Dear sir,
I am from kolkata my consumer no 8644.I tried lot but unable to book because of not attending call.And also I asked whether there should any charges for delivery? every time they asked....

Dear Sir,

Sub. Complaint against Poor Service and Non delivery...

I had approched Sheela gas agencies, Jp nagar 3rd phase, bangalore, authorised delears for indaine gas ( house use) , and since we have not bought the Gas stove ( complete package) from them rejected our application saying that we are already using gas, Even though all the compliences related to this was ok at time of verification , not ready to give us connection only because we r not purchasing gas stove from them.
Felt very helpless....

My indane consumer registration no. is sr. no. wb[protected] of 14.03.06. But since last two years the dealer " Balaji indane" of P.O- Panchokote Raj, Kashipur, W.B. is not giving me connection on the ground that I am not purchasing oven from him

sir, today i visted to m/s. sharma gas agency for booking of gas , but very surprised that, they told me, no booking here due to my gas no.1302 has been shifted to other agency i.e m/s neel kanth gas agency.sir, how is it possible , that without my permission my gas connection had been changed .and no intimation sent to me by the sharma gas agency. the neel kanth gas agency is very so gar i.e around 7 k.m. from my house . therefore,you are...

sir i am holding the gas in the howrah gas service which is the distributer of indian gas . the staff of the company are refused to book the gas and told me to gate out from the office . i visit the office today and want to give the letter but they refused to take the letter also i am sending the copy of the letter to you . so please see the matter .

my consumer no 22344 name arvind jaiswal at colnel gas agency madanmahal jabalpur is forcibly sent in to dead account. i am regular customer. i am using other source of cooking medium like microwave etc and my wife children are at other place and i was out of station due to my sister marriage .Due to this my cosumption of gas is little bit slow. madam tandon is looking after the matter at jabalpur. my phone no. As I have temporarily shifted my residence from my own residence and at their I do not reqire gas service I have not changed my connection therefore I have not booked my refil for more than 1 year. Now as I wanted refil I have contacted my dealer to book it they have replied me that they will come to my home foe cheking though neither there is any rule nor they ever chek it live customer. But to forcibly buy gas pipe and stove they are harrassing...

We had been using the Indane Gas services since 1975 and had never faced any problem. I am very sorry to say that today when i called the Local Distributor in Phase V, Mohali the Lady on the phone said sorry I cannot book your Gas and put the phone down. do we have to pay the amount on the bill given for the domestic cylinder for home delivery or more. the delivery boys r asking for more than the bill amount.
and for how many days r u entitled to book the gas. is it for 21 days or 30 days. kindly respond immediately

I am a LPG Indane customer with M/s Serampore Multi-Purpose Samabay Samity Ltd.; 80, Mukherjeepara Lane; P.O. Serampore; Dist. Hooghly;West Bengal; PIN--712201; and my consumer Number is T02058.

I have booked personally for a refill on 11.12.2007, Vide Cash Memo No. 53014 & Serial No. 2762 & Order No. 2762 as usual . Even though it is nearing 22 days, I did not get my refill from Indane (Indian Oil Corporation) dealer....

Dear Sir,
I am a consumer of Indane Gas provided by Indian Oil Corp. My consumer no. is 3347. The name of the agency who supply refilled gas cylinder to me is Vimal Gas, Trimurty Nagar, Nagpur. There is inordinate delay in supply of gas cylinder by the agency. Even after repeated telephones to them they do not book your order. I had registered demand for refilled gas cylinder on 15.12.07 and they promissed to supply gas within a week....

M/S VIGNESWAR GAS AGENCY SITUATED AT RAILOR NAGAR, MADURAI ARE VIOLATING ALL STATUTORY AS WELL AS RULES AND REGULATIONS OF CONSUMERS AS GIVEN BELOW
1) THE GODOWN IS SITUATED IN A THICKLY POPULATED RESIDENTIAL AREA, WHICH IS HAZARDOUS FOR THE LIFE OF INNOCENT RESIDENTS IN CASE OF ANY LEAKAGE ETC..

2) CONSUMERS ARE DENIED TO CONTACT THE AGENCY FOR BOOKING THE REFILLS OVER PHONE, SINCE ALL THE THREE PHONE CONNECTIONS ARE...

Sundershyam enterprises, Gas agency does not lift the telephone and for booking the gas we have to be go personally. Gas weight is not accurate. delay in deliver the gas to us....

I am having a Consumer No. KD15167 with the KARCO DISTRIBUTORS ( Indane Gas Agency) , 16 R N CHOWDHURY ROAD CALCUTTA--700015 I booked for Gas cylinder on 10.12.2007 booking no 5381with an assurance that the cylinder will be delivered within 7 working days. i am using indane gas connection from 2001(one cylider) in chennai customer no 40110 due to delayed supply of cyliners i have registered for additional cylinder on may2005. but till no reply from ioc. i have enquired your dealer the have replied that " not now" pls tell me when you will inform us since i am struggling lot and without gas no cooking will be made only hotel....

no deliver gas at home & get hole charge .
they behave very badly to us.very long distance between godown & office....
