Indiaplaza — charged but not delivered

I booked a order to banglore order no. Gtip8567 on 1st oct.2018
It was to be delivered on 2nd oct.
Till 3rd. It is not delivered i called them so many times but they do not pick up
I dont know where to complaint
The company name is gifttoindiaplaza.com
It looks to me that it is a fraud company if not then they should deliver the gift at the sais address & return the money to the clint because it is there fault
