery. The gas is not of good quality as it is finishing very soon, I dont know what they are sabotaging with the cylinder.

The most panic situation is that when we ask to the delivery boy or agency about our cylinder delivery they simply deny for the availability but they offer cylinder in black money and for this they take INR 750.0 in comparison of nominal charges of INR 300.0.

This is a harassment which lot of people are facing but I am raising my voice. Kindly help us by stopping such nasty working methodology of these hawkers and agencies.

This is simply exploitation of normal public by these Government Frenchies.

I am consumer of KIRTI GAS AGENCY, Connection No.15679, Date of Booking:[protected]. Complaint No. [protected]. Non-delivery complaint
My customer No.21767 in Manimajra Gas Agency, SCO 821 NAC Manimajra Chandigarh. They give us a customer booking mobile No. as [protected] but we proceed all formalities of customer care numbers advice but ending he told sorry. Whenever the bell is ringing but not take response by manimajra Gas Agency staff. I am trying to contact last eight days but not got any result.

    my consumer no.6776 in pattamal gas agencies

    (no.490,mucihur road west tambaram chennai-600045,tamilnadu ph:[protected]i recieved a un conditioned lpg cylinder frm the agency at

    december 2007 . a complaint was issued at the 2nd january to service cell

    and complaint was verified at 5th january but the full cylinder has not been replaced till now... we have already complained to local authorities but no response frm the dealer.so i kindly request u to take immediate action to replace the cylinder

    They donot have land phone and their cell-phones are making very very poor responses.

    What is new connection Procedure? This kind of question i asked Kiruba Agencies Chitlapakkam(Asthinapuram Near Chirompet) first they told Ration card Appling slip(Recipt from Family card section). Then i went with that slip, now they are telling we need Ration card, They are selling lot of cylinder in black) Pls take action and do the needful.
    Kiruba Gas Agency - Chitlapakkam(Asthinapuram-Chirompet) - deficiency in service supply cylinder.
    Sir,
    Our LPG distributer is "North End Gas Centre, Prasadpur, 11No. Rail Gate, Barasat, West Bengal (Code:[protected]". We have two connections: Consumer Nos. NE6160 and NE-14525. The distributer follow no norms to supply LPG. I am giving few delivery dates against booking dates (given in brakets) for understanding: 19/05/07 (27/04/07), 04/07/07 (26/06/07), 29/08/07 (06/08/07), 08/10/07 (13/09/07), 15/11/07 (08/10/07) , 23/01/08 (24/12/07). The supply from the distributors in the surrounding area is found better. They always tell that the supply of LPG from IOL is irregular. A large section of people collect LPG from the delivery van without any prior booking, of course with extra money. The delivery van can not reach to door because of this. They do not supply LPG to door as per the booking serial. Rickshaw pullers of this area has got a source of income, they also collect LPG from the delivery van with extra money and supply to the consumer. It is very hard to get a LPG cylinder without expenditure of some extra money. Delivery person always demand tips. They are attentive who give tips. People like us are being ignored. Till date, they have not taken to door the weighing machine, even after several demand, what has made mandatory by IOL. In several occasions, we have received less amount of LPG. This is being sent for necessary action. Thanks a lot.

    paisha mil kar bat kar kha le ge jo karega sabha mafiyayo ko agency de diye hai
    bol nahi sakte hai
    I have come from guwahati to delhi with transfer voucher of indane gas. I am staying and working in central govt. I have approached M/S vidyasagar gas agency, RAMA MARKET, PITAMPURA, NEW DELHI of indane gas to issue me the connection on tv brought from guwahati. I submitted also all the requisite documents in this connection. But he is telling me that he does not have the book of "TRANSFER VOUCHER IN" and can not issue me the gas connection. I and my family are unable to eat regular meals since days due to it. kindly instruct the GAS AGENCY TO ISSUE ME MY ENTITLED GAS CONNECT ON TV BROUGHT FROM GUWAHATI. MY MOB NO. [protected]

    Our booking area comes under Vigneswara enterprises
    We book our gas on telephone[protected] during 1st week of Sep '08. But till date they didn't deliver gas cylinder to us.
    We face this type of problum every time.
    so i kindly request u to take immediate action to replace the cylinder
    I have entry my name for the new connection of Indane Lpg gas in the Gas Agency : Citylite, Takiroad(Saroj Park), Barasat, 24 PGS(N), Westbengal on the 15th of October. My Entry no. is 663. But till now (21/11/2008)I have not received any letter for depositing money.

    I booked gas on 21.1.2009 and till date ie, 23.2.2009, we have not received the cylinder. we have called the agency every week, they are telling us next friday you will get the cylinder, but 2 fridays already gone, again today i called up they are telling us next friday cylinder will come. sir we are having premission to use 2 cylinder per month basis, but we could not get one cylinder per month properly. sir i am heartfully telling we are very very...tired to get the cylinder from this agent.

    And one more sir, they didn't not supply the cylinder on door delivery basis. if they confirmed cylinder delivery we have run to the Tea stall shop or some main departmental stores where they are keeping their cylinder supply vehicle from that place we have to collect the cylinder. PLS ADVICE US THIS IS THE PROCUDURE TO COLLECT THE CYLINDER PLS ? and also they are asking the Token, we transeferred the cylinder from Chitlappakkam to Gummidipundi for the month of Octoeber.But we are having the Indane gas cylinder book. PLS ADVICE THAT WE HAVE TO KEEP THE TOKEN and show to the cylinder supplier every time w hen we are getting the new cylinder from the agent?

    Sir, we are getting very tried to get the cylinder. Sir, I am facing lot of difficulty as my 6 months baby, have to prepare milk and hot water every hour for my child and also iam having old mother, iam also working. Please treat this matter on top most priority basis.

