Indianoil Xtrarewards — my 2 cards are hotlisted | |||
I have 3 cards for my 3 cars. All the cards are registed under my mobile number from last 3 to 4 years. From last 1 to 2 months my 2 cards are hotlisted & when I called up your call centre they told in 7 days someone will call up & the issue will be resolved. I complained on 11-Sep & 20-Sep. Is there some malafide intention to hotlist the cards? I have lost so many points. Even Income tax Department accepts 5 or 10 PAN numbers linked to 1 mobile number. How can you'll change the rules without intimating the customers to change their mobile numbers. Was this information helpful? | |||
