Indian Post Gpo Kol — Unknown person sending article(EW[protected]IN) by using my mobile no.

It is further complaint to KOLKATA GPO against an unknown article (no. EW[protected]IN) been shipped on 18.11.2020 at 3:19 pm by using my mobile no. [protected] without my knowledge. It is second time that an unknown article is sent. On 13.11.2020 the same thing was happen and I lodged a complain (complain no. [protected] dt. 13.11.2020) against the unknown shipment (no. EW[protected]IN). And by means I am receiving every tracking messages from Indian Post. Under the circums, pls do the needful for the same.