    While i m booked my new connection the vendor issued the voucher in the name of Bijaya chandra satapathy and c/o srikant pattnayak, aurobinda nagar-2nd lane.House no-9 berhampur, dist-Ganjam orissa
    when i was complain for the said nuisance of the vendor the authority of agency assured me that with in 6 month we will provide u in your name now take this book and we will provide u refill gus till than converson of your name. it is your kind information that i got the c/o book on[protected] but unfortunately 3 year passed already the agency cannot able to provide the new book and last 2 months stopped the refill the gus of my book. so i want to know that is it the knowledge of higher authority. whenever i want to about my converson matter that the agency behavior like as burbler and threatened me to complain to ioc chairman no body can do any thing against me.

    in fact i dont know who is Bijaya ch satapathy and why the agency will done this type of nuisance . several type of complain i was lodged already. This my grievance to u please solve this proble m bz i m leaving miserable condition for only fuel. The same agency is pressed me to take cylinder on black piece. It is for your necessary information that the my agency name is ...

    Indane Gas — DENY BOOKING AFTER 21 DAYS OF SUPPLY AND IRREGULAR SUPPLY

    I have complaint against Bhangar Sub Gas Office of Rajarhat Indane Gas Supply, Dist-North 24 Parganas, West Bengal. .He always delivers gas after 10 to 15 days from the date of booking and when asked he says there is short supply from the company.This time I have booked on 7/8/2009 in my card. Every time I have to give telephone reminder several times for supply the same. My Coonection no.is 6312 .He had not supplied gas to me till date
    Moreover the booking office deny to book after 21 days of supply of cylender.

Our LPG distributer is Gas &Novelties.171/b, G.T Road(Baiiavpur) Serampur, hooghly, West Bengal (Code:[protected]".at Tarakeswar here on parmanent Distributer. Gas &Novelties sub office .We have two connections: Consumer Nos. TG2687(Ajit kr Dholey) and TG2578(Jitendra nath Dholey). The distributer follow no norms to supply LPG. I am giving few delivery dates against booking dates (given in brakets) for understanding: 21/04/09 (31/03/09), 03/06/09 (09/05/09), 15/07/09 (19/06/09), 02/09/09 (31/07/09), .     My LPG distributor Nethaji agency(dist;code[protected]sap118409)is not making home delivery
    even after 2 months of booking, (booking date;30/07/2009), last delivery date(11/07/2009), even they are not at all responding properly. The delivery boys are not willing to make home delivery. That's why I have compelled to place the cylinder to some shops daily on the road side. If the delivery van not coming again taking cylinder to home. I request you Please take necessary action for deliver in time and for home delivery.

    I am registered with IOC dealer namely Satyam Gas Agency, Dewas Road, Indore. It is really nightmare to do gas booking through phone. They never pick the phoen rather on one occssion I have personally visited the outlet. I was shocked to note that all the receivers were put off. It is horrible to deal with them.
    Behaviour of their staff is so shabby and rude that no educated person would like to talk to them. The owner of agency is having political back ground so they are not bothered for general public
    Sir this is more in nature of query. My distributors are M L Bose enterprise of Raja Dinendra Street at Kolkata. They are telling us that the booking can be done after 15 days from the date of previous supply. Thereafter they say that the rule is to deliver it after 21 days from the date of previous supply.
    Though the delivery invariably takes 23-26 days.
    My query is
    Do Indane is following this policy or is it a practise of M L Bose Enterprise.
    Do any other distributors share this experience.

    we have kirti gas service and gulabi bagh gas service. the consumer numbers are 1) 14208 ( named manoj gupta[protected]named o.p.gupta[protected]named v.k gupta). we had booked the gas on 25.11.09 but not yet recieved the gas. both gas services have done this leniency in the past also we are very much harassed mentally and need your help to look in to this matter. kindly take the needed action immediately.

    -excluding booking date & delivery date (2 days) 21 days to be gapped + 15 days = 23 + 15 = totally 38 days will take time for delivery of refilled cyl. between one refilled cyl. to another cyl.

    -I don't know what type of policy is maintained by ruling party of Petroleum Ministry of Govt. of Inida and it is not justifiable for period of 38 days of delivery taking place to simple 4 members family consumption of refilled lpg cylinder.

    In fact, normal case (no hot water for bathing purpose used) one refilled lpg cylinder comes hardly for 21 - 23 days ONLY for FOUR MEMBERS SIMPLE FAMILY (as per family planning of Govt. of India policy).

    It means the policy adopted by existing petroleum ministry indirectly encourage / force the customer to go for black marketing to get refilled lpg cylinder on higher prices (by giving bribery to delivery man / black marketers).

    This is not only my grievance but also other customers of Indane service (VARSHA GAS SERVICE) of IOC, Ahmedabad.

    For information and take suitable action to speed up quick delivery because Pipe line gas services already implemented in Ahmedabad in some areas and what happened to those cancelled connections of LPG of Indane.

    I regret to inform you that I have booked a gas cylinder in my agency "PRATHANA GAS AGENCY", Moovarsampet, Nangallur, Chennai - 91, Agency Code- 1068 on 24th January 2011. But till now they have not delivered the gas cylinder. When I went in person, I was shell shocked to note that they have not even generated the bill and I was forced to take the gas cylinder in auto for which I spent money from my pocket as there is no no adequate man power in that Agency. Further, they are saying that the next booking will be registered only after 21 days from the date of curent booking. But to my knowledge, IOC has already cancelled that rule some time back.

    Kindly instruct them not to adhere that 21 days gap of booking rule. Also advise them to deliver the gas in time and not to make the consumer to come and collect the gas cylinder from their Agency.

    The problem is :
    I have booked the gas cyclinder on 7th may 2011 (saturday) through sms service.

    I got the message from the supplier on 17th may 2011 (Tuesady) at 20:10:24 pm. that, Your cylinder will be delivered shortly.

    but, after some days, On 20th may 2011 (Friday) on 15:11:22pm that, I got a message that -
    Your Cylinder has been delivered against your refill.

    I dont know which is the best way of complaining about the IOC Dealer.

    I tried the Telephone numbers printed on the oppiste side of the Cash Receipt, which either didnt work or no one will lift it.

    My LPG Distributor is Sri Saila Gas Agencies, Miyapur, Hyderabad.

    Lot of complaints abount this dealer.

    If we book a cylender today, we will getting the information that the Cylinder is booked but, cash receipt is generated after a week's time and from there he will take a week or 10 days to deliver the cylinder.

