On Sunday, 30th April 2023, I had booked an TVS Jupiter 125 top varient on[protected] by paying full cash to (Sales, TVS authorised showroom 'Indian TVS, [protected]@gmail.com, 22 HOSUR MAIN ROAD OPP TO HANUMAN TEMPLE MADIWALA BANGLORE PH: 080, 42112904 EMAIL, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560068')
I got the vehicle on[protected] evening 6 pm, but the registration was pending which was completed on[protected], On[protected] when I started the vehicle for the first time in morning again the ISG malfunction light is on and the intelligent stop and go feature doesn't work when the ISG light is on, when i visited and contacted the TVS showroom person salesman Mr. Das he said it's nothing to worry about, it will automatically turn off after 3-4 kms riding, I told him in the Vehicle manual it is written if the ISG malfunction light shows up we should immediately get it checked with Authorised Service Center, I insisted him to get it checked with the service center, Later together we visited the service center and Mr.Das showed the vehicle to the service engineer who then rose the throttle to max capacity 2-3 times and after that the light went off, then they handed over the vehicle to me saying it's nothing it will go away. I believed the same and came back to my house then the next day on[protected] when i started my vehicle the same issue was there so i contact TVS customer care =[protected] and informed them about the issue they registered the complaint via grievance no: TVS_Gr_[prot

and told me to wait for the service call, later that same day from Mr Das called me up and enquired about the same and he told me to come to service center the next day i.e on[protected], which i did visit and they tore apart all the parts and checked and took it to test drive and came back saying they have updated the firmware and the issue is solved but to my surprise on the same day evening i.e[protected] i got the same issue of ISG malfunction light and also the PWR light is turning on in idle condition, also accelerating is not smooth as before ( it jurkes) when accelerating, and the rear mudguard is making lot of vibration and noise when rear brakes are applied.

Even also many times we went for complaining in showroom and service center, they reset the ISG setting without permanent solutions and again its showing the warning with ISG features. As we are employee in IT org and we have no times for tracking the status.We bought new scooty tvs jupiter 125 cc but still its have bugs in ISG features BS6 modal . Even though still no RC, no number plates are registered regarding scooty but they are not ready for replacement the other jupiter 125 cc or not refund whole amount. Kindly registered complaint and also do the needful actions as soon as possible and update us also .
I am fed-up with this malfunctioning vehicle i hereby request the TVS company to either replace my vehicle with a new working one or refund my money back immediately.

Else i will be taking up this matter in the court, for cheating me by delivering a malfunctioning vehicle by TVS company.
