I placed an order for 02 (two) jackets at indiansoccermart.com on 13.12.2023 at 9:53 AM. The order no. is #22733. The ordered amount was Rs. 2921.18. The order was a prepaid order (paid via PayTM UPI). After placement of order, I received a WhatsApp message from seller's courier partner named 'Nimbus Post' (Website: https://nimbuspost.com/), asking me to confirm my delivery address. I confirmed the same later that day.
The next day (i.e., 14.12.2023). the order status page started displaying a DTDC tracking ID (ID - 7X4784364). As on date (i.e., 27.12.2023), whenever I track my package using the above ID, the status always shows that my package has not been picked up yet. Each day, pickup of my package is scheduled in the morning, but by the end of each day, pickup gets re-scheduled to the next day). This has been repeating for the last 14 days, and my package is yet to be picked up.
I have emailed DTDC enquiring about the issue, and they have surprisingly replied that the tracking ID does not exist. I have emailed Nimbuspost, and they have replied asking me to contact seller, stating that this delay is not their responsibility. I have emailed the seller. i.e., Indian Soccer Mart multiple times and asked them to resolve the issue, but they never replied to any of my emails.
This morning, I received an email from the seller, i.e., Indian Soccer Mart, asking me to review the products. Such is the impudence of the seller, that after paying not one ounce of heed to the terrible harassment, and not providing any reasons for the delay, they have the audacity to ask for review. I wonder if they even know about the delivery status.
In purview of the all the information provided above, I shall also provide all relevant screenshots in support. In plain black and white, my money has been paid but my product has not been received, and the seller is not cooperating AT ALL. This is tantamount to cheating, and I want my money back. This is a request to concerned authorities to take serious heed of my complaint and take ALL necessary steps against the seller (and associated parties) for speedy resolution of the issue.
