Indianoil Xtrarewards — sudden deduction of points | |||
My name is prabal dutta, mobile number [protected] and xtra reward card number [protected]. I had 374 points in my card and today when i went to redeem 334 points for 1 litre free petrol i suddenly realized that my 374 points are no longer in my card. I have even marked the redemption history that i have done on 7th jan 2019. I haven't redeemed the point then where is my points? Please return back the points that i have earned or i will definitely take a step against indian oil rewards points section as i have proof of non redemption in my statement. I filled my vehicle with petrol for Rs.1000/- on 10/01/2020 at, M/s.Seethalakshmi Enterprises, I.O.C.Dealer, Aundipatti, Tamilnadu. They have not refused to give pints by telling useless answers.The photo of the bill and the reward card is hereby uploaded.
