I had an IOC Xtrareward Card No [protected] (with Mobile No [protected]) and I was using Card manually since I took the Card in 2011 or 2012. Later some where in the last qtr of 2020, I switched to Mobile Based Point system and the Membership is linked to my Regd Mobile No [protected] (RMN).
Since the Day 1 of taking the Card, I had not redeemed any point. The accumulated Reward Points on 20.11.2020 was 3147, on 08.01.2021 the points were 3227 but on 12.04.2021, I noticed that the reward point is 586 only. Proof attached. Now I am surprised as to how the accumulated points reduced to 586 without redemption of the points? Please help and credit back the reward points so that I can encash.