    Even after many requests and complaints with the delaer, nothing is happening.

    I have seen many complaints about this dealer, but i didnt see any action against it.

    I would like to complain about this. please let me know a right channel for this

    I am a domestic LPG customer of Indian oil. My gas distributer is Ennar Gas Service, Hyderabad-500062. Customer No. is 03932.
    I have submitted Adhar card copy and Savings bank pass book copy to this gas agency on[protected]. The same day Adhaar card copy and domestic gas customer card copy also submitted to the bank. The LPG was billed on[protected] .Bill No.[protected].of Rs.1024.50. Subsidy has not reached the bank as on date. When I contacted bank they referred me to Ennar Gas. Ennar gas service has told me to contact IOC. I have tried several times phone no. [protected]. Always this phone is engaged.
    Please advise M/S. Ennar Gas Service to arrange the LPG subsidy at the earliest.

    Indane — taking extra money other than the bill amount

    we get our gas from our gas agency, some man used to come with cylinders and give us the new and get the bill payed.he gets extra amont from demandingly saying it is mandatory, the gas bill shows Rs.614/- whereas he got Rs.650 from us.

      Hi all,
      there is always been a huge task to get the refill request submited to the Indiane Gas Agency ( Shirdi sai Indane Distrubutors, Domlur Bangalore - Karanataka), these people dont accept the request untill a month of the cylinder been provided, and when we try to contact the vendor after the month, NO ONE PICKS UP THE CALL, there are four number's[protected],[protected],[protected] and a mobile [protected]) out of these, two are OUT OF SERVICE[protected],[protected] and the rest two no one responds!!!!

      please suggest as how to get this resolved, as this is the same situation most of them face in our locality!!!
      need suggestions and helpline numbers on this.

        Secondally they does not take any booking before 21 days from the date of delivery of last cylinder hence how it is possible to continue with a same cyclinder for more then 35-40 days. Although i am holding 2 cylinder but no use of it.

        I am a LPG Gas consumer, I deal with' Balasore Gas Agency', Saheed Park Market Building, Cinema Bazar, Balasore ( Orissa) whose distribution code is 89020456 . So each time I bound to go their shop for booking .
        Today also I had gone to their shop after failing telephonic booking and saw a boy sitting there was busy with his personal phone call and nearby phone was ringing once and again . I complained and after a long argument he booked my number and after 10 days Gas can be delivered to me if available . He also abused me and said ' do what ever you want to do, I am not bound to answer you ' .
        Each time, I am suffering this type of problems by this dealer and having a single cylinder, I am bound to depend upon hotel for my family . They are not issuing me double cylinder and harashing me to supply Gas in timely .Secondly they does not take any booking before 21 days from the date of delivery of last cylinder hence how it is possible to continue with a same cyclinder for more then 35-40 days.
        In this situation, what can I do ? So please treat the mtter seriously and oblige .

        LPG gas booking — No Response from the dealer

        I have recently [censored]ed my residence from Nanaganallur to Anakkaputher (near pammal).My Indange gas dealer for the Anakkaputher is Ms.Vijaykumar agencies.
        i am trying to reach the distributer over phone for the Cylinder refilling there is no response from the distributer for the past 4 days.I am not able to locate the alternate contact number through the website also.

        I may have to take half a day leave and visit the Vijayakumar gas agencies for refilling.I am wondering why this kind of response from the gas agencies.

        we were talking about the developement of communication technology, but still there are people dosnt bother about the customer needs.

        LPG — Non -response to telephone calls for booking

        We have been trying to contact M/s.Rose Flames, Ernakulam for the last two weeks for booking gas (refill) in their numbers 2102040, 2102041 and 2102042. The phone is either engaged and when ringing no body is attending. We know that 11th to 14th Sep were holidays for them. Today also I tried to contact them in the above numbers but no response.

I got my cylinder booked as serial no. 131 dated 25-Sept. 2008, but till date i could not get the gas delivered. Almost daily I see a long queue for the cylinder, it means the system of home delivery is totally failed at this agency, and more over a large no. of people in the queue do not get the cylinder and they have to go back and come on the next day in the queue. So it is my humble request to the concerning authority to solve this problem at his earliest so that the people who can not manage time to queue, may also get gas properly.

        I am having a Gas connection in the name of my son Rakesh Kumar Singh with the Bindu Shakati Indane Gas Service, Nedermet, Secunderabad. I changed my residence in the same locality of Dr. A S Rao Nagar at Brindavan Colony. I went to the above named supplier with ID and address proof and requested them to record change in address but they refused to record the change on the plea that they do not supply Gas in the particular building where I shifted, although they said that they are supplying Gas in Brinda Van Colony. When I said if you are supplying Gas in the Brindavan Colony, why you can not supply in my building which just at the entrance and not at the outskirt of Brindavan Colony, they got irritated and said you and ask other residents of the Apartment and let them know whether any body is getting gas supply from them. It was very ridiculous. I being a new tenant in the Apartment, it was very difficult to go to each of the 20 occupants whther they are getting supply from the named supplier. When I showed my inability, they very bluntly said to take transfer of connection and search for another supplier in the locality. I felt harassed and returned back. My simple request is that when the said supplier is supplying gas in my colony why they will decide to choose a particular apartment not to supply Gas their. Is it possible that I go to each and evry occupant to ask whether some one gets supply from this supplier. Is it not lethargic on the part of the supplier to entrust this job to me instead of making their on verification?
        I, therefore, request that the supplier be made to supply Gas at Jyothi Paradise Apartment, Flat No. 502 at Brindavan Colony., A S Rao Nagar and they should be asked to record change of address. Needless to mention that they should be penalised suitably for inflicting such harassment.

