I had placed an order on 28/08/24. Till date it is not shipped and the site does not reply to my queries. I would like a full refund as soon as possible....

I ordered germany player quality jersey but after paying the amount and receiving one email of order confirmation, i never got any updates or my order. No replies to mail or instagram messages....

I ordered from them 5 days ago the product I ordered was a tshirt and there no updates have been provided by them since than they don’t even reply to my mails biggest mistake that i made was to make the order prepaid....

I order a jersey on 17feb 2024 from their website. Which i didnt get they are fraud they taking money frome the coustmer and not giving their product. I mail them soo many time to them but no reply from them, they scamming people..be aware guys...

Recently i bought an arsenal jersey but due to some reasons I didn't liked the product so I requested for return and refund policy but the merchant was not agreeing to receive any product and denied about the policy as it was clearly mentioned on the site about the policy. Later agreed on exchange but you yourself have to do the courier service they won't provide any service for receiving the product. What kind of service they're providing...

I had prepaid for an order 2 days ago but still they didnt even shipped it and are ignoring my email too..only their automated chat works even the order tracking in their site is a fraud...

Ordered and charged for Master Quality product. Product delivered was cheap, roadside quality jersey (no rubber button and embedded logo like in Master quality) which is hardly 1/10th price of what was charged. Also, seems to have been used a couple of times before delivery. No response from their customer support as well....

I have ordered from Indian soccer mart before. It was extremely good quality. But then I ordered a Juventus away Jersey with shorts. Firstly, they sent it without the shorts. Secondly the shirt which they have sent, looks like it would tear after just one use. Extremely disappointed as it looks nothing like what was advertised on the website either.
