Complaint against Nataraj Gas Agency Yelahanka.
I am trying to book
Indane gas refill since three days (from 30th April 2010) over telephone[protected] Mobile Number for booking through internet: [protected]:
These are the problems I am facing:
- No
person lifts the phone The message is:
Person is not receiving any calls from the number.
- You try after some time: the number is busy with conversation- try after some time.
- Try to book through internet. The mobile is switched off.
- The
Indane Booking Office (Near Mother Diary-Yelahanka) is about 4 KM from our place from BEL Layout
Vidyaranyapura. Cannot go every time all the way for booking.
- Time period for booking is 28 days from the date of supply
- The supply takes almost week after booking.
- Many a times I have to resort to use kerosene because of no GAS.
- Even today (03.05.2010 - Monday) I am trying since morning (9:20 AM continuously.); I am not able to
get the line:
To whom should I complaint