        Respected Sir,

        I have a domestic LPG connection No 4082 in the name of Rajinder Kaur issued by M/s Venus Gas Agencies, Dhuri. I booked a refill on dated 09/04/2011 the cylinder No. 408159 was delivered on 16/04/11 that was took into the kitchen for cooking on 21/04/11 The Cylinder had a leakage, about which I lodged a complaint to the concerned agency, the complaint was attended on next day, but without fruitful result. I again sent a telephonic message to Sh. Pawan Kumar, who did not attended me properly, saying the I had a confusion, there is no leakage . When I tried to lit the gas stove, it started to give smell, immediately I switched off the stove, again I informed about the leakage They ignored it, without considering the consequences The cylinder is continuously leaking while fitted with regulator in off position also. No body is bothered about the leakage and the consequences there off. Hence I have kept the cylinder outside in Open in my house Despite complaining 4 times nobody bothered to solve the problem, you can imagine the problems in cooking food without LPG. Lest there should not be any kind of mis-happening. I am unable to prepare food on gas.

        Hence your good self are requested to look into the matter, and advise the concerned supplier.

          Dear Sir/Medam,
          Today on 16/01/08 when I opened a seal of LPG Gas Cylinder supplied by Chirag Gas Services ,Near Karelibaug Water Tank,Baroda,Gujarat 390006.[ Consumer No.18269 ], it was leaking.After contacting the Dealer a person visited and inspected the cylinder.Being found that there is leakage he called the office from our neighbour and asked to replace the same. During noon time ,at around 02.30 p.m a delivery man came & started inspecting cylinder whose name was Sharukh Khan,he opened the Tape & Seal done previously and started bargaining for replacing the cylinder.Initially asked for Rs.100,but as we ware not aware weather we are liable to pay for we agreed to pay for the difference in weight so he got annoyed and started shouting & schoulding that it was not his duty to replace and it was our mistake that we received a leaking cylinder.even while weighing he tried treaks when caught gave an excuse that Scale is not in condition and went leaving leaking cylinder as it is. later on when contacted office we were told to pay the amount whenever he returns and also to inform the same to the office.

          Indane LPG Gas — Behaviour

          Do you give special training yo your staff to bahave rudly with customers?
          I have a connection from Prem Gas Agency (Hari Nagar) and within last 2 yrs I always took an off from office to book my gas. They hardly pick up any call and if any, they behave so rudly and use rough languages or bad words.

          The service which they are providing is really pathetic and I think even the company doesn't care about this. They are indirectly forcing us to buy the things in black or they are doing black marketing with the help of company. Its just a governmental decision to open a shop other wise they can run it from home also.

            I am Debashis Roy. My Indane Gas consumer number is TG/0227 with Indane LPG Dealer M/S. Gas &Gadgets, Manton, Behala, Kolkata-34. When the delivery of LPG cylinder takes place at my place, I am in office. My father, aged 72 years takes delivery of the cylinder from the delivery person. Though my father insists on checking the weight of the LPG cylinder that is being delivered, the delivery person refuses to show the weight. My flat is situated on the 3rd floor and the so the delivery person claims that to get the cylinder weighed, he would charge Rs.10/-. When my father refuses to pay this amount, the delivery person refuses to weigh the cylinder and show the weight. On insisting much, the delivery person starts mis-behaving with my father by shouting and threatening dire consequences.
            I have specific complaints regarding this for the following deliveries:-
            Booking No. 17497 dated 19.07.2007, delivered on 27.7.2007.
            Booking No. 64 dated 01.10.2007, delivered on 12.10.2007.
            Booking No. 5421 dated 06.12.2007, delivered on 14.12.2007.
            In all the above deliveries, the delivery person has been one Mr. Montu (as per signature of the delivery person).
            I request appropriate remedial action against this.

I regret to mention that till date I've not received the said cylinder. I have tried to reach the contact telephone nos.[protected]/2330462/2322062. It is 19 days now since the booking has been done, as my second gas cylinder is also going to get exhausted in another 24 hours!!!I've already been communicated that the second cylinder can be booked only after the first booking is executed.

              This is to inform you that Indane has services in Faridabad (Rainbow Gas Service) is in doldrums and is not giving proper services to the customers.It is an ongoing issue for years. They do not book the cylinder in time. They do not pick up the phone and in case if they pick up the phone the lady over there is very rude and harsh. she does not seem the understand the importance of one's problem.
              The Area Manager Mr. Maurya is not cooperative and he does not take care of the issues at all. he does not pick up his phone even.

              Sometimes the GAS Agency gives less GAS and does not weigh the cylinder and the cooking gas is finished before 15 days.


              My consumer number is R-14049 Springfield Faridabad.I do not have a cylinder and if necessary action could be taken to send a gas cylinder to me would be appreciated.

              I would appreciate if this issue is taken care of as soon as possible.

                I have an INDANE Gas connection for may home for the past 6 yeras. I have my connection with Gurgaon Gas Service, Gurgaon. Recently we were supplied a cylinder based on a booking. After the delivery of the cylinder we noticed that the gas was leaking and called the Emergency contact number given on the delivery slip ([protected]) around 9 am. The person on the phone was rude and completely unhelpful. Considering that the problem was an emergeny related to leakage of gas, and releted to safety i would imagine any person go out of the way to save another human life. It was likely that we would have a blast in the house.

                The response we got was that we should contact the supply unit. and that he does not have any number where we can call.

                I expect this complaint be taken notice of and i would like to know the action taken against such an irresponsible response.

                  SIVAM AUTO Indian Oil gas stations (2 at Madhapur, Hyderabad, India) have cheated me through the use of faulty diesel-pumps on two occasions.

                  The fuel dispensed is about 15-20% less than the reading on the meter. On the second occasion, upon presentation of proof, there was brazen denial.

                  Diesel Supply — MEASUREMENT FAULTY

                  Sir,
                  Today{26.10.2009] around 1 p.m.I have paid Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred) for filling Diesel for the Vehicle TN O7 P 6262 at the Petrol & Diesel Bunk in the name and style of GOPALAKRISHNA SERVICE STATION at the interjunction of Thirumalai Pillai Road and Gopathy Narayana Road [opp] Vani Mahal, Thiagaraya Nagar, Chennai-600017. [Ph.[protected] & 42023357]. The Fuel pump did not, either show Rs.500/- or 14.30 Litres when diesel filling was completed. This was strongly objected by me and one Mr. Balu, who was incharge then, had informed me that the reading of the fuel pump was out of order and however, the measurement was correct. It was funny. How can the customer could believe that the measurement was correct while the scale was not functioning. This is a kind of cheating the customers and suitable action is warranted.

