Multiple times it has occurred that all my earned xtrareward points, even more than 1000 points, vanished over night without my consent. Recently got gift of 3000 points as part of their cricket world cup campaign and verified that in the app. Next day it got vanished. Stopped fueling from ioc forever.

Extra Reward points was not uploaded at Ruchika Service Centre, Mayur Vihar Phase III, with the excuse that machine is not working. Also they don't have written down the registered Mobile number to upload the point later.

Always I was used filled fuel IOC petrol bunk, many bunk are not add the points due to machine not working, network failure, not facilitate this program, etc... (heard all in the city limit) but IOC mentioned all the bunk are having this facility.

Eg1: Shree sakthi agencies, MTh road, Ambattur, fuel fill almost 6000 to 7000 in the period...

On 24 th April I have filled petrol for my vehicle TN 82 Z 1975 at Mahalakshmi petrol pumps in ballam Tanjore main road.for Rs 1500/-.they told machine is not working we will do it later. So far not received kindly do needful

I had 374 points in my card and today when i went to redeem 334 points for 1 litre free petrol i suddenly realized that my 374 points are no longer in my card. I have even marked the redemption history that i have done on 7th jan 2019. I haven't redeemed the point then where is my points? Please return back the points that i have earned or i will definitely...

I have taken this xtrarewards card almost 3 years back, whenever i fill the petrol from iocl retailers pump and try to swipe the card for points adding, they always say that the card swipe machine is not working to add the points.

If the card swipe machine is not working then at most of your iocl retailers then what is the use of perching or selling these cards to the customer. Other then the few company retails non of the...

I have 3 cards for my 3 cars. All the cards are registed under my mobile number from last 3 to 4 years. From last 1 to 2 months my 2 cards are hotlisted & when I called up your call centre they told in 7 days someone will call up & the issue will be resolved. I complained on 11-Sep & 20-Sep.
Is there some malafide intention to hotlist the cards?
I have lost so many points. Even Income tax Department accepts 5 or 10 PAN numbers...

I am using my above said card for the past four or five years. I have encashed my points three or four times in petrol station. It was active till last july end. And i had nearly 240 points. For that i have a proof. Suddenly it was blocked and i called customer care several times and emailed several times. But till date it is not activated. I called the person incharged in my local office area also.
But, there's no response from indian oil. I request all the customer's not to buy this card here after. I think they purposely block if we use card regularly.
If it is not so, no one called me from indian oil and verified. Very poor and worst response from indian oil. They charged the card and make public to buy and if we use it, they block the card and make us to buy again. I think it is a great selling statergy. So, friends think before you go for it

Ioc has provided xtrarewards card.
Routinely i use that card. Number of times points redemption is done. But my experience with about petrol pump is very very bad.
Staff with nozzle are very lazy lethargic non friendly non co-operative specially diesel outlet. They are not ready to do their job for the customers.
I went there, diesel was purchased. Asked for the points reward.
Bluntly refused, said it's not my duty, if you want points go to counter. I will not do that.
There is not enough space at the petrol pump to park any vehicle.
I asked for the sales person in charge. The manager came. The same reply. It's company's marketing, we cannot help you. Mr. Vinod and mr. Rohit were there, as per their introduction.

Asked for the owner mobile number. He provided the number with name mr. Kantibhai.
Gave him a ring. But unfortunately the same answer with addition, company is not providing anything to us for such service. We cannot spare our staff for such type of company's promotional activity.
So my query to your good office is that
Whether the petrol pump holder should rather must provide such service to the customer or not?
Hope to have reply - response for the same.

Sir, I am the permanent customer of indian oil . I also used indane gas in my home and all of my 4 vehicle & dg oil felling there . The nipur service station in bhubaneswar are not interested to entry my extra reward card . I here narrate the yesterday on dated 26/6/2018 incident, the counter person told me card entry in office, the office person told me do it in counter . The counter person send me for bill than ask which counter, than ask diesel than ask petrol, they ask me many question like CBI and I am a culprit . This incident is not pleaser situation . This is not first time. There many times they are not do it. So I request you to please do the direction them to behave wall to customer.

I have purchased xtra rewards card from indian oil situated at sector 49, chandigarh. They charged rs. 60 from me and i was told to activate the card from my mobile by calling on phone number[protected] or [protected]. I tried calling several times since but 18.05.2018 but no one is answering my call. I am cheated by indian oil company through its authorized agents. Please resolve my issue.

I am your customer fortunately purchased the xtra rewards card by paying some amount. At the time of buying, i was told that when ever you fill petrol from any indian oil out let you have to swipe your xtra rewards card to get some points.

Later you can redeem the points as per the list given to me.

Today morning i. E on 05.09.2017, when i went to fill petrol from one of your outlet m/s tulip petrol pump located at panjgutta, hyderabad.

After filling petrol when i requested to swipe xtra rewards card, the team is telling they dont have xtra rewards swiping machine and they answered very rudely.

I was surprised with the answer given by them.

They are telling me to go where you have purchased the card and ask them. And where ever you want escalate you can do that.

If this is the case why indian oil has launched the xtra rewards card if they are not able to place the swiping machine in all the outlets. And wasting customers time on this.

When i tried to call your customer care on [protected] and[protected], this numbers will never connect from my airtel mobile.

This numbers are given only for time pass.

Need explanation & plan of action on this.

If not happened i have no option to posting my experience to social media. With this at least other customers will not fall in to your false commitments.

I had placed a request for redemption of loyalty point on 22.7.2017 for flipkart gift voucher of rs.2000/- whereas vide sms i have been informed that i have received "mainland china egv from ioc xtrapower against your reward redemption request. E-voucher code is... For more details i have been asked to contact [protected], but since last 5 days i am trying to call on this number but even after holding for 30 or more minutes nobody turned up and hence i had to disconnect the call. This is the condition for last 5 days and hence i am not able to get details of the same.

I had placed the request for flipkart gift voucher only and you are giving me"mainland china egv". I don\t know how to claim this. Could you please guide me how i can claim this gift item.

I am not getting any rewards points against my indian oil xtra rewards card no. [protected] from 25.06.2017. I had inform this problem to your customer care executive for several no. Of times & they convey me every time "your points will be revert back with 24 hours or within 2-3 days, but no action taken from their end. They lodge complaint ref. No. [protected] & [protected]. But still now i am not getting any reward points.

So please treat the matter an urgent basis.
