I had ordered a saree on 27/9/21 but I have not received it till date. The parcel has reached my nearest delivery point on 14/10/21 but has not been delivered to me yet. Such pathetic service provided by Indian Silk House Agency. Please arrange to refund the order amount to my bank account after cancelling the order as I am not interested anymore to buy from them for their poor customer service.

I bought a matka silk saree at rs.10, 323. It was mentioned in the description of the product it is a handloom product. But i never recieved the same.in stead i got a fake product. I took their complimentary falls/pico service. Now it is not returnable. Selling fake saree @ the price of an original saree is a criminal offence. Plaese take steps against them. I checked some other websites and found that they are providing real jamdani work saree at same proce range. I tried to tell them about the problem over whatsapp and email but no reply came.