                    I am a Indane consumer under agency Madhu Gas Service, Kondli Gharoli, Mayur Vihar, Phase-III, Delhi-96.

                    I have booked LPG on phone no.1260 on 8-1-2008 at 12.42 PM and given a booking no.25 but till time I have not received the refilling. I have trying from the last three days to contact on the Gas agency phone no.22611514 & 22618691 but i am unable to contact the agency and it is continuously getting engaged and i am not in a position to visit the agency for booking.

                    It is my request also to get the gas delivered immediately and also give me another number of Madhu Gas Agency to atleast ask the status of the booking.

                    Indane LPG — phone is not getting

                    I am one of the Indane LPG consumer. I am not able to contact M/S Gauri Enterprises, the dealer at palam colony, New Delhi since last one week. Telephone Nos.[protected]/25363157/25363818 are not attending or constantly engaged. Request intervene and if any change in the number may please be intimated.

                    Indane LPG — Unable to contact

                    Sri Rama Agency (LPG) is located at Ramamurthy Nagar, Bangalore. The following are the contact numbers of the agency made available to the consumers[protected], 25654560, 25654553, 65378398 and 41144619. But unfortunately these numbers are always engaged whenever contacted. I visited the agency in person and to my dismay found that all recievers were deliberately placed on the table instead of placing them on the phone. I questioned the operator there and got the reply that a call was in waiting. I was there for about 15 minutes but nobody answered the waiting calls. I looked at the board for contact numbers of the customer complaint cell of Indian oil but they were not available. The contact numbers of the concerned sales officer was also not available. This is being deliberately done to prevent consumers from registering for LPG refills. Will the concerned authorities look into the same and ensure that the telephones are kept working.

My Gas supplier is Hari Singh Gas Agency - contact nos. 25476333 / 25470333 both the numbers are not contactable. It is very difficult to get through to these numbers. And in case if we get any number by chance... no body picks up the phone.. it goes continuosly ringing. And the worst part of it when we complaint of the same. People sitting over their say... dial 1260 if you are not getting the line over here. I tried it many a times, booked the gas through 1260 and waited for 2 weeks but the gas did'nt come. When I went their again they said we have not received any booking from your side. I am booking it today and the gas will reach to you after one week. And we are not left with any other way other than to purchase the gas in black, which is very costly

                    Sir, I am very much desperate. It is very difficult to visit gas agency on and off.

                    Sir, please look into the matter and do the needful.

                    I am a customer of Indane gas registered with the Pyare Lal and sons gas agency karol bagh. I had booked my gas through 1260 on 5.3.2010. My consumer no. is 13380. Booking no as informed on phone at the time of booking was 8. I have not received the refilled cylender yet after laps of almost 6 days. Ultimately I had to go to the agency to book the gas personally where I was told that my booking has not been registered. Why it is so. Why the consumer being made to suffer? On the other hand agency do not pick the phone after it has been advertised that the booking will be accepted through internet of sms only.Though I have been assured by the agency employees that they will pick the phone in future, but its a herculian task to get conneted through phone with the gas agency.
                    This system need to be streamlined.

                    The Arjun Enterprises, Munirka, New Delhi is one of the worst Gas Agency. First of all they keep the phone cradle down to avoid attending the phone calls from morning 9.45 A.m. to 10.30 A.m. Secondly most of the time they remain without stock to supply. One who books the cylinder earlier never gets in time. But the person who books later is issued first. The persons well known to them are issued on a priority basis why there is no check in such type of supply. They take a weeks time to supply the cylinder. They supply according to their wishes. Please do the survey and help the irritated customers in this way. Please take severe action against such staff members of Arjun Enterprises, Munirka, New Delhi.

                      I have transferreed my gas from hyderabad to chennai, i have indane gas service on my name but they are not giving me the gas connection in chennai. They are asking to go for other gas agency (BP or HP) . But i am not interested to go for other gas agency please let me know what to do.

                      Hi,

                      I Ram Prakash Srivastava [Ex. Army personnel] have transferred my gas from Kanpur to Guwahati, though I had a Gas connection of Bharat gas from Kanpur on my name but now I shifted at Guwahati and submitted my termination voucher at 'Prag Jyoti' G.S. Road, Last Gate, Dispur, Guwahati [ASSAM] of Indane Gas Agency after a long period of harresment they accept my termination voucher but yet not giving me the gas connection to me although I gave them all necessary document to them with my present address proof. They are asking to come tomarrow than again tomarrow this process is going on from last 15days. I aslo visited their Head Office at Bamunimaidan, Guwahati regarding this problem but not get the solid reponse from them too. Now what shound I do further.

                        I am a LPG Indane customer with Jai Jawan Gas Agency, Delhi-Dwarka and my consumer Number is 29265. I have booked for a refile on 31.12.2007 under order No.5458 as informed by dealer. Even though it is nearing fifteen days, I did not get my refile from Indane (Indian Oil Corporation) dealer.
                        This is not for the first time that we are facing this problem, there is always an issue with the services of this dealer, i m really fed-up with dealing Indane.

                        Dear Sir,
                        I'm Indane customer since 2007. Initially I was connected with Vinay Indane, Aurangabad. But in last month I got transfered to Gurgaon (Haryana) from Aurangabad (Maharastra). I have collected transfer document form Vinay Indane.
                        Today I went to Sheetal Mata Indane office with following documents:
                        1) Transfer documents from earlier agency
                        2) My ID proof - Driving License
                        3) Address Proof - Given on offical letterhead by company (Maruti Suzuki India Limited) where I'm working
                        4) 5 passport size photograph

                        But agency person rejected my proposal as he required rent agreement instead company letterhead address proof.

                        Please reply me what is required by rule ?
                        And why company like Maruti Suzuki's letterhead is not valid ?

