I had ordered a saree on 27/9/21 but I have not received it till date. The parcel has reached my nearest delivery point on 14/10/21 but has not been delivered to me yet. Such pathetic service provided by Indian Silk House Agency. Please arrange to refund the order amount to my bank account after cancelling the order as I am not interested anymore to buy from them for their poor customer service.
