Recently i bought an arsenal jersey but due to some reasons I didn't liked the product so I requested for return and refund policy but the merchant was not agreeing to receive any product and denied about the policy as it was clearly mentioned on the site about the policy. Later agreed on exchange but you yourself have to do the courier service they won't provide any service for receiving the product. What kind of service they're providing literally this is ridiculous.
Now i don't want exchange or any kind of excuses am willing to do the courier service but i want my full refund without any issue. Was this information helpful? |