                            I have shifted from Rohini to Paschim Vihar on[protected] and also shifted my Indane Gas connection. Now, I am registered with Kwick Gas Co., Jawala Heri Market, Paschim Vihar and my consumer No. is 24358. I requested for one gas cyclinder about 15 days ago. Since then, I have requested at least 4 times but every time I have received the reply that I will get the cyclinder tomorrow but till date no delivery has been made. Kindly look into the matter and do me a favour to intimate at A-6/100-C, Paschim Vihar, New Delhi.

                            Indane Gas Cylinder — Not Delivery of gas since more than 23 days of booking

                            Myself Rajalakshmi customer of M/s Anand enterprises, bhim nagar, Gurgaon, Haryana. Our customer no is 31680A.

                            I am very sorry to inform you that the service of the above said agency is extremely poor. First of all after booking they do not deliver for more than 15 days. Every time we need to call to agency for follow up for more than 10 days. Again they do not deliver.

                            They could not give me any proper responceand also they told me that indane not gave us proper load.

                            On the other hand is selling the cylinder of Rs 500/- on that person who does not have the official connection to all.

                            Kindly try to help me by permenant solution.

                            Till date the cylinder has not been delivered. The booking is done through SMS.

                            Indane seems to be suffering from this malaise all over India!

                            I have also requested on dated 12.08.2010, 20.08.2010 and 23.08.2010 doing SMS on mobile no. [protected], [protected] and [protected] of Bhumika Gas Service to make arrangement to deliver gas cylinder at my residence.
                            I have no gas to cook food for my children since 08.08.2010 and till now 24.08.2010 no one has come to deliver gas cylinder at my residence and no arrangement has been made by Bhumika Gas Service to deliver gas cylinder at my residence.
                            I have been bound to give my children fast food which is not suitable for them.
                            I once again requested to all of you to instruct Mr. Vivek Deshwal mobile [protected] of Bhumika Gas Service to make arrangement for delivery of gas cylinder at my residence, so that i can manage food for my children.

                              I am consumer of O.P.AGENCY(INDANE COOKING GAS), 9-CSC NIRMAN VIHAR, DELHI - 110092.I have three member in my family but my gas cylinder empty in 12-14 days even using it for breakfast and dinner only. From last few months i am regularly checking my cylinder and everytime i have found water instead of gas. Even after my visit to the agency, no action has yet been taken. This is either the fault of GAS AGENCY or the DELIVERY MAN.Their Gas booking no.([protected],[protected]) also does'n work at the time of booking a gas cylinder and every time I have found it engaged. Kindly help me in this regard to solve my problem.

                              It is true that the hockers of the gas agencies delivers the cylinders after stealing the fare amount of LPG to the cunsumers.

                              I am a client of Agarwal Indane Gas dealership located in Kadma, Jamshedpur. My consumer No is :AE 4597. On July 7th 09 two persons from the dealership have visited our house saying that they want to inspect our gas connection, stove, cylinder location etc.After inspection they gave a bill for Rs. 40/- which I had to pay. They said that they are doing this inspection as per the directive from IOC and showed a notification issued by the dealer but not by IOC.They also said that they do this inspection every two years.But even though I have been a client of Agarwal Indane for the last 28 years No inspection of this sort ever took place and there is no notation also to this effect in my consumer card / book. I would like to know from you if the above inspection is done as per your directive or it is done purely as per the wishes of thye dealer and if the chrges are correct.

                              They always keep the receiver of the telephone aside in spite of showing them many times that your receiver is not kept right at proper place. You can also check, just dial[protected] any time except office time.
                              Hello Indian Oil, are you pro agent or pro-consumer?
                              Keeping receiver out of the cradle to make it "engaged", giving delivery to few "prefferred" customers promptly, mostly selling cylinders to eager people without any booking, and lastly total apathy of IOL management to customer complaints only points to connivance between concerned IOC employees and distributor on "profit sharing". IOC has intentionally indulged into unfair trade practices for monetary gain thru unscrupulous sets of people. The chain appears to have involvement of people from all levels.
                              I am customer for Indane Gas presently residing in the Wazirabad Village(Delhi 110084). My consumer No. is 25089 .It takes arround 8-10 days for the Gas agency -C.LaL & Sons to make the delivery. But if you want to buy the Cylinders from the same hawkers - you can buy at double the price at any time (Black Price). when ask the agency people they say - there is no supply. My question is if the consumer has to buy the cylinder in black - why should he spent so much time & money in getting the connection. And more importantly is there any body to take care of the consumer sufferings...

They promise to deliver in stipulated time, every time they are not loyal to their promise.You know how important issue is this.They sell in black. what the customers will do for their need. Every where corruption, no exception in this also. They peoplee who is doing this will be punished by God.

                                Consumer No. 0217 under Baruipur Gas Service, Kulpi Road, Ukilpara, 24-Prgs(S).Code no. 99023449
                                Gas was booked on 26/12/07. On inquiry I came to know that the delivery slip was issued on
                                9th Jan.08. But the Delivery Man did not deliver the cylinder till date(15.1.08). Every now
                                and then it is observed that the delivery man is doing tremendous malpractice causing
                                untimely delivery of cylinder. It is also evident that the said dealer has a clear conievance
                                with the delivery man. Please investigate the matter urgently and give a reply to my email address.

As per agent, the condition being created by Indane authority of Jamshedpur due to short supply of cylider.

                                Indian Oil / Indane — I was charged excess money

                                I reside in Ranchi Jharkhand.I am a consumer of Indane gas served by the local gas agency namely M/s Devi Gas of Kanke Road, Ranchi.My consumer no. is 28195.On 8.11.08 I requested the agency to provide me one more cylinder of gas as till date i was having only one cylinder. Thy agreed to my request and made my gas connection having facility of double cylinder.However for this I was charged Rs.1750.
                                It is to be mentioned that during taking connection for the first cylinder I had already paid the agency Rs.450+150+50+314 against a cash reciept. This time also the said agency charged me Rs.450+50 apart from the amount of Rs 1250 for the second cylinder.He has issued a fresh cash reciept amounting to Rs.1750 and took the original cash reciept issued to me at the time of giving initial connection for first cylinder around one year back.It appear to me that the agency has charged me excess amount by charging me security amount for the first cylinder twice. Kindly look into and intimate me the factual position.

Till date the supply is not resume. while approching the staff of the agency told that there was irregularity on supply of cylinder from Up ward.                                   I am the subscriber of Gauri Enterprises, Palam, New Delhi 45. My Consumer No. GE47875. As I constantly tried to contact the the agency on phone, His phone[protected] is already dead/switch off. Mobile (No. [protected]) is switch off permanently around 20th Dec-2007 to till date and therefore I went to the agency for the booking of my cylinder.
                                  I booked the Gas Cylinder on 7th Jan 2008.
                                  Till date I have not received the cylinder and the agency is not entertaining my request.
                                  I am the subscriber of Gauri Enterprises, Palam, New Delhi 45. My Consumer No.38827. As I constantly tried to contact the the agency on phone, His phone[protected] or[protected] is already dead or switch off. Mobile (No. [protected]) is switch off permanently . Nearly 30 to 40 times we tried to contact to book the cylinder. It is so much mental pressure everytime to book cylinder. Fnally I booked through the Cental booking no. 1260 on 4th Feb. However my booking was taken on 7th Feb. If Gauri could not handle the pressure they should shift some of the customer to the other agencey . I am totally fedup with this agency. I need justice from the Gas Authorities.

                                  i am harpreet singh from amritsar. i am a customer of m.m. gas service located at taylor road,amritsar (punjab) for the last 10 or more years.my consumer no. is 779.i have never received the gas cylinder for a month or more after the booking for such a long time.the agency being owned by the politician mr. harjinder singh thekedar,no one dares to complain against this agency.now i am tired of this practice.pls. find a solution to this problem or i will have to knock the door of consumer court at the earliest.the records of agency will prove what i say is truth.i have always found people quarreling in this agency for the non delivery of the gas cylinder whenever i go there .they do not attend to the phone calls and when they do attend they make false promises like the politicians.please make a quick redressal to this complaint.

                                  I have been experiencing complaints of the abve nature. I am a native of Payyannur, Kerala. In this respect, complaint was lodged before the area manager, Indane, Ernakulam on 23.05.08, the same is yet to be looked into. Aswathi Gas Agencies, Payyannur attends the phone very seldom and they culd be got over phone even after trying contineously for 5 t 6 days. They are nt at all prompt in issuing filled cylinders, there are so many complaints against them, the details f which was narrated in my complaint dt.22.05.08.                                   I think they have sold the gas in black on very higher rates due to huge

                                  Indian Oil / Indane Gas — Gas Cylender Under weight

                                  My cosumer ID is 15468 with dwarka indane gas service in Dwarka, Delhi. I booked my cylender on 24/12/2008, which was subsiquently delivered after 3-4 days. The cylender was underweight and the total weight of the cylender was 24 kg. I called the Dwarka Indane Service to replace the cylender. They said O.K. we will change the cylender. But nothing happened. Since then I personally visited their office atleast 10 times and requested them to change the cylender, but all in vain.

                                  I request the offier in Indian Oil to kindly look into the matter and teach a lesson to these agency people.

                                  Indian Oil / Indane Gas — Gas Cylinder Delivery

                                  . I Dr E P Dsouza have a gas connection at RADHAKRISHNA INDANE Agency, Shop No 1, Sneha Kunj, Near Jambulkar Chowk, PUNE-411040, CONS. No-5305.I booked for a refill Cylinder on 7/4/2009 and Booking No given by the Agency was 777 Dated 07/04/2009. There was no delivery till 17 Apr 2009(10 Days)and on personally visiting the agency to ask for reasons for such a delay of 10 Days the Boy at the counter gave vague reasons that the vehicle was not coming from Chakan regularly and we would get one cylinder the next day morning i.e 18/4/2009. However the agency did not bother the next day till afternoon, when I reminded them again. It appears that they sent a cylinder after their working hrs(at around 1900 Hrs) and since we were not at home, the delivery was not given. The next day being Sunday (19/04/2009) I reminded the agency on Tel on 20/04/2009.and requested them to send the delivery on 20/04/09, but they have not yet responded . Please look into this matter since it is now 14 days and no cylinder has been delivered.

                                  i am a subscriber of indane gas (Sarathy Gas agency Paravur, ernakulam Kerala). i was calling them to book a gas for 2 or 3 days ..they dont pick up phone even if it is ringing..and they deliver gas after 40-45 days.
                                  My Gas no is 5180 My Agent is Ambal Gas Saravanampatti In coimbatore. They are not able To deliver Gas cylinder within the time limit. delivery will be taken 13 to 15 days From the booking date. Mainly they are supplying the cylinders to car owners for extra cost.
                                  most of the regulatiry officers appears to be corrupt and not taking any pain for redressal of customer complaint all example sited above are common and malpractices are at hight and heavy exploitation of consumer in this sector.gas agencies are doing the work as per their will and in there own interst to earn more in black

                                  There is a procedure of you that a consumer can get another delivery after 20 days of previous delivery and last cylinder I recived on 20 Aug booking no.6207 10.25 am, and I booked a cylinder on 31st Oct against Consumer. No. 1688 & Booking No.is 11544 at 10:45am at Dwarka gas Agency Rajapuri, New Delhi.ph no.25343187, 2534357
                                  Today is 05th Nov time is 13:00 but Gas cylinder has not been delivered at my home so far.

                                  May I know that What the nonsense is going on there? Every time you peoples commit that you will deliver the cylinder with 4 days but in reality we get the same after 10 or 15 days every time.

                                  Now you are requested to please sort out this problem on urgent basis because me and my family is suffering with a mager problem due to unawailabilty of Gas.

                                  I am a cutomer of indane gas through DEEP GAS SERVICE SHALIMAR BAGH DELHI 110088. My Costomer number is S8008.The agency has a computerised booking of gas by telephone Numbers[protected]. Every time whenever i try to book gas through this number, the computer voice states that my consumer number ie S 8008 is incorrect. I brought this fact to the agency but nothing has been corrected. I have to visit the agency every time to request for booking of my gas cylimder. Even the agency donot book the gas on their telephone No.[protected]/[protected]. This has caused me great problem for me and I have to take leave from my office every time to book the gas.

                                  I am palanikumar M. I have registered for refilling of gas on 18/06/11 through IVRS.
                                  I got the reply message immediately from 54411 stating that i have successfully registered.

                                  On 01/07/11 i got the message stating that "cash memo has been generated and your cylinder will be delivered shortly".

                                  But till now (24/07/11) i have not got my cylinder. I have gone personally to the agency and asked about the cylinder. They told they will deliver immediately. But till now i am not getting the gas.

                                  Three times i had gone to them personally. But no response. They are not taking the call in phone or it is always busy.

                                  Both of my cylinder is now empty. I , my wife and my 6 month old child are taking food from hotel.

                                  My daughter is not feeling well due to the hotel meal. I lost my respect in my family and in my wife. i lost my two days salary for putting leave to get gas cylinder.

                                  If you are really a human you will feel otherwise not.
                                  I want to complaint against this gas agency in indian oil corp. Please help me.

                                    Respected Sir/Madam,
                                    We customer noR-45264 R/o 73, MIG DDa Flat Punjabi Bagh enclave ,Shiv Mandir Road ,Madipur Village ,New Delhi have a gas Connection with Ravinder Gas Agency at Paschim Vihar.This connection has two cylinders and we are an extended family of our old parents,a daughter and two o[censored]s .One cylinder even when used with full care lasts only for 19 days .We even check the weight before taking it from delivery man.
                                    We had booked cylinder on 1st Jan 08 now one of our cylinder got over so we requested the agency to book the other cylinder today on 14th Jan 08.They refused saying that they cannot book it before 21 days and this not the first time they repeatedly do this .As of what we have information in case we have two cylinders on a single connection we can fill it before 21 days.On requesting them they behave rudely.
                                    Around a month back I had also telephonically contacted your feild officer Ms geetanjali and told her about the samebut to no awail.
                                    the worst had come beforewhen the people sitting on reception at the gas agency scolded us and said "if you want take the cylinder in blackfrom outside".We are facing this problem every winter when festive & marriages in Delhi begin.
                                    Till now with a nuclear family things were not that difficult but with time it is worsening.The people from godown are openly selling cylinders in black but not supplying them.
                                    You are requested to look in to this matter or we would be forced to move to court of law.

                                    Dear sir,

                                    It has been noticed several times that supply of LPG cylinder is delayed by your dealer M/s.Jaydeep gas agency sector -10. At the time of booking and it is said that your previous delivery has not completed 21 days as there is no such company rule. Today on 17th they are not booking numbers who hav received cylinder long back.
                                    Please stop this newsense created by your dealer as this will spoil the goodwill of company

                                      Indane LPG — Delay in booking/ Supply of LPG

                                      Sir,
                                      I ahve gas connection of Indane company for my family woth consumer no 5196 with dealer M/S Golden Gas Service, Palam Vihar gurgaon. It is very difficult to book the for refil gas cylinder first of all the phone nos of the gas agency are kept most of the time busy and if the ring goes, noone attends the phone in one or two attempts. Whenever we personaly go to the agency for booking we are told to come after 21 days of the previous booking and after that it takes more than 10 days to get the delivery of the gas cylinder. Please clarify whether there is any standard norms for not booking a refil cylinder before 21 days of the previous booking? Please help to ensure the smooth supply of LPG.

                                      I ahve gas connection of Indane company for my family with consumer no 22445 with dealer M/S B.R. Gas Lingampally Hyderabad. It is very difficult to book the for refil gas cylinder first of all agency has only one phone number. Most of the times it keeps busy and when ever there is a ring no one attends to it. On very next movement on calling once again it gives again busy tone. I think the agency deliberately delaying the booking by not answering the phone calls.

                                      I agree with it and thank to the person for bring the probelm to the notice.
                                      Raj Flame Gas Agency, Mohan Garden Uttam Nagar is not supplying LPG cyclander on time to the consumer.

                                      They arenot booking gas on telphone.

                                      Consumer are compelled to stand in long queu in scorching sun and rain in open for booking,

                                      They also not entertain the booking of centralized booking No. 1260 given by itself.

                                      The LPG cyclander is black marketed by some persons in the locality and there must have hand of the Raj Flame Gas Agency people in this act, otherwise how it possible to spare large number of LPG cylander in black market.

                                      The authroties concerned for taking action against the such agency may please see in the matter and take necessary action against the Raj Flame Gas Agency and ease the problem of the consumers.

                                      I am a consumer of LPG through M/S Unicorn Supply Agency at Naliapool, Dibrugarh, for a long period. Last refilled LPG cylinder was supplied on: 16/03/2009 and I have booked for next refill cylinder on:07042009. But, till date no refilled cylinder is supplied to me and I'm facing immense problem for non-availability of LPG.

The Supply Schedule at present ranges from 45-60 days from the date of booking and next booking date is not earlier than 21 days after the previous supply. How a consumer can survive. More than 40 days have passed since the last booking and inspite of pursuing the owner of the agency, who assures every time that the home delivery will reach within 1-2 days but all in vain. On the occasion of this Holi, I could not get the refill despite his assurance.

                                        Dear Sir,
                                        We have booked our gas cylinder against connection no. 1121 registered with M/s Kanwal Gas Agency(Indian Oil Company authorised distributer for indane gas). Today the same has been delivered to our residence at 1/92, old rajinder nagar, new delhi - 110060 and in the evening coming back from office , i checked up the cylinder weight on weighing machine and to my surprise it was only 26 Kg against the the gross weight of 29.4 kg mentioned on the body of cylinder. The seal of the cylinder is intact and I therefore request your goodself to conduct an enquiry into the supply of gas cylinder with less weight and also take corrective steps to replace the same with proper weight of cylinder.

                                        We are purchasing Indane gas cylinder regularly from Nath Traders India, 140-B, D.D.A. Complex, Zamrudpur, Kailash Colony, New Delhi. Their contact numbers are 29230474 and 29238762. Our gas registration number is 18067.
